Great movie selection. Seats as comfortable as is possible for economy.
Flight was cancelled months ago but we were not notified. Ended up in the last row next to the bathroom
The whole flight the service and how easy everything was to get to our destination. The only frustrating aspect was the fact that we could not check in early consequently on our connecting flight we were not sitting together.
Flight was delayed an hour and a half, bags took almost 40 minutes to come out. Flight staff is not welcoming. Lounge food selection is comical. For business class my knees were jammed into the seat in front of me. Airline needs a lot of work

I thought it was good. There's not much you can do for a short flight for entertainment and the comfort was nice.
Boarding was annoying. Just at boarding they changed my bought and extra payed comfort seat for normal economy seat. And on my seat they placed someone else.
Let us know the airport doesn’t open until 5 am.

I was unable to check in online. When I attempted to do so from the app and Luftansa website, I was directed to Niko.hr which I found out was fraught with errors. The kiosk at airport was not working. I had to wait in line to check in which was inefficient
It was good, but I felt a little cramp on the plane whether I was in Economy or not.
Delayed flight with no explanations; poorly managed gate and boarding process.
Everything went well with our flight. I would like to be able to see my connecting flight gate on the flight . We had a short connection time we were nervous and they changed the gate we arrived at. They told us where we were entering and it required a shuttle ride and a map of München airport would have been good on the flight .
When I got to the airport, the airline lost my reservation and couldn't give me a boarding pass. I had to sit with the travel center for an hour until they could figure out what was going on. I thought I was going to miss my flight.
The flight left 2 hours late from Munich therefore we missed our connecting flight to Charlotte.
The seats were too close together. My sister is 5ft 9in tall and her knees were against the back of the seat in front of her. She couldn't straighten her legs. It was difficult to get out to go to the rest room. Everything else was good. We were serviced frequently with drinks, water, cookies, two delicious meals, and warm washcloths. The movies we watched were great. The temperature was good and we had pillows and blankets.
In economy seating, if the person in front of you puts their seat back preventing you from reaching the floor to pick up something you dropped, aren't the airlines squeezing these seats a little too close together?
