Drinking water could be in more sustainable packaging than plastic bottles
Well it was a 2h delay flight so that said it all. With very little if any information. Boarding took for ever with long waits at the terminal and then in the finger. To top it off and increase the delay we had to take a bus in Zurich. A trip to forget
overall the flight was good and we were happy they waited for us. However, our luggage didn t make it and this caused us a lot of problems.
It was the first time in my life (I’m 54) that I’ve had to pay for drinks on an international flight. Very disappointing. Also, the baggage fees were very steep. I’d rather pay for everything in the price of the ticket than be repeatedly charged for add-ons.
Not much that I liked. The seating and Space between the seats was very bad for long flights.. very bad for such a prestigious Airline.
Really crammed in economy. Didn’t end up getting the seats we were hoping for. Didn’t eat any food so can’t comment on that.
Everything was good. Although I was certain that I paid for checked bag for my husband and checked bag for myself at the time of booking. And I was told I did not pay. Therefore I had to pay at check in. ☹️
Checked me out of my connecting flight despite having enough time to transfer, had to check in again at the gate. Then they lost my luggage.
There were multiple delays and the food was poor. Better food.
We had to move to terminal 5 for the next part of our trip. Very un-organized and difficult.
Food was terrible. Bamboo utensils are just not working out. A lot of plastic waste. Pillows and blankets were not good, a lot of static electricity. Crew did their job well.
The crew could deploy more customer focus and not frown when asked a question. I’m speaking of one lady in particular who raised a hand in my face for me to wait whe I tried to ask a question and never came back to me. Very unprofessional and rude.
They set someone on our assigned seats and we ended up finding seats for ourselves to ensure the family sits together.
Lufthansa crew both on the ground and in the sky were wonderful. I booked wheelchair service for all of our flights and it was handled perfectly. Kudos to all at Lufthansa.
Very efficient and excellent service. Nice amenities and beautiful plane. Elevated meals. Boarding could have been more organized. We missed our connecting flight due to EU entry but Lufthansa was extremely quick to rebook us.
Aircraft had fairly roomy seats on economy. Food was good (beef dinner).
Broken seat did not recline fully, broken footrest, no air vents, no electricity for charging devices, outlets for headphones or isb did not work. Rude crew. Horrible experience. Would never fly Lufthansa again

The crew was fantastic. They were always there when we needed them. No wifi on an 11 hour flight was a bummer. The entertainment onboard was boring.
Right on time. Free water and a chocolate treat. Landed on time. Seamless
