Terrible flight. 1. They’ve only one option for food. 2. Seats are very cramped and screens are tiny 3. No pillow or blanket provided on long haul flight
Good leg room for people of all sizes. Pleasent crew.
I didn’t like my seat in my return flight from Montreal to Orlando at all; considering I paid extra for better seats. That middle seat was cramped up way too much.
I never board the flight. My visa was delayed and when I tried calling Kayak, no one answer and I still have not heard from anyone.
That was a short flight by the only time I could actually sleep

Food quality is deteriorating each time, last year was very good. I avoid the plane food lately.
in the front - higher class of business - sitting in the same seat (with one empty in the middle) is not acceptable any more. need the business class to be as we paid for.

Flight was ready to depart on time. We had a 20-minute ATC hold. We still landed on time. The landing seemed fast and rough.
We were delayed and they didn’t tell us why. There was no AC while we were on board waiting and it was very hot. We were in the last row and there was no window. We had a connecting international flight at JFK in a different terminal and the flight crew did not request passengers to let connecting flights off first and we almost missed our flight.
No onboard entertainment or food, but that was okay because it was a short flight. Pretty much everyone just slept on the plane. The plane was comfortable enough.
Chaotic boarding with no announcements. Carry on luggage needs to be checked. Bare minimum zero frill flights. Not a whole lot of anything positive to be said .
Bused out to the plane, then back to the terminal. Plane was delayed for 2 hours - most of that time spent sitting in bus or plane with NO EXPLANATION of what was going on. Departure delay due to crew not showing up on time. FIX THAT. Why do your own international flights NOT have gates with ramps. Being 74 and having to carry my carry ons up and downstairs is awful.

On-time flight. Nothing out of the ordinary. The food offering upfront could be better.
Awful experience all around, misleading booking led to disgraceful baggage charge at gate. Tiny uncomfortable seats with little drinks served in small paper cups filled halfway. Difficult to use bathrooms the whole flight and now on the way back we’re stuck in Lisbon a day later because of a diversion on our connecting flight, I will never fly this airline again.
Of course food only if you pay and no entertainment. As always with TAP they collected hand luggage and you must check in. This happens mostly with TAP and is not acceptable because others are having three pieces or more. TAP should be consequent and collect hand luggage only from those who have more than one piece.
TAP needs to allocate gates at airport. Boarding and disembarking using buses is tortures in hot weather.
It’s got the tightest seats of any airline - my knees were smashed for 3 hours - absolutely awful.
30 minutes still don't have gate number, ask many people can't get answer.
The flight was safe, confortable and convenient. Thank you. I hope to come back soon!
Food was terrible. Going to Italy I gave benefit of the doubt however returning to the USA was no better. Rolls were frozen. Butter was frozen. Quality of entree poor
Cabin crew friendlier, they weren't weren't unfriendly, but simply professional and not more
I paid to upgrade to Business Class. The queue to check in at the Business Class aisle was full of people without Business Class tickets, the fast-track immigration line was “closed” but the representative opened it up for his friends, regardless (there was a lot of fist-bumping), and the lounge was an absolute mess…..4 staff sitting playing with their phones while every table had dirty plates and glasses waiting to be cleared…..and the least said about the rude lady on the reception desk at the lounge , the better!
A friendlier and more helpful crew would have been much better.
Yeah you have time and can sit around for a while to be okay for you but if you planned on getting connected flights I recommend not to fly with this Airline it's best they for flying out of the country

This trip was a total nightmare, got to the airport in Wed March 8th after confirming all flights, only to be told by American Airlines that we are not confirmed on the flight. We met a pretty rude and unhelpful AA check in agent by the name of Ali. American said it was not their problem, contact Kayak/Chatdeal and sort out your issue.Chatdeal said all flights were confirmed and it is the airlines fault. So it went, we were kicked between American, Kayak and Iberia spending hrs on the phone- all said it is not their fault.Spent 9 hrs in the airport on Wed 15th trying to sort out. Luckily, we met a really nice AA agent Shawnna G who went way beyond the call of.duty to help us out. We were put the next day on Thurs 16th from DfW to San Paulo Brazil the onto Madrid!! Imagine that..10000 miles and 20hrs of travelling to get to Madrid from Dallas!! Our trip took 3 days to get there ..Wed 8th Thurs 9th and Fri 10th.Got there on Sat 11th, so lost 2 days of our vacation and a lot of emotional and physical stress on our 2 kids travelling with us.
One bathroom wasn’t working and the other bathroom faucet wasn’t working.
Appreciated being met with a glass of sparkling wine - also the warm cleansing towel offered before the meal. The food was tasty!
I guess that was fine with ITA but the Rome airport is so difficult to navigate with so many checkpoints getting new tickets from what was originally given to me
Two of my four flights had issues with toilets either NOT fully operational or completely out of order. Boarding was a joke because they have NOT established who is running the show. In the end, she did a terrible job. The seats 💺 were loose goose and the drinks and snacks were limiting in choices. Also, following Alitalia as an inspiration was strange since they went out of business.
It is the worst ever airline. All employees I spoke with over the phone were pompous asses.
The gate information was never populated on the Delta app or the airport displays or the desk at the Delta lounge. We found at the last minute that we had to switch terminals and just made it to our flight. Even this we found accidentally by asking an employee at another gate. On board service was poor. Seats were very poor. All in all a poor experience. At best like a Premium Economy on other airlines

Plane was not clean. Difficulty with entertainment system. Small beverage paper cups.
More than 2 hours late and no food because of a problem with the catering. The flight was super full and there wasn’t enough space for the hand bags. A lot of space for improvement.
