As per usual when you Hit the UK it's a slow process through customs Not as efficient at Thailand for sure

My flight was delayed by 6 hours then I missed BOTH of my connecting flights, I then had to stay in the AIRPORT at JFK because soooooo many people also suffered from missing flights and there was no hotels available. I would like to be compensated for this experience! I had to stay in the airport for over 16 hours!
Legroom not all it could be, especially when the seat in front is reclined. Otherwise it was good, food and beverage were nice.
You should not have to pay for WiFi in business class
They only had vegetarian food left on the flight which I wasn’t happy about. I didn’t get any food to eat at all.
Overall very poor. Flight was disorganised, staff were rude and this is my second experience with KLM that I've had baggage go missing. It feels like, if you are an economy customer, KLM staff do not show you any care. I shall never fly with KLM again. Worst airline in Europe
It’s chaotic at the bus stop outside of the airport because of the Uber meeting point. You need to be alert and look for the KLM bus which is not branded or labeled. Incorrect information was provided to go to gate 28, when in fact the bus was at gate 27. On the plus side the bus left early and arrived early to Ottawa.
Delay, luggage didn’t arrive. Had to go the next day to collect it
The worst airline. Cancelled flight 30 min before boarding and rebooked on flight after 3 days.

The plane's pilots, including the captain himself, thanked me for the flight. I know it's just marketing, but it was really nice to see these people. It's a great idea. Airplane food is never "good," but the entire crew and flight organization were top-notch. I really liked Delta, and I think I've traveled all over the world, and that was something new for me. Maybe even the old planes, the B767, but next time I have a choice, Delta will be my first choice. Thank you, a satisfied passenger :)
Food was really mediocre for premium economy in comparison to other airlines… the crew was nowhere to be found… 14 hour flight…
I don't understand the concept of paying to get your personal luggage onboard and then asked to check it in.... either sell the space or don't, its a hassle to carry those all through the airport just to make a check in at the last minute.

The male attended that served are section was a snob. He did not answer my call light when my wine spilled all over the floor. I did not push it again or drew his attention to it. He just ignored the call light when he came to give us our meal, serving the people behind us first. I did not push it again or drew his attention to it to see his reaction. It was so obvious that he was ignoring us. We were in premium economy!
Extremely poor. First - and oddly enough, Air France denied access to the Business Class lounge at CDG to all of us - although we were all flying Business Class. It is amazing that an airline denies lounge access to its passengers flying on business and paying several thousand dollars each ticket. Second, the food on Business Class on absolutely horrible. Air France must have made an effort to prepare bad tasting dishes (not even the ice cream was good). Third, the cabin temperature was too hot and although we complained many times, it never got cooler.
Please serve no god if you must serve dog food
I paid extra for a seat with more leg room but they changed the plane and found myself in an ordinary seat. This is expensive at 50€

Enforcement of rules that were made up on the spot. Extorting passengers for non-existent "fees." If there is another airline flying that same route, never fly on Swiss Air.
Drinking water could be in more sustainable packaging than plastic bottles
The staff were nice people, the food was very cheap, one of the meal was a sandwich or nothing, I couldn't buy any food, mind expensive duty free WAS available right away. 🤒

overall the flight was good and we were happy they waited for us. However, our luggage didn t make it and this caused us a lot of problems.
Great food - movie selection was good. Plane was a few minutes late but got to destination on time.
This time I was very unsatisfied, due to the tickets, been overbooked from Zürich to Budapest for my children. All four of us had to get a defender out and arrive to put up past nine hours later than originally participated. They did give us different ticket in Miami however, if I would’ve seen this ticket on the Internet I would have never purchased it. We took this because we had no choice. At the airport in Miami during check-in, we were informed that my children’s tickets were sold to someone else and their tickets were canceled. They basically give us no choice but to go with booking.
Flight was late and crew were unwilling to help with information on connections. Call light had been on for 61 minutes without tesponse.
There were multiple delays and the food was poor. Better food.
A lot of things could have been better. They lost our luggage. We missed our connection from YVR to Naples when we arrived in Zurich and then we got re-routed to Rome and then Naples. We eventually got to Naples but our bags didn’t. Our experience at the lost luggage in the Naples was not at all reassuring. They didn’t seem that interested in our problem. I did a live chat with Swiss customer service and all they could do is tell me to follow the process. Meanwhile we’ve had to spend significant money on clothes and I have to replace medications. This has meant our trip so far has been totally different than what we had planned. It’s not clear that our baggage will ever show up which means we will have lost significant amount of clothing and other things and our two month trip to Europe will have more problems than good memories. So far we are not happy.
Food was bad, and they used plastic for everything. For the amount we spent, it felt cheap and as if they were doing us a favor. They need to focus on true user delight, like other airlines such as Emirates, Cathay Pacific, and KLM do, and go above and beyond in terms of cabin facilities and passenger amenities (Earbuds, pillows, blankets were just cheap and completely useless)

We should get a light meal since it was an international flight over 5 hours. Ticket price is high. Why should I have to pay for a meal?
Nothing can please you when you leave with five hours delay and boarding the airplane twice.
I used to fly aeromexico yvr to sjo c.rica. they charged me extra $450 can when they messed up my flight as stuck in mex city . Their plane broke down 5 hrs delaying flights . I decided next time ,as this time air Canada to c.rica vacation . I rate my trip as excellent overall. I only wish there was an option to pay for meals on booking the trip. 4 or 5 hours long time no food only drinks free. Therefore please give option for a better meal like I'm used to . I am going to flair Canada 100% next trip . Thanks geaciss David Allan of Langley bc . .
No blankets provided, no meal or snack service provided for a 5hr flight. No headphones provided, available for a $4 charge, no Bluetooth connection to entertainment system provided. Terrible airline.
The crew could deploy more customer focus and not frown when asked a question. I’m speaking of one lady in particular who raised a hand in my face for me to wait whe I tried to ask a question and never came back to me. Very unprofessional and rude.
They set someone on our assigned seats and we ended up finding seats for ourselves to ensure the family sits together.
Lufthansa crew both on the ground and in the sky were wonderful. I booked wheelchair service for all of our flights and it was handled perfectly. Kudos to all at Lufthansa.
Very efficient and excellent service. Nice amenities and beautiful plane. Elevated meals. Boarding could have been more organized. We missed our connecting flight due to EU entry but Lufthansa was extremely quick to rebook us.
Aircraft had fairly roomy seats on economy. Food was good (beef dinner).
Broken seat did not recline fully, broken footrest, no air vents, no electricity for charging devices, outlets for headphones or isb did not work. Rude crew. Horrible experience. Would never fly Lufthansa again

It was a very smooth and on time flight experience. The crew was really friendly and polite. We were well informed about the flight, etc.
Our Lufthansa flight MUC to IAD was cancelled 90 minutes after boarding requiring a night in Munich. Nightmare.
For such long flight we were expecting more comfortable seat , which were to close to each other , the backrest we could only lean a few inches to the back and you really couldn't stretch your legs.
