It was a really good experience. Food, snacks, and beverages were good. Flight entertainment was also a good one.

Everything was wonderful, with the exception of boarding a bus to go to our gate. Seems odd, that on both the arrival and departure from Paris we had to drag our bags down stairs, get on a bus to do the next step.

I traveled in a business‑class pod, which offered excellent privacy and comfort. The seat itself was spacious and well‑designed, ideal for both resting and working. The only minor drawback was that the pod felt a bit warm when fully closed, but it wasn’t enough to detract from the overall comfort. Overall, this Air France flight delivered a smooth, friendly, and enjoyable experience from gate to landing. The combination of efficient boarding, exceptional crew service, quality meals, and a comfortable seat made the long journey feel easy and well supported.

The boarding was efficieng. Staff in flight smiling, polite, attentive, patient. Very professional.

I don’t like that an equipment change caused my seat to change from 23A to 44A. The boarding was also delayed. The crew were excellent, however and very attentive. The food was not bad.

Our flight crew were terrific. And they handle a difficult passenger with finesse.

I bought business class tickets but the seats are exactly like economy with no comfort seats nor an empty seat next to me provided. Very poor, low quality airline.
