worst experience ever i choose my seat in advance and also have my seat selected in my boarding and the they told me that my seat has been changed without notify me
I have used Air France and KLM many times it will help if they change their menu's feel like it's been the same for years!!!, Especially the breakfast. Overall the flight was good and enjoyable.

We were charged for checking in our bags! One bag per person was supposed to have been included in the ticket price, and yet Turkish Airlines charged us nearly $200 per bag!

Pretty standard for long haul international flying. Food was fine, tv/movie selection was great, wifi did not work at all, crew was pleasant enough.
boarding from the lagos airport is always very chaotic. The seats on the place are not comfortable (old planes are always used on this route) and the screen chargers for my phone are both not working (both seats).
Food was horrible and not suitable the world famous Turkish cuisine and hospitality.
I was in business class, without the business class amenities. Large seat with lots of legroom, but no TV or bed. Food was okay, but I did enjoy the Turkish red wine.
The seat did not recline and we called the stewardess, he forced it to recline, but when we landed, it did not come forward because the seat was broken. I liked the flight, the attendants, and the comfort. But the gate for boarding was poor. Even the elderly had to climb down many many steps to the bus and climb up to the plane.
There was no entertainment or food service (short flight). The flight was delayed more than an hour.
Good, however, I wish that the airlines would have delivered my delayed carry-on bag (checked in at boarding gate) to my hotel. I understand that various countries do have restrictions on such services.

The ground crew would not allow me to bring carry on. Sh on the plane while the seat next to me was empty and some of the overhead bins were available. I had to wait 30 mins for the luggage to arrive. There was no reason for it.
