Great, the item that impressed us. The most was the fact that some of us were gonna have a tight connection and the crew invited those people with the tight connection to stand up and leave the plane early. Great idea and it worked for us
All went smoothly from Miami to Montreal from boarding to arriving to Montreal. Flight left on time and arrived on time.
Over all good except the food was not good at all
It was pretty good. It was my first time using the airline I believe but it was a relatively pleasant experience.

First of all, it was operated by lufthansa and not air Canada. I strongly suggest Lufthansa over air Canada.

I liked the courteousy of the staff. I was sitting in the middle of the middle row, which was not the most confortable spot when food was served but when that was done, I was comfortable and enjoying the flight again.

In my first flight with Air Canada we sat in the plane for 4:00pm to 6:30pm. Finally we were asked to get off the plane and we were told the flight was cancelled after 7:00pm There was o clear explanation of what was the problem. I was booked without my permission on a Delta Flight at 7:30pm that was leaving at 8:00pm and I still had to go get my luggage(my final destination was Rome with one stop in Toronto. The luggage claim for Canada was closed so had to return to finally get it on the luggage belt.. Of course I missed the Delta flight and all the next day flights were booked. I also lost what I paid for my stay in Rome because I did nt cancel in time. A complete nightmare.

The flight was delayed 7 hours and we were given 10 euros vouchers. This is ridiculous. The crew was not nice at all, they just did their job with serving food and drinks. Did not even apologize for the delay!!!!

bad seats, meager food quantity. bread not fresh. Hollywood films lack entertainment.

Like: friendliness of crew, accessible water upon request, quality in general Dislike: No mask requirements on board or airport, should be changed back to mandatory mask wearing fire everyone above 5 years of age.
It would be much improved if the crew didn't force me to ride with my seatback up on an eight hour flight. What’s the point of a reclining seat if you’re forced to sit in the fetal position?
We had a delay of about 45min, boarding was not done by zone, breakfast is really not good. However, we were well treated by staff, everything went well and we will surely fly again with Lufthansa.
Crew not helpful, Infant seat was purchased , instead I got infant ticket on lap, Car seat was taken away at the airport cuz of the type of Boarding pass that was given to us. Luggage missing at the destination airport .
