  • Which is the best New York Airport to depart from?

Of the three, LaGuardia is the closest one to lower Manhattan while JFK is the busiest followed by Newark Liberty and then LaGuardia. Old plane, food not that great - lacked taste. Crew was nice but strict.

Upon departing and landing, the man seating in front of me had his seat leaning back. Taking off nobody told him anything. Landing someone from the crew said something but the passenger ignored him and nobody followed up. Felt a bit unsecured. If this that is some of the basics are missed, what else was overlooked?

Flight was completely full January 9th? I problem i had the stewardess was bumping into me constantly walking by? very annoying.. on Austrian air I dint have this issue at all...

I have paid for extra legroom on my flight. My seat was broken and did not recline. The crew could not fix it and refused to provide me with another seat

The check in not ok! Demanding that we check our carry ons on check in! When there was plenty of available space inside the plane! And the staff at check- in was rude and not helpful and I was traveling with my autistic son and his service dog! Boarding was easy since we were priority boarding! The crew was ok expect from one guy flight attendant that was actually great!

The flight got canceled and you just send an email in the middle of the night and no solution to how to get on the next flight or provide other solutions.

You cost me my time and did not compensate properly. Gfy.

It was ok. Vegan meal was good, however no complimentary alcoholic beverages.

The food service was absolutely rubbish. Very arrogant crew. Does Scandinavian airlines think everyone eats meat??? I paid for my flight but could not eat anything because I am vegetarian!!! I was hungry for 7 hours . I demand for refund! This is absolutely unacceptable!!!! If you want more customers keep an open mind!!! Cater to all meal needs. I have flown many airlines and I never make a special request online never! They always have vegetarian options. SAS has no idea of customer service. Shitty service

Flight was canceled and the crew on the ground/front desk were I’ll equipped to handle. One woman was left to handle 150 passengers while her colleagues stood there saying: just 5 more minutes repeatedly.

I didn't like breakfast, I prefer plain rolls with butter.

Condor is a very good airline. If you’re transferring in Frankfurt, make sure to allow at least two hours in case your flight is delayed. You’ll also need to go through passport control and then go back through security to get on your next flight, so a window of 2+ hours is needed just in case.

Food could be better. Service was just ok without any enthusiasm...

My flight was delayed twice. It finally left 24 hours later. In addition there were conflicting messages between kayak and condor that made the experience worse.

Some pretty unfriendly check in crew members. This is a no frills airline.

I did not get a flight from JFK to Portland nonexistent Condor flight 308 does not exist and JetBlue knew nothing and someone changed my ticket and eliminated that leg of the flight. I would love to know who’s going to pay for my $750 car rental.

I was disappointed by the crew - poor communication. The food was terrible. We payed for the headphones. What could have been better? EVERYTHING! And my luggage was lost for many, many days!!!

The food was excellent. I had a gluten-free special meal. The salmon was restaurant quality. However, the drink offering was meager. Sparse service, glasses filled half way and when asked for a refill on white wine was told by one crew member that it would cost me extra. But then an hour later another crew member brought it to me finally. — The big problem was that it wasn’t a Condor crew but Condor swapped out its cabin crew w Wamos Airlines Crew last second, because the aircraft needed to be swapped out. The machine used was very old. In-flight amenities of pre-century levels. We paid extra for more legroom but my son’s video monitor (at pre-2000 Niveau) didn’t work at all. Felt like a 3rd class flight. In the end due to air craft change we left 1.5 hours late and the airline did not attempt to make up the time in-flight. So we missed our connecting flight to Nuremberg. There was no attendant to help us with what to do and how to retrieve our luggage. It was quite complicated navigating our way through FRA airport and eventually they put us on a train, and we spent 2.5 hours traveling to Nbg.

No blankets were provided for my flight from NY to Frankfurt. Meals were were cold and tasteless. The flight was delayed almost 2 hours which caused me to miss my connecting flight. The pilot said ground crew would provide accommodation for connecting passengers but none were there to provide any assistance.

Boarding was a mess and started much later than stated.
