Due to weight restrictions, some bags were not loaded on the plane. Any you guessed it, it was ours. Other than that the flight was OK
Boarding went smoothly, the crew was ok, free coffee and tea. However the seat comfort is 0. The space between seats was not enough to have your own window, which I have never seen before.
75 min flight. No food, no entertainment but flight was good. Got us to where we wanted to go.
I am tall and could not fit my legs forward as the seats were too close together
Didn't manage to get luggage on the plane to Bari. The luggage was checked in all the way to Bari.
budget airline, not a lot of amenities but perfectly priced for a 3.5hr flight. Crew/Pilots were great, communicative, and overall provided a great experience for the price point. Have flown with Norwegian when coming in/out of Norway for the past x10 years now!
Unfriendly staff at boarding gate. Unclear announcement at about gate change. Low cost airline with no amenities on board. Bring your own water.
Terrible communication about cancellation of flight. Put on a flight the day after our departure day even though there were seats the following day
…not even a power outlet. Nothing but uncomfortable seating with unhelpful staff.

No staff at the gate and the flights were not posted on the board so we missed our flight. Horrible experience. Be VERY careful flying Norwegian. Super limited ability to communicate with their slim staffing and restricted hours.
Tickets were cheap but it says no where that food was not included, I travel Austrian, Swiss and Turkish airlines all the time always food is included, never flew Norwegian again
Short flight in an Embraier. Business class seats didn't have leg room, but the rest of the upgraded amenities were great -- priority boarding, great in-flight meal, etc. No wifi nor entertainment, but that's fine for a 1.5hr flight.
Comfortable seats and lie flat setup. Decent food. Very attentive crew.
Really good. Everything went smoothly. That's what I hope for when I'm on a long flight, especially with multiple changes. Thank you SAS.
Terrible customer service. The flight attendants were rude. We experienced significant turbulence for a large portion of the flight and there was very little check in from the flight deck. The space was extremely limited to the point where it felt like torture. Never again
Baggage was mis-handled; food and grocery items in the baggage were damaged.
It was a good flight. Everyone was professional and the flight was smooth.
Service, food was outstanding. They make every effort to make sure that your long flight is as comfortable as possible. The only reason I did not rate them excellent is the way they handled our cancelled flight. They were great about re-booking except for the hotel. A communication breakdown ensued regarding who was booking the hotel for our overnight stay: the city where the flight was cancelled or the city where we were going to lay over for the night. In the end, neither of them did, so we ended up doing it ourselves and were extremely lucky to get a room at all. Given that, I still would not hesitate to fly with them anytime.
No TV screen, free WiFi or power outlets, but seats were comfortable, food and drinks were great, service was awesome!
I experienced trouble with the automatic bag check in. When I scanned the baggage tag I received, things were fine as the conveyor belt moved forward then abruptly stopped! My luggage traveled about 4 feet and I had to reach over a barrier to retrieve it. I went to another scanner position and when I scanned the SAS baggage tag, the screen told me it could not continue!! I went to another scanner position agent who had me put it on the conveyor belt by her & somehow sent it down the belt. I flew from Bergen to Oslo with a two 2️⃣ hour layover before connecting to LHR. My bag was NOT on the flight. I had no clothes for the next day when I flew to Boston. I filed a Lost Bag report and waiting for updates.
The flight was on time and loading was fine. I really disliked that all drinks other than coffee or tea had a cost. Deplaning was also an issue as people did not wait for those in front of them to get out before they pushed forward
Very comfortable plane. The food was very good (for airplane food). The crew was great
I liked the flight, the attendants, and the comfort. But the gate for boarding was poor. Even the elderly had to climb down many many steps to the bus and climb up to the plane.
It was a very smooth and on time flight experience. The crew was really friendly and polite. We were well informed about the flight, etc.
Cancelled 90 min AFTER Departure! We had to deplane and wait another hour plus for the flight to be shown as cancelled for the customer service team. There were many many angry customers.
Good and they are leaving at time and arriving on time
Flight cancelled. I was rebooked without discussion or options. Had booked a flight with a bed and when I was rebooked, the flight had a recliner seat. Felt cheated.
Movie selection was nice and chicken with rice dinner was good. I did not like the pizza thing they served for breakfast/lunch. It was like a hot pocket but mostly bread. A small sandwich or cheese and cracker snack and fruit etc would have been much better. Also they did not announce trash pick up so a lot of trash was left by everyone when departing.
Paid $35 for wifi but wifi didn’t work. Stressful dealing with work mess and no service. Otherwise normal
Never made it to Lufthansa because of Air Canadas negligence.
This is a very basic flight with no-frills. I just wish the seats were a little bit more comfortable.
