Better to not serve food if those are the options
Better entertainment & food options more may be adding chicken option or on vegetarian side good quality pasta
The crew was extremely supportive and helpful for my mother that needed wheelchair support.
There was nothing wrong with the handling of the flight MUC - YYZ - the crew, from the cockpit down, just did there job, nothing more! What a sharp contrast to the crew, from the gate to the flight itself on the flight YYZ-SJO- you could tell, they liked their job and it showed - nothing extraordinary - the just created a pleasant atmosphere
Liked having internet over the ocean. Arriving meal was not sufficient.
I personally rather pay a little more for direct or direct layover flights when flying overseas. As in the past, I booked with Lufthansa/Air Canada, with whom I never had a negative experience, and unknowingly ended up with Discover Airlines, “the new leisure airline from the Lufthansa Group” ( as quoted in Lufthansa website). Had to pay extra for check-in luggage (first time ever, flying overseas with Air Canada and/or Lufthansa). Also had to pay for alcoholic beverages ( another first ). Seating was very tight and therefore rather uncomfortable. Entertainment and food was good. For above mentioned reasons, I will try to avoid flying with Discover Airlines in the future.
Worse. My luggage was carried on another flight, I was never advised that and had to wait 4 long hours to get my luggage at Pearson. The first flight was delayed, the layover at Munich was extremely short. I almost missed my second flight. Air Canada + Germans was not a good combo. I'm done with Air Canada, will never fly with them

Easy, straightforward boarding process. Flight attendant was lovely and attentive, food was delicious - especially dinner, I had the roasted chicken in a mushroom sauce with potatoes - and entertainment selection was top notch. I would fly with BA again.
Overall, it was basically good. No serious complaints on my end.

My bag is still in Munich. There was no communication and then a long line at customer service. I waited for my bag, missing all my trains and had to take a £130 taxi to get home by 2 am.
The flight got delayed. poor food service. Just peanuts for international flight ? Please give coffee, cookies or something else as well. Very disappointed with British Airways.
No onboard entertainment. Seats that did not recline and food for purchase only for a flight where we in seat for 5 hours.
The entire trip from providenciales to London Heathrow I recieved no meal or snack , there was some sort of issue with British Airways catering services which was unfortunate for the Airline but even more for the customers , I felt that with a 12 hr flight predetermined there should've been a contingency plan to follow , I was disappointed and upset about the situation and feel as if there should have been an offer of compensation , especially given the fact that the airline staff knew and made the announcement of the unfortunate situation. I hope that I never have to relive this again and for a better future flight experience.
