I’ve never heard of discover airlines but will definitely be on the lookout for future flights. Everything about the trip was perfect. The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. The only critique; there was a delay and gate change and this fact was NOT well published! My eTicket was NEVER updated with the new flight details. We ran the whole way from our connecting flight only to find that our flight was delayed. Very frustrating. Additionally, there was NO announcement regarding the root cause of the delay. The uncertainty about the cause of the delay contributes to the overall frustration. One other small matter onboard; one of the toilets was unavailable (or perhaps malfunctioning) and NO explanation was given nor was any workaround explained. It would have been less frustrating if they announced why the toilet was lock and explained the alternatives in detail. That way the foot traffic congestion could have been minimized.

Basically a low cost airline, with very small seats, mediocre food and staff not particularly nice. Not a pleasant flight

Plane was old and small. Crew was not very friendly and didn’t check in much or offer water more than 2 times over a 8 hour flight.

We were on a full-service fare as part of a long-haul trip so it was disappointing to be on such a no-frills flight (no meals/hot drinks/entertainment) especially for a 3.5hr flight, at the start of a long trip. The crew however we’re lovely & friendly.

After we paid additional to sit in exit row, a passenger came in late with an act and sat in the exit row seat next to us. He did not pay the extra for the seat as his assigned seat was a middle seat the row before. And the did not do much to challenge him. That is not good business when you charge some people (us) additional but not others, right in front of us the customer. Not exactly looking after your customers like business schools show in countless case studies. Also on our connecting flight from Madrid to JFK, we witnessed the crew bring an already opened meal to woman sitting next to us. When she would not accept the meal, the server said that is all they had and she would have to eat. That is a blatant rejection of basic health codes. She could have gotten food poisoning if she ate the opened meal Both incidents are unacceptable. Next time the MN ame Air Europa comes up in airline selection, we will not be considering it

Dear Air Europa Baggage Claims Department, I am writing regarding my baggage claim, reference number JFKUX13455. My baggage was delayed and was delivered to me later than expected. When I received my suitcase, I discovered that the suitcase itself had been significantly damaged. Unfortunately, when I opened my suitcase, I also discovered that many of my personal belongings were missing from inside the suitcase. Several items that I had packed before my journey were no longer there. In addition, three cartons of cigarettes that were packed inside my suitcase were also missing. The missing personal belongings include the following items: - Prada sunglasses — $450 - Ray-Ban sunglasses — $300 - Dolce & Gabbana perfume — $185 - Three newly purchased clothing items from Turkey — $200 - Two pairs of slippers — $280 - Coach handbag — $395 - Newly purchased suitcase — $75 Total value of the listed items: $1,885 The suitcase itself was newly purchased, and I have the original receipt showing the purchase price of $75. I also have purchase records and credit card transaction records for several of the missing items. The three cartons of cigarettes were also packed inside the suitcase and were missing when I received my baggage. I have photographs of the damaged suitcase and supporting documentation regarding my purchases. At the moment, I am unable to upload all of the photographs and documents, but I can provide them as soon as I am able to do so. I respectfully request that Air Europa consider the delay of my baggage, the damage to my suitcase, and the missing personal belongings and other items from inside my suitcase as part of my claim. Please let me know if you require any additional information or documentation from me. I am prepared to provide receipts, purchase records, photographs, and any other supporting evidence necessary to process my claim. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and to a fair resolution of my claim. Sincerely, Çiğdem Karasu Claim Reference: JFKUX13455

We waited in the jetway for over an hour before we got on the plane.

My long-haul flight experience with this airline was not very pleasant. Earphones were paid, and no eye mask or other amenities were provided. The meals were served in cardboard boxes with plastic cutlery. The restroom was unclean and ran out of toilet paper. However, the boarding process was smooth and well organized.

I flew in business a couple of months ago, it was great, tried again in economy, it is the cramped seat I have ever been into, for an overseas flight across the atlantic it is inhumane to put passengers in such cramped space. Other than that, everything ok. Took a second flight from Madrid to London, also economy and it was roomy and perfect.

I was not allowed to cancel the flight, customer service is atrocious

Great staff, just very far from the main terminal, had to run to connect my flight. I had 90 minutes to spare. But my flight from Chicago was delayed also.

My luggage is lost and nowhere to be found, no response from airline

Boarding was a shitshow. Had to bus to the gate. No separate bus and boarding process for Business Class.

Place above head to place the rucksack in is smaller than in other planes, so it needed to be located under the front seat.

This is a very basic flight with no-frills. I just wish the seats were a little bit more comfortable.

It was good although we could not land in Munich due to weather and we had to go to Stuttgart. Missed our second flight. They did get us on another flight but the seats where not the ones I paid for in the flight that we missed.

Smooth Flight, Friendly crew, food offering on board was limited.

The connection between my income flight and the outgoing flight was slightly late and they would not hold the next flight for 7 minutes. The next flight was 4 hours later and we were issued a stand by ticket. So we had to wait to find out if we would even be on that flight. After boarding that flight was delayed for 40 minutes because there wasn’t a ground crew to load the luggage. The airline is not living up to it reputation.

I was expecting better from Lufthansa. I’ll think twice before I book Lufthansa again. This trip was the worst ever… in my 70 years of traveling.

In this flight was no good it was delay, change of door

Already stated....flights were fine. Late luggage a disappointment and failure my Lufthansa to get my bag delivered in a timely fashion.

Luggage took nearly 2 hours to come out. Terrible airport service in Malaga.

This flight space was way better than our international flight. Efficient boarding and comfortable

Super uncomfortable. Shoved in like sardines. Overhead bins were tight. Why was coffee charged for? I was insulted. How about an inflight magazine? Why can’t I charge my phone? Maybe the planes are old? They didn’t feel new. Television would have been nice. Bathrooms also very small for anyone not a size 6 or female.

Excellent airline. New planes. Comfortable business class seats. Professional crew

Frankfurt to San Francisco The Site would not let me Upgrade luggage ( paid extra at the airport Had to pay for seats but did not receive those seats Had to pay extra to check in at counter (since I could not upgrade on the app) $25 a person. Unfriendly staff- bordering on rude Check in in San Francisco (to Frankfurt) was smooth, courteous and no extra charges for seats or check in

It was a short flight, maybe an hour long. Everything was handled great.

Missed this flight. $5000 to rebook next day. Horribly rude staff in Frankfurt. Everyone we encountered was either not helpful or outright mean.

Missed connection due to no fault of our own, rude staff across the board, nearly 4 hrs in line for Condor service desk to ‘rebook’. Paid $5000 just to be lucky enough to get home next day.. will never fly with condor again.

Condor's computers do not work. They do not leave enough time to catch a connecting flight. Condor had to book passengers on a different airline to make their destination. They lost my niece and nephew's luggage. The bathroom had pee all over it before the flight took off.

Awful!! We got stuck in the passport line for two hours. Condor acknowledges that the lines are really long but says it is not their problem and would only rebook us in two days. We are stuck in Frankfurt for two days and it cost us $500. Condor stated that they gave us a 1.5 hour layover which was more than enough time and in the next sentence said, yes we know the lines are a problem.

I used Kayak.com to buy plane tickets, which sent me to Underpricer. Immediately upon buying the tickets I started getting phone calls telling me that my "tickets were not guaranteed" unless I paid more money. I told them that if they've sold me on just the idea of a ticket, and not an actual ticket, then refund my money immediately. We argued, but they eventually said they would do that. They didn't, I refused the charge on my CC, the CC company eventually charged me anyway, and Underpricer still didn't cancel that ticket because I kept getting alerts to get on that flight. In complaining to Underpricer, they insist that it's my fault and that the most they can do is refund the fees. This company is using deceptive practices and harassing people, and the company needs to be banned from Kayak and from doing business in the US.

Premium economy meant only extended legroom and when the passenger in front of me leaned back, I lost the little space I paid for. Food was not great. Movie selection is okay. Feels somewhere between a mainstream and a budget airline.

The flight was fine. We were served a meal and a snack. Boarding was fine.
