The flight itself was fine, food was expired and gross, staff were mostly amazing! KLM messed up rebooking for our first two flights that got cancelled and we almost didn’t make it to Amsterdam for an additional two days
I think I previously submitted my feedback about flight lead Katherine in a different field by mistake. Please see those comments. Comments for Hyd to AMS are it was good. The flight lead and service met expectations for satisfactory high quality service but the flight lead did not stand out as exceptional as did the leads on the other two flights so I don’t remember anything specific one way or the other besides the fact I was satisfied.
Flight lead was a gentleman with silver hair and he went out of his way to shake hands and interact with each passenger seated in business class. A medical emergency took place during our flight and he handled it with perfect poise and professionalism. He was gracious and confidently competent. Just what you want from a leader,
Crew is not the cheerful type. very slow meal service (this is their style as have flown this many times)
Legroom not all it could be, especially when the seat in front is reclined. Otherwise it was good, food and beverage were nice.
This fight left ahead of time which meant it arrived early which was great. Staff were very professional, but as with all these Short hop Flights the food was a disappointing snack There was no entertainment on this flight, but I did not expect any
I flew premium economy and this was a good option. Although the seats didn’t recline much, I was able to get some sleep with my head propped against the window. The food was good and the entertainment was wonderful The staff were very attentive and professional
Seats were nice and comfy. Crew was polite and attentive. Business class is awesome and worth the money.
It was operated by Delta. Boarding took a long time. How difficult can it be? Overall decent trip. Liked the Salt Lake City airport. Better option than Chicago for transfers.
We left one hour late because of technical difficulties. The economy comfort seats are great for the price. The crew was mediocre, they do not provide a pleasant experience, they just deliver food and drinks and give orders, not very amicable, no service and hospitality focus.
The internet that was free was terrible, the turbulence was pretty bad - uncontrollable I know.
Flight was delayed before take off and at landing. Baggage took 20 minutes. Flight crew would not serve full soft drink and had to ask multiple times before receiving water.
For some reason, TSA Atlanta didn’t have my bag on the flight on time and they don’t have to provide Delta a reason for that.
My business class seat was inoperable and unable to recline for 10 hour flight.

The landing was the worst I’ve experienced with a flight.
It was last minute due to weather - considering - it was amazing! Good smiles, friendly staff and they were making sure we knew what was going on when and where.
The crew was very kind and always smiling. The seats were great and I was very comfortable during the flight. The only thing I didn't like was that the lavatories got really dirty at some point during the flight. Other than that my experience was great
Crew was very helpful with mobility assistance from end to end. Very caring.
All good on Delta's part. Passengers could be a little more courteous to each other.
There was an older steward, he is top notch. He is very attentive at the passengers. I do not know his name. Thank you to him.
My luggage was lost at the airport but American Airlines contacted me and got it to me the next day.
We paid for Business Class seats, but system did not have us and they were not available.
Overall, it was basically good. No serious complaints on my end.
I love my flight from Munich to San Diego — highly recommend British Airways.
Delayed due to a technical fault, one small bottle of water, no USB charging point Not much to like
They ran out of headphones so my 3rd daughter couldn’t use the onboard TV the entire flight. They also rain out of food, so my 1st daughter didn’t get to choose her entrees or snack (chicken or cheese) because by the time they got to the last row they only had chicken left. Luckily she is not a vegetarian.
My bag is still in Munich. There was no communication and then a long line at customer service. I waited for my bag, missing all my trains and had to take a £130 taxi to get home by 2 am.
The flight got delayed. poor food service. Just peanuts for international flight ? Please give coffee, cookies or something else as well. Very disappointed with British Airways.
Spending 10 hours on a flight with no video or wifi access due to issues per stewardess was not enjoyable nor acceptable. Will follow up directly with the airline as well
