Best airline I think. No problems with anything. Crew were great, no problems with the airline food and entertainment and a smooth flight.
I very much liked and appreciated the service on board. The seating arrangement in Business feels uncomfortable. It's not made for tall people, in any case.
Once again the meal served was delicious - we got chicken rice
I loved the comfort of the flight and the hospitality of the flight attendants!
Crews are not allowed to perform any service whenever the captain deems there’s a chance of turbulence. Even if it is perfectly smooth air.
If I made the connection in Singapore I was stuck there for 24 hours you owe me 355.00 for accommodations

Sleep pods in SilverKris lounge are disappointing, showers are great though. Food decent, not amazing. Need more toilets in lounge ideally. Flight was good but service can be better.

Frankfurt airport was awful! Brand new airport with modern technology but a process that does not keep up at all. Attitude of staff at the airport also disgraceful but that is normal in Germany. One security gate in the middle of Monday and machine clearly not working well. Immigration has 2 staff with serious attitude.
Timeliness seems to be optional. Flight was 30 min late despite not coming from anywhere else prior. Information on flight status boards in the airport continued to show “on time” despite being passed the time it should have left.
We boarded but due to a technical issue we spent 4.5hrs on the ground waiting for the issue to be resolved
Wonderful Premium Economy experience. Felt as good as Business Class for food and entertainment. Comfortable sleeping too
The food options were excellent for Economy. It was difficult to find the lounge after clearing security and boarding was clunky

The first class experience was great but Frankfurt airport is very confusing. Badly signed all round. Boarding was not pleasant and check in staff was arrogant.
Much better this time than our previous. We had Been thinking we wouldn’t fly with emirates again. I have a wheat allergy so request a gluten free meal. The meals provided in the past have been mostly inedible. So dry and hard and tasteless. I see what my husband gets given with a packed tray with treats and mine is uninviting and awful. I actually was hangry with little food and not able to eat and enjoy what was given to me 😡 This last flight was an improvement. The first meal was edible tho no treats, why can’t a chocolate be given like on the regular trays. I realise you are trying to make the gluten free a dairy free and probably vegetarian one at the same time to save you dollars tho it’s shocking to receive. The snack sandwich given was much better and edible, not hard and dry as previous trips. The final meal received, Breakfast had more variety and treats on it, thank you for that. At last.!!
Very bad !! My confirmed ticket got canceled with out notifying me in hyd airport , crew didn’t help us out !! They were very rude!! They made me pay for the confirmed ticket again !! Can you please let us know how I can get the refund for the ticket I paid
Lovely staff, comfortable seats. Transit time was short but they had great processes in place to get us on the plane.
2 hours delay, time changes started already 2 days before the flight
I bought the front row seat and made and early online check in but they changed my seat to the back row without prior notice. The inflight meal was too poor, only a piece of small finger food. The boarding is a disaster, everyone is stuffed in a bus in chaos. Doesnt worth the money at all.
Was on holiday with my partner and we booked with Vietnam airlines as it not meant to be a budget airline. They separated us and made us sit at either end of the plane. Not the way I planned to spend my time on my holiday separate from my loved one. How can they separate people on the same booking. They know we are together and spending quality time together.
The check-in process was great, and I cannot remember the name of the supervisor, but he was good and told us about the transit process very correctly and efficiently and kindly. We were given down access and the overall process was very efficient.
Ensure there is a choice of food for all customers and also enough food
We boarded the plane at 1:20 pm It was hot. There was no air-conditioning It was stifling They kept us on the plane sitting there for 1 hour and 10 minutes
when we arrived at Taipei no one help us to get boarding pass. we saw a few people there asked them for help but they just ignored us. There was a guy told us to call Starlux number to get help but we don’t know how to dial the number until there was a lady working there helped us to call Starlux customer then someone came down took us to another counter for boarding pass. Very confused and inconvenient. We might not choose Starlux again in the future.
Technical problems checking in. Had to wait a long time while they got things ready.
Vietnam airlines is just one step upper to the cheapest one (vietjet, if you wanted delays and cancel or feel like a criminal then vietjet is for you) for sure better customer cares and on time.
