The plane was small and one felt the turbulence much more. The lines to get through immigration were insanely long.
Our steward Margarida who served us from Lisbon to Boston was absolutely fantastic! She deserves a raise. Conscientious and thorough as well as showing appropriate attention for every need.
Comfortable but not Polaris or Delta comfort Business Class. Overall 7 out of 10
The flight was cancelled. the staff did not know how to arrange overnight, food and transportation accommodations required by law, causing long lines lasting several hours. the rebooked flight was then delayed 5 times from 9am to 4:45pm
Flight was delayed, landed with short, but just adequate, time to make connection. TAP knew three from Rome were rushing to connect. Tap transfer agents repeatedly refused to expedite business class pax at any point thru the one long immigration line (while they did for other flights) which resulted in us unable to reach the connecting gate before it closed. TAP staff unconcerned, unwilling to investigate options, and no ticketing assistance available airside which is inexcusable.
A bit disappointing. Our business class seats were not cleaned from previous flight. They were also missing headphones and bottled water. Dining options were not always available.
I have been flying internationally for most of like. My first trip with TAP- wonderful! I look forward to flying with them more frequently in the future!
Awful experience all around, misleading booking led to disgraceful baggage charge at gate. Tiny uncomfortable seats with little drinks served in small paper cups filled halfway. Difficult to use bathrooms the whole flight and now on the way back we’re stuck in Lisbon a day later because of a diversion on our connecting flight, I will never fly this airline again.
Very little space between chairs, making any long travel very uncomfortable. Food is also very basic.

12 hours flight. Only one meal, not enough food. At the galley only water during the flight. Lavatories not clean. Headsets at extra cost.
Issues with plane led to multiple gate changes and chaos. Very little communication from the ground crew led to cranky passengers.
It was just okay. They overcharged me for a checked bag because I didn’t know it wasn’t included in the airfare.
Very BAD crew service They ignore at all any call for service . Very rude from the check in process to all the tripularion members in the fight .
Extremely efficient and incredibly friendly staff. Very organized to board and to de-plane. They were all very attentive during the flight.
Boarding, crew and flight were very smooth and efficient. It was a bit difficult to understand the announcements on board, but it is a minor thing. What was quite bad was the very long time it took to retrieve the luggage at the Frankfurt airport.
Terrible app. Working off paper stickies for seat reservations doesn’t work anymore.
Impossible to check in via the App. Kept on getting emails offering upgrade. When followed through not available. Wasn't any food anyway.
I like Air Europa in the way you make passengers feel important, well attended the whole trip.!It was first time in your company and hope I can repeat this experience many more times!
I was in flights from sap paulo <-> Madrid, the last one 11/15/21, That takes around 10:30 hour. Can you imagine that is served only a POOR meal after one hour of flight and nothing more??? We don’t have any service (besides in the morning a payed kart) or crew working in anything more than masks control. You need to pay for water / coffee is reasonable ? Even if you consider as low cost flights that you payed around U$ 700, courtesy and education should be showed by crew, things that Air Europe should learn to their employees on the airplane, a very rude people!!! It was not with me, but a complain for a lot people around. I have never been treated Like this before. Air Europa your journey will be short walking in this road. I, a constant traveler, will never more flight with you. I don’t need this kind of services!
Flight cancelled, lost a day of travel where we were trying to meet friends we couldn't meet. Iberia website is very difficult to navigate and has lots of dead links. If you do not speak Spanish it is even harder. Tried communicating on their WhatsApp and that was also close to impossible. We were told we'd be compensated 150EU's for this cancelled flight but there is no avenue towards rectifying this issue. I've had to take it up with my credit card to contest the charges and not pay for a flight that didn't happen but doubt I will ever be reimbursed for my two Ubers to the airport where we never even departed or the 150EU's we were told we would receive. I would never fly Iberia again. Clown show.

Food is very bad! They didn’t put me and my family sitting all together. The airlines want to charge for everything such as seat, boarding priority and etc but they have to pay attention on what they are providing in exchange!
Again. Diabetic menu not for diabetic. I asked for an alternative that was refused. I am Pregnant. I did ask for help to put my carry on on the compartemt , they asked me tomwait and never came back until I asked another passenger. I ended up not eating for more than 9h. I had just a tea. And 0 Empathy from the crew.
Why no entertainment? Also water should be free, it is basic human right.

Never made this flight it was unconfirmed by Iberia according to American Airlines This trip was a total nightmare, got to the airport in Wed March 8th after confirming all flights, only to be told by American Airlines that we are not confirmed on the flight. We met a pretty rude and unhelpful AA check in agent by the name of Ali. American said it was not their problem, contact Kayak/Chatdeal and sort out your issue.Chatdeal said all flights were confirmed and it is the airlines fault. So it went, we were kicked between American, Kayak and Iberia spending hrs on the phone- all said it is not their fault.Spent 9 hrs in the airport on Wed 15th trying to sort out. Luckily, we met a really nice AA agent Shawnna G who went way beyond the call of.duty to help us out. We were put the next day on Thurs 16th from DfW to San Paulo Brazil the onto Madrid!! Imagine that..10000 miles and 20hrs of travelling to get to Madrid from Dallas!! Our trip took 3 days to get there ..Wed 8th Thurs 9th and Fri 10th.Got there on Sat 11th, so lost 2 days of our vacation and a lot of emotional and physical stress on our 2 kids travelling with us.
Very comfortable plane. The food was very good (for airplane food). The crew was great
I liked the flight, the attendants, and the comfort. But the gate for boarding was poor. Even the elderly had to climb down many many steps to the bus and climb up to the plane.
It was a very smooth and on time flight experience. The crew was really friendly and polite. We were well informed about the flight, etc.
Cancelled 90 min AFTER Departure! We had to deplane and wait another hour plus for the flight to be shown as cancelled for the customer service team. There were many many angry customers.

Flight cancelled. I was rebooked without discussion or options. Had booked a flight with a bed and when I was rebooked, the flight had a recliner seat. Felt cheated.
Movie selection was nice and chicken with rice dinner was good. I did not like the pizza thing they served for breakfast/lunch. It was like a hot pocket but mostly bread. A small sandwich or cheese and cracker snack and fruit etc would have been much better. Also they did not announce trash pick up so a lot of trash was left by everyone when departing.
Paid $35 for wifi but wifi didn’t work. Stressful dealing with work mess and no service. Otherwise normal
This is one of the best flights i had. Good boarding, good seats , good food, and nuce stuff and clean toilets I took the Tourist upgrade and indianischer food , the best.
Very old plan, bad cabin layout and seats, entertainment system would get 95% through a film and then crash and reboot. I wont be using Lufthansa after I return back home, would rather pau more for a better flight arramgement.
Bad experience. Old food that wasn’t even covered. Flight was delayed with no announcement. Boarding gate very far. Rude flight attendants. Refusing to serve Coke Zero for a diabetic person. Refusing to provide diet sweetener for a diabetic. Refusing to provide milk for coffee. Very uncomfortable seats. Dirty toilet. Poor screen entertainment selections. Wouldn’t fly ITA again very bad experience overall. I paid for nothing.
Awful cold sandwich, pizza was bad and coffee was extremely cold I expected better quality in wines on the way to Rome I order red wine and could not drink it ! Bad quality of wine . Being an European airline’s wine are inexpensive so could have better selección of wines . So on the way back a settle for water with is a pity . The crew disappear and didn’t pick up the trays after meals or the garbage of the snacks . Iberia has better service and other airlines
Poor. The airlines left my luggage in Miami. It took 2 1/2 days to get my luggage at my destination. I was forced to buy clothes and daily items for days. There was little concern to get my bag to me which highly impacted my trip. Seats were cramped as well. Would not recommend this airline to anyone.
The flight was great. I don’t know about the food because I was asleep and they didn’t leave me any.
Flight on time, flight assistants super nice, business class very comfortable. The whole experience was very good.
We booked and purchase our seats in February for a September flight. We choose seats then also, did the online check in on the app the day before and all was fine. At the airline check in they charged our seats and we were not even sitting together after paying for business class seats. They separated us with no explanation and would not change them back. I was very upset. On the return flight, they tried to put us on standby! When again, we purchased seats in February for this flight. The plane was old and smaller and the business class seats were not comfortable like the flight from NYC. Flight attendants were hard to find once the first meal was served, luckily the flights were smooth.
Seating comfort was below par for international business class. Had difficulty adjusting seat to sleeping position with adequate leg room. Very cramped. Also the steak entree, for the expensive fare, was very disappointing. Check-in was crowded, time consuming and a bit chaotic with no separate ingress for business class.

The flight was smooth, our premier economy seats were comfortable, the flight crew were especially fine - attentive, cheerful. The food, however was AWFUL. I advise bringing your own on board.
We made the boarding and then waited inside 40minutes before taking off The plane was too full It was probably the worst flight of my life in terms of comfort. I was in the central seat, and on my right i had a very big person who was occupying part of my seat since he did not fit in just one. I think in these cases the staff should notice and do something about it. I checked if there were available seats by myself, but it was all full. Maybe in business class there were still available seats though.
