Very comfortable plane. The food was very good (for airplane food). The crew was great

I liked the flight, the attendants, and the comfort. But the gate for boarding was poor. Even the elderly had to climb down many many steps to the bus and climb up to the plane.

Cancelled 90 min AFTER Departure! We had to deplane and wait another hour plus for the flight to be shown as cancelled for the customer service team. There were many many angry customers.

Good and they are leaving at time and arriving on time

Flight cancelled. I was rebooked without discussion or options. Had booked a flight with a bed and when I was rebooked, the flight had a recliner seat. Felt cheated.

Movie selection was nice and chicken with rice dinner was good. I did not like the pizza thing they served for breakfast/lunch. It was like a hot pocket but mostly bread. A small sandwich or cheese and cracker snack and fruit etc would have been much better. Also they did not announce trash pick up so a lot of trash was left by everyone when departing.

Paid $35 for wifi but wifi didn’t work. Stressful dealing with work mess and no service. Otherwise normal

Service was excellent. Flight was only about half full, which meant we had tons of room to stretch out. Boarding area was nice and well organized, flight attendants were super friendly and attentive and we loved the 3 snacks!

Did not fly HOU to SAT as flight was cancelled.

The plane boarded 5 hours late. This made for a very long travel experience - 3.5 hours for getting to/taking the connecting flight (Air Dolomiti), 5.5 hours layover in Munich, 11.5 hour flight to Houston, 1 hour ride home. After landing at BUSH airport we spent 30 minutes on the tarmac waiting for United staff to prepare the jetway. Flight attendant admonished my wife for briefly opening the window shade midflight to take a look outside.
