I’ve never heard of discover airlines but will definitely be on the lookout for future flights. Everything about the trip was perfect. The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. The only critique; there was a delay and gate change and this fact was NOT well published! My eTicket was NEVER updated with the new flight details. We ran the whole way from our connecting flight only to find that our flight was delayed. Very frustrating. Additionally, there was NO announcement regarding the root cause of the delay. The uncertainty about the cause of the delay contributes to the overall frustration. One other small matter onboard; one of the toilets was unavailable (or perhaps malfunctioning) and NO explanation was given nor was any workaround explained. It would have been less frustrating if they announced why the toilet was lock and explained the alternatives in detail. That way the foot traffic congestion could have been minimized.
Basically a low cost airline, with very small seats, mediocre food and staff not particularly nice. Not a pleasant flight
Plane was old and small. Crew was not very friendly and didn’t check in much or offer water more than 2 times over a 8 hour flight.
We were on a full-service fare as part of a long-haul trip so it was disappointing to be on such a no-frills flight (no meals/hot drinks/entertainment) especially for a 3.5hr flight, at the start of a long trip. The crew however we’re lovely & friendly.
The flight attendants are amazing. The plane itself was not in good shape for passenger comfort. A good share of seat reclines were broken so they went back an unlimited amount, which meant the person in front of me was fully in my lap (the crew helped me find another seat but that would not have been possible on a full flight). Moisture from the ventilation was also dripping on me. And the entertainment system is almost impossible to hear.
No food was served on this short flight and we had no entertainment. Please add a box to check. We were served delicious Swiss chocolate though! The boarding process was fast and the crew very friendly.
We had seats between the bathroom and a screaming baby, and did not have enough room to lay my head down on the tray table. Not ideal.
Everything was fairly easy just hard when you get to Heathrow not know your Gate number until an hour before but otherwise really everything great. Did not get my texts in time though to do me any good but that is why I still like everything the old fashioned way and print everything out.
The plan was delayed for takeoff by an hour, but we ended up making the landing on time which was a nice surprise.
Crammed like sardines into the middle of the middle 4 seat row for an 11 hour flight was a terrible experience. No attempt made to help passengers sleep by dimming lights or shutting window shades. Small mediocre meals. Not enough good movies/TV options. Hopefully we will never have to do this again.
Flight was cancelled due to technical problems with the aircraft. It would be nice if SWISS would invest in new aircraft; that would for sure minimize the technical issues with (old) aircrafts.
Crew took my carry on and checked it in; turned out to be a blessing; however the luggage was delayed at my final destination; receiving it 36 hours later. Thought, we'd get, at least water; but the Swiss chocolate was delicious. Thanks.

Unfortunately, the level of service provided fell significantly short of the standards I expected from your airline. The seating area was dirty, and there was a persistent, unpleasant odor throughout the flight, which made the environment very uncomfortable for passengers. • Inadequate Service: The overall level of service provided by the staff was unsatisfactory and did not reflect a professional passenger experience. • Baggage Loss: Upon arrival, I was informed that my luggage was lost. This is particularly distressing as it has caused significant personal inconvenience and disruption to my schedule. As a frequent traveler, I value reliability and a clean cabin environment. I request that you investigate these matters immediately, provide an update on the status of my missing baggage, and outline how you intend to compensate for these failures in service. Delay not posted, only departure time listed- not boarding time. We left an hour late and arrived 45 min late. Restrooms had backed up sinks and toilets not flushed ) passenger error). Lots of screen for entertainment didn’t work. But we arrived with our luggage
I had a memorable experience. I dont have any comments at this time regarding waht could be better.

Flight was delayed resulting in a series of unfortunate events. I ran the airport as people were yelling my flight anyone who can’t run wouldn’t have made it! Then the luggage is missing. Good company, execution needs fine tuning.
The cabin crew members were so exceptionally good. They were always respectful to us the passengers and were professional. I also enjoyed the meals.
Customer service and the food was great. If the announcements in English could be said slower for the customer to understand what is being said. Due to ascent, it is difficult to understand. repaeting would help.
The crew were extremely unfriendly. The plane was dirty and the entertainment system did not work, so they did not even give out earphones to anyone.
The seats were quite uncomfortable despite having good legroom. The 350s are quite nice but the problem is on the old 777 aircraft. Special meal requests are not catered for as they should. They never had any ice for drinks.
Movie selection was nice and chicken with rice dinner was good. I did not like the pizza thing they served for breakfast/lunch. It was like a hot pocket but mostly bread. A small sandwich or cheese and cracker snack and fruit etc would have been much better. Also they did not announce trash pick up so a lot of trash was left by everyone when departing.
Paid $35 for wifi but wifi didn’t work. Stressful dealing with work mess and no service. Otherwise normal
Never made it to Lufthansa because of Air Canadas negligence.
This is a very basic flight with no-frills. I just wish the seats were a little bit more comfortable.
Good, however, I wish that the airlines would have delivered my delayed carry-on bag (checked in at boarding gate) to my hotel. I understand that various countries do have restrictions on such services.
Service was excellent. Flight was only about half full, which meant we had tons of room to stretch out. Boarding area was nice and well organized, flight attendants were super friendly and attentive and we loved the 3 snacks!
Terrible. Our flight was completely cancelled with no options to rebook until 4 days later.

Flights were delayed and due to a checked hand luggage bag by an overzealous gate agent in Berlin I missed my ground connection costing me another £80. Food was cold and bland, I honestly expect better from a national carrier operating out of one of their major hubs.

Easy, straightforward boarding process. Flight attendant was lovely and attentive, food was delicious - especially dinner, I had the roasted chicken in a mushroom sauce with potatoes - and entertainment selection was top notch. I would fly with BA again.
We got delayed for 3 hours and. Missed the connection. This is the 3rd time this happened with this airline
I love FRA - LCY route. So much better compared to the FRA - LHR route and the price differential is ZERO
It's useless to complain about the space and the back of the seat, making you sitting vertically like a candle. it's your business model. The "food" - there is no food. But I don't care about the food. It's the seating.
Overall, it was basically good. No serious complaints on my end.

My bag is still in Munich. There was no communication and then a long line at customer service. I waited for my bag, missing all my trains and had to take a £130 taxi to get home by 2 am.
The flight got delayed. poor food service. Just peanuts for international flight ? Please give coffee, cookies or something else as well. Very disappointed with British Airways.
