Horrible. We arrived at 5:30 a.m. to check in our bags and go through security to fly out at 8:10 a.m. Upon waiting for 45 minutes in line to check our bags, we got to the counter and were told that we may not be able to be on the flight (it was not over sold but over weight?!). For whatever reason we were told to step aside and wait until one hour before departure and that someone would let us know if we’d have the privilege of getting on the flight we paid for. As an hour passed, we got back in line and hoped for good news. After getting back to a counter representative, the initial employee we spoke to abruptly interrupted the conversation and in a frustrated/annoyed tone demanded we go back to the area off to the side. I mean, I get that they’re inundated with passengers of all types and are under a lot of stress themselves, but getting reprimanded like a child to be put in time out for my blood boiling. How were we supposed to know anything when we weren’t given any details. As the clock ticked away, the time to depart was fast approaching when an Air Dolomiti informed us that we would not be able to fly. In fact, they would have to rebook us and find us alternatives. Long story short… we ended up being told our only option was to take a bus from Florence to Milan and a plane from Milan to Munich. Our trip, which should have been us arriving at 5:30 a.m. and landing in Munich at 9:30 a.m. turned into an ordeal of waiting… waiting… taking a near 4 hour bus… waiting… an hour flight… and landing in Munich (our original destination) at 10:30 p.m. Lastly, my BIGGEST COMPLAINT is that we were told that we’d receive a $500 euro compensation on the card that they supposedly scanned in front of me… which NEVER posted. If I can avoid it, I will never fly Air Dolomiti again. *Air StoleMyTimeAndMoney* *AirWeDontCare* *AirYouDontHaveAChoiceSoYouGetWhatYouGet*
It was a short flight so all amenities were appropriate for the length of the flight.
It was about what I expected for a short haul. We were given a biscuit and water. But the people were very committed to service!!! Pilots were top notch 👌

On board service was very good. Airport service in Frankfurt was chaotic.
The Verona airport is 70 years behind the times. Boarding takes forever. First, you line up at the gate, then you go outside and wait at a barrier, after a long while a bus comes and boarding it is random, then you arrive at the plane and climb quite a few steps to board, again in no particular order.
You lost my luggage. You delayed my flight 1 hour. We didn't arrive in time and missed events we scheduled because we had to sit in the airport for 2 hours to file a claim
very bad The bus does not have AC and the windows do not open either. Airplane seats are very hard, very uncomfortable.
Very comfortable plane. The food was very good (for airplane food). The crew was great
Never made it to Lufthansa because of Air Canadas negligence.
Complete mess. Our reservation was mistakenly cancelled. After almost missing the connection and walking all over the Munich airport, the Service desk got involved and we were run to our flight. Not all 4 of us in Business and not seated together as originally booked. This was the worst treatment I have ever had. And I travel a lot. 1K million miler.
There is more space in this economy seat. It felt like a better layout, not so cramped.
The staff was not at pleasant as those on the first leg of our trip.
They canceled our flight right before it was to take off and then we stood in line for four hours to make other arrangements. It completely ruined our trip.
My baggage has been lost for the last 6 days! The problem originated at LAX with Lufthansa, which was a very big disappointment from LAX to Munich. The flight was delayed over an hour, the overhead bins on the window side are too small for most carryon's, the in-seat video screen were very poor as they would not respond to your touch quickly and would stop and start all over again, the earphone jacks are not like most standard ones, the seats still has wrappers and trash in pockets and on the seats. and there was no USB outlet to charge your phone or other devices. The German reputation for quality is bogus with this airline. BUT the responsibility for delivering my luggage became Air Dolomiti's as they were the last leg of the trip. The baggage area was chaos because several flights arrived at once. I took me over an hour to file a claim, the agent entered my info incorrectly, and the contact numbers for Lost and Found at the airport was never answered. I have never been called by Air Dolomiti or the baggage delivery company. I had to do all the calling. AD's live agents gave me two wrong phone numbers for the baggage company. When I finally got the right one on my third call, OF COURSE, no one answers and I still do not have any information on when my bags should arrive. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL operations by Lufthansa and Air Dolomiti. I will make sure I book any other air carriers on the rest of my flights to Italy this year.
Seats on the A320 were more comfortable than the A330 I took from RSW to Frankfurt
A short flight. What was offered was appropriate Friendly staff. Pleasant
The flight was delayed. Don't recall much else, as the flight was short and I slept through most of it.
Flew Premium Economy. The seats were comfortable and tilted back far enough to sleep. Food was okay and service friendly and efficient. We bought tickets through Kayak partner Underpricer and the price was good.
Lufthansa seats were much more comfortable than United. While they had about the same video selection, Lufthansa didn't put advertisements in with the movies like United did. And the Lufthansa food was much better than United.
Boarding to the plan was smooth. The plan itself was fine but the entertainment system work only on some seats (in our 3-seats row area only one seat had a working system). Landing not on a shoulder is very uncomfortable (departing the plan and travel in buses like it used to be 35 years ago)
ITA has these new Airbus A330 Neo that hates economy class passengers. The seats have absolutely no cushion to a point where it hits your spine constantly and reminds you to fork out for premium economy or don’t travel next time. The food was absolutely horrible, ETA mentioned 3 meals for 12 hour flight but it was mostly 1 meal and 2 light snacks. I am vegetarian, so my 2’d food was 1 slice of tomato, 1 cucumber on a dry cold bun. The other 2 meals were disgusting. My young one threw up the entire time. Flight attendants were the cherry on top - plain bad. They would skip servicing drinks to some passengers completely and if you call for an attendant, they will come and stop the button on top without even asking you what you need. I would avoid ITA by all means - there are plenty of options including SAS for same routes with better seats and humane treatment.
Nice flight. Uneventful, very good crew, comfortable seats. Pleasant experience.
Stews were nice. Plane was very old. Some of the mechanics for travelers outdated. Not enough bathrooms. Hideous food.
Our flight was changed to a day we could not travel so we cancelled it. Will never use kayak again
I liked nothing. Communication to passengers was poor to non-existent. No sense of urgency in providing information from gate changes, baggage drops, and cancelled flights (which happened with no assistance available). This airline is a joke.
The landing was catastrophic. I was very scared. I thought it were my last lminues. Pilotes should be more experienced
We made the boarding and then waited inside 40minutes before taking off The plane was too full It was probably the worst flight of my life in terms of comfort. I was in the central seat, and on my right i had a very big person who was occupying part of my seat since he did not fit in just one. I think in these cases the staff should notice and do something about it. I checked if there were available seats by myself, but it was all full. Maybe in business class there were still available seats though.
