Short flight in an Embraier. Business class seats didn't have leg room, but the rest of the upgraded amenities were great -- priority boarding, great in-flight meal, etc. No wifi nor entertainment, but that's fine for a 1.5hr flight.

Comfortable seats and lie flat setup. Decent food. Very attentive crew.

Really good. Everything went smoothly. That's what I hope for when I'm on a long flight, especially with multiple changes. Thank you SAS.

Terrible customer service. The flight attendants were rude. We experienced significant turbulence for a large portion of the flight and there was very little check in from the flight deck. The space was extremely limited to the point where it felt like torture. Never again

Baggage was mis-handled; food and grocery items in the baggage were damaged.

It was a good flight. Everyone was professional and the flight was smooth.

Service, food was outstanding. They make every effort to make sure that your long flight is as comfortable as possible. The only reason I did not rate them excellent is the way they handled our cancelled flight. They were great about re-booking except for the hotel. A communication breakdown ensued regarding who was booking the hotel for our overnight stay: the city where the flight was cancelled or the city where we were going to lay over for the night. In the end, neither of them did, so we ended up doing it ourselves and were extremely lucky to get a room at all. Given that, I still would not hesitate to fly with them anytime.

No TV screen, free WiFi or power outlets, but seats were comfortable, food and drinks were great, service was awesome!

I experienced trouble with the automatic bag check in. When I scanned the baggage tag I received, things were fine as the conveyor belt moved forward then abruptly stopped! My luggage traveled about 4 feet and I had to reach over a barrier to retrieve it. I went to another scanner position and when I scanned the SAS baggage tag, the screen told me it could not continue!! I went to another scanner position agent who had me put it on the conveyor belt by her & somehow sent it down the belt. I flew from Bergen to Oslo with a two 2️⃣ hour layover before connecting to LHR. My bag was NOT on the flight. I had no clothes for the next day when I flew to Boston. I filed a Lost Bag report and waiting for updates.

The flight was on time and loading was fine. I really disliked that all drinks other than coffee or tea had a cost. Deplaning was also an issue as people did not wait for those in front of them to get out before they pushed forward
