Didn’t fly KLM because they cancelled our flight August 31st. Delta was our airline on. Direct flight from Frankfurt to Detroit. Departed early, arrived earlier than expected.
The internet that was free was terrible, the turbulence was pretty bad - uncontrollable I know.
My business class seat was inoperable and unable to recline for 10 hour flight.
Outdated equipment in disrepair, wifi inoperable. Broken seats, taped air vents, generally poor condition, the 717 showed its age and lack of upkeep.
The crew was very kind and always smiling. The seats were great and I was very comfortable during the flight. The only thing I didn't like was that the lavatories got really dirty at some point during the flight. Other than that my experience was great
Broken jer bridge. Poor communication about it. Lost 2 of 4 luggage pieces
Crew was very helpful with mobility assistance from end to end. Very caring.
It was terrible! Two hour delays, poor in flight service, made us check our carry on even though there was plenty of overhead storage
Boarding was good, was able to get on early and get settled in . Loved the glass of wine before take off. Once in the air the service was amazing, from the snacks, drinks and the food was good. The flight attendants were very good and attentive. Love flying with Delta..
Flight was delayed nearly one hour. Just because of Deltas poor management. Was so late reached home after midnight .
Connecting time in Zurich was 50 minutes. We had to rush due to delay previous flight. To short for our luggage, got it only with 24 hours delay
This was the second time my trip that Swiss lost my luggage from one of their own connecting flights. Really frustrating.
Very unprofessional treatment of customers - boardring on being unethical. Only cares about money and not the customer. If you use the swiss brand, you should deserve it - now swiss air doesn't deserve the swiss brand.
Crammed like sardines into the middle of the middle 4 seat row for an 11 hour flight was a terrible experience. No attempt made to help passengers sleep by dimming lights or shutting window shades. Small mediocre meals. Not enough good movies/TV options. Hopefully we will never have to do this again.

Everything was on time and efficient - expected from a Swiss crew. But the entertainment system was pretty bad - the display was old. Food was pretty bad and a couple of times they started serving drinks and then just skipped past my row (and likely several others)

Crew took my carry on and checked it in; turned out to be a blessing; however the luggage was delayed at my final destination; receiving it 36 hours later. Thought, we'd get, at least water; but the Swiss chocolate was delicious. Thanks.

Better entertainment & food options more may be adding chicken option or on vegetarian side good quality pasta
The crew was extremely supportive and helpful for my mother that needed wheelchair support.
There was nothing wrong with the handling of the flight MUC - YYZ - the crew, from the cockpit down, just did there job, nothing more! What a sharp contrast to the crew, from the gate to the flight itself on the flight YYZ-SJO- you could tell, they liked their job and it showed - nothing extraordinary - the just created a pleasant atmosphere
Liked having internet over the ocean. Arriving meal was not sufficient.
I personally rather pay a little more for direct or direct layover flights when flying overseas. As in the past, I booked with Lufthansa/Air Canada, with whom I never had a negative experience, and unknowingly ended up with Discover Airlines, “the new leisure airline from the Lufthansa Group” ( as quoted in Lufthansa website). Had to pay extra for check-in luggage (first time ever, flying overseas with Air Canada and/or Lufthansa). Also had to pay for alcoholic beverages ( another first ). Seating was very tight and therefore rather uncomfortable. Entertainment and food was good. For above mentioned reasons, I will try to avoid flying with Discover Airlines in the future.
Worse. My luggage was carried on another flight, I was never advised that and had to wait 4 long hours to get my luggage at Pearson. The first flight was delayed, the layover at Munich was extremely short. I almost missed my second flight. Air Canada + Germans was not a good combo. I'm done with Air Canada, will never fly with them

Il faisait chaud. Il y avait pas de tv. On m'a changé mon siège et je n' ai pas été encore remboursé. On m'a mis à côté porte d'urgence donc je ne pouvais pas mettre bagage au sol face à mon siège
The entertainment system was not working, they tried restarting it couple of times but it did not fix it. We were told to contact Lufthansa costumer service after the flight for some kind of reimbursement. When costumer service was contacted I was told no reimbursement for entertainment system malfunction per policy.
The seats on Lufthansa’s international business class on the A350-900 is the worst product in the market. Our chief purser was AMAZING though. She is the best FA I have had in many years.
Very comfortable plane. The food was very good (for airplane food). The crew was great
I liked the flight, the attendants, and the comfort. But the gate for boarding was poor. Even the elderly had to climb down many many steps to the bus and climb up to the plane.
It was a very smooth and on time flight experience. The crew was really friendly and polite. We were well informed about the flight, etc.
Cancelled 90 min AFTER Departure! We had to deplane and wait another hour plus for the flight to be shown as cancelled for the customer service team. There were many many angry customers.
Good and they are leaving at time and arriving on time
Flight cancelled. I was rebooked without discussion or options. Had booked a flight with a bed and when I was rebooked, the flight had a recliner seat. Felt cheated.
Movie selection was nice and chicken with rice dinner was good. I did not like the pizza thing they served for breakfast/lunch. It was like a hot pocket but mostly bread. A small sandwich or cheese and cracker snack and fruit etc would have been much better. Also they did not announce trash pick up so a lot of trash was left by everyone when departing.
Paid $35 for wifi but wifi didn’t work. Stressful dealing with work mess and no service. Otherwise normal
Frankfurt to San Francisco The Site would not let me Upgrade luggage ( paid extra at the airport Had to pay for seats but did not receive those seats Had to pay extra to check in at counter (since I could not upgrade on the app) $25 a person. Unfriendly staff- bordering on rude Check in in San Francisco (to Frankfurt) was smooth, courteous and no extra charges for seats or check in
It was a short flight, maybe an hour long. Everything was handled great.
Missed this flight. $5000 to rebook next day. Horribly rude staff in Frankfurt. Everyone we encountered was either not helpful or outright mean.
Missed connection due to no fault of our own, rude staff across the board, nearly 4 hrs in line for Condor service desk to ‘rebook’. Paid $5000 just to be lucky enough to get home next day.. will never fly with condor again.
Condor's computers do not work. They do not leave enough time to catch a connecting flight. Condor had to book passengers on a different airline to make their destination. They lost my niece and nephew's luggage. The bathroom had pee all over it before the flight took off.
Awful!! We got stuck in the passport line for two hours. Condor acknowledges that the lines are really long but says it is not their problem and would only rebook us in two days. We are stuck in Frankfurt for two days and it cost us $500. Condor stated that they gave us a 1.5 hour layover which was more than enough time and in the next sentence said, yes we know the lines are a problem.
I used Kayak.com to buy plane tickets, which sent me to Underpricer. Immediately upon buying the tickets I started getting phone calls telling me that my "tickets were not guaranteed" unless I paid more money. I told them that if they've sold me on just the idea of a ticket, and not an actual ticket, then refund my money immediately. We argued, but they eventually said they would do that. They didn't, I refused the charge on my CC, the CC company eventually charged me anyway, and Underpricer still didn't cancel that ticket because I kept getting alerts to get on that flight. In complaining to Underpricer, they insist that it's my fault and that the most they can do is refund the fees. This company is using deceptive practices and harassing people, and the company needs to be banned from Kayak and from doing business in the US.
Premium economy meant only extended legroom and when the passenger in front of me leaned back, I lost the little space I paid for. Food was not great. Movie selection is okay. Feels somewhere between a mainstream and a budget airline.
Wish the plane actually landed at a gate instead of on the tarmac and have the passengers board very slow buses.
The flight was fine. We were served a meal and a snack. Boarding was fine.
