The check-in at the airport was smooth and helpful. There was a delay due to some issue. The good regular but the staff very attentive.
Seats! The eternal problem in economy. They are like stones!!
The flight crew was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Also the seats were comfortable and roomier than many other airlines.

The male attended that served are section was a snob. He did not answer my call light when my wine spilled all over the floor. I did not push it again or drew his attention to it. He just ignored the call light when he came to give us our meal, serving the people behind us first. I did not push it again or drew his attention to it to see his reaction. It was so obvious that he was ignoring us. We were in premium economy!
There was 2 hours delay before boarding and 2 hours delay after boarding while waiting in the plane
Boarding was a disaster being moved by Air France by bus to the plane. The plane should have been at the right gate.
They lost my lauggage and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. NO ONE IS HELPING! PLEASE HELP FIND MY LOST LAUGGAGE
Medíocre. The food wasn't good (although not bad, bad) and the staff wasn't kind. I asked for n extra blanket, the steward never came back, serving us roughly.
Generally good. The crew is excellent. The food could be better.
Better to not serve food if those are the options
Better entertainment & food options more may be adding chicken option or on vegetarian side good quality pasta
The crew was extremely supportive and helpful for my mother that needed wheelchair support.
There was nothing wrong with the handling of the flight MUC - YYZ - the crew, from the cockpit down, just did there job, nothing more! What a sharp contrast to the crew, from the gate to the flight itself on the flight YYZ-SJO- you could tell, they liked their job and it showed - nothing extraordinary - the just created a pleasant atmosphere
Liked having internet over the ocean. Arriving meal was not sufficient.
I personally rather pay a little more for direct or direct layover flights when flying overseas. As in the past, I booked with Lufthansa/Air Canada, with whom I never had a negative experience, and unknowingly ended up with Discover Airlines, “the new leisure airline from the Lufthansa Group” ( as quoted in Lufthansa website). Had to pay extra for check-in luggage (first time ever, flying overseas with Air Canada and/or Lufthansa). Also had to pay for alcoholic beverages ( another first ). Seating was very tight and therefore rather uncomfortable. Entertainment and food was good. For above mentioned reasons, I will try to avoid flying with Discover Airlines in the future.
Worse. My luggage was carried on another flight, I was never advised that and had to wait 4 long hours to get my luggage at Pearson. The first flight was delayed, the layover at Munich was extremely short. I almost missed my second flight. Air Canada + Germans was not a good combo. I'm done with Air Canada, will never fly with them

Il faisait chaud. Il y avait pas de tv. On m'a changé mon siège et je n' ai pas été encore remboursé. On m'a mis à côté porte d'urgence donc je ne pouvais pas mettre bagage au sol face à mon siège
