At my original departure Istanbul I was told my seat and flight was cancelled from the 3rd party. I had no seat to get to my other flights .. they charged me $481 USD to board the flight that I already paid for
All went very well. We used the AIFI Airport, such a lovely facility. Definitely needs better transportation options to get there.
Both ground crew and flight crew were rude, and did not provide any level of service. They made it very difficult as we were traveling with a passenger the required assistance.
From the check-in, to the flight, and arriving, everything went very smoothly. Unfortunately, when I received my baggage it was severely damaged. I have a hard shelled suitcase and it was completely smashed it. I’m not sure how this could happened but I am extremely disappointed that my belongings were damaged beyond repair and continued use.

Unfortunately I had an awful boarding experience. Our first flight with Aeromexico was fine and landed on time however it couldn’t find a gate and we were late which made us lose our connecting flight with Aeromexico. The staff handled it horribly when we explained our situation and would not led us board when we missed the boarding time by a couple minutes. The staff were extremely rude and did not attempt to even help us. Because of this incident, my husband and I missed a full day of work which negatively impacted our salary which we need. Please compensate us for the work that we missed.
It was OK. The flight is pretty long for the airlines to only offer a simple sandwich on business class. The entertainment is similar to that on other Skyteam members. Ultimately the airline lost my bag and didn’t deliver it to me until the next day after a lengthy lost baggage report.
Aeroméxico cancelled my ticket without advice AND It make a last minute mess in my intinerary, no solving my situation, bad advice and bad customer service
Some entertainment and food/snack service would have been nice
1 hour waiting for suitcases to come out traveling in business class and food in business class is a sandwich? Avoid Aeromexico .
The flight was canceled. I couldn't get on another flight. Meal voucher wouldn't work. The whole experience was a clusterfuck.

Same day canceled, we were never informed and had to pay more with worse seating on another airline.
Horrible, absolutely horrible. The airline overbooked the flight, did NOT assign seats and boarding was a hot mess with lots of confused passengers. There was no "large plane" gate for us, the 500+ passengers were squeezed in a small hold room area, and multiple busses had to shuttle us to the other side of the airfield, where boarding of the plane, that was parked on the ramp, took place in rain. The old plane had a broken seat, that the technicians tried to fix - with no success - resulting in a 50min delay. The flight attendant with heart shaped earnings with German flag was screaming on the passengers without a reason, was extremely rude and entitled the entire flight. The food was junk. I hope I don't have to fly United ever again.
The clerk at check in for my bags was very rude. My credit card was hacked during my vacation and she told me it was not possible to pay in cash for my bag. “You bought the cheapest ticket, you should have bought a ticket that included a bag. If you cannot pay with a credit card, we will not let you on this flight”. She spoke to her supervisor and then told me , I could ask other passengers, if they would use their credit card to check my bag. I had to beg 5 different people, till one agreed to use their credit card. I payed them cash of course. This was a very stressful and humiliating experience for me. I strongly suggest you build in some kind of provision for travelers who got robbed.
Terrific in every way. On time, professional staff, multiple movie options to select, great food and drink.
Business class would have been better , poor quality blanket , services

The crew was extremely supportive and helpful for my mother that needed wheelchair support.
There was nothing wrong with the handling of the flight MUC - YYZ - the crew, from the cockpit down, just did there job, nothing more! What a sharp contrast to the crew, from the gate to the flight itself on the flight YYZ-SJO- you could tell, they liked their job and it showed - nothing extraordinary - the just created a pleasant atmosphere
Liked having internet over the ocean. Arriving meal was not sufficient.
I personally rather pay a little more for direct or direct layover flights when flying overseas. As in the past, I booked with Lufthansa/Air Canada, with whom I never had a negative experience, and unknowingly ended up with Discover Airlines, “the new leisure airline from the Lufthansa Group” ( as quoted in Lufthansa website). Had to pay extra for check-in luggage (first time ever, flying overseas with Air Canada and/or Lufthansa). Also had to pay for alcoholic beverages ( another first ). Seating was very tight and therefore rather uncomfortable. Entertainment and food was good. For above mentioned reasons, I will try to avoid flying with Discover Airlines in the future.
Worse. My luggage was carried on another flight, I was never advised that and had to wait 4 long hours to get my luggage at Pearson. The first flight was delayed, the layover at Munich was extremely short. I almost missed my second flight. Air Canada + Germans was not a good combo. I'm done with Air Canada, will never fly with them

Il faisait chaud. Il y avait pas de tv. On m'a changé mon siège et je n' ai pas été encore remboursé. On m'a mis à côté porte d'urgence donc je ne pouvais pas mettre bagage au sol face à mon siège
They could have provided more than a premade mass produced tina sandwich for a 10 hour delay and/or had something available on oars other than potat chips once we boarded. They also could have not lost our luggage. Or barring that, at least foled a claim for us once we landed. Instead all of those things happened and they told us if we wanted to file a claim to do so online. I laid for business class for both of us. What an incredible waste of money.

Because the plane was delayed from Madrid to LAX, we missed our connecting flight to Malaga. Iberia offered to book us a hotel room but I needed to be in Malaga that evening. I ended up buying train tickets to Malaga from Madrid. I also feel Iberia should compensate me for the cost of the train tickets because they didn't meet their travel obligation.
This is where i leave an airline review. Test test test!

They lost my luggage, and bring it to me after 3 days. Not happy because I spent one hour to claim my luggage. After a long trip , to spend more time with claim luggage is not fair

No WiFi was available the entire flight, and the screens where media entertainment were disconnected.
Never made this flight it was unconfirmed by Iberia according to American Airlines This trip was a total nightmare, got to the airport in Wed March 8th after confirming all flights, only to be told by American Airlines that we are not confirmed on the flight. We met a pretty rude and unhelpful AA check in agent by the name of Ali. American said it was not their problem, contact Kayak/Chatdeal and sort out your issue.Chatdeal said all flights were confirmed and it is the airlines fault. So it went, we were kicked between American, Kayak and Iberia spending hrs on the phone- all said it is not their fault.Spent 9 hrs in the airport on Wed 15th trying to sort out. Luckily, we met a really nice AA agent Shawnna G who went way beyond the call of.duty to help us out. We were put the next day on Thurs 16th from DfW to San Paulo Brazil the onto Madrid!! Imagine that..10000 miles and 20hrs of travelling to get to Madrid from Dallas!! Our trip took 3 days to get there ..Wed 8th Thurs 9th and Fri 10th.Got there on Sat 11th, so lost 2 days of our vacation and a lot of emotional and physical stress on our 2 kids travelling with us.
