The flight was canceled. I couldn't get on another flight. Meal voucher wouldn't work. The whole experience was a clusterfuck.

Horrible, absolutely horrible. The airline overbooked the flight, did NOT assign seats and boarding was a hot mess with lots of confused passengers. There was no "large plane" gate for us, the 500+ passengers were squeezed in a small hold room area, and multiple busses had to shuttle us to the other side of the airfield, where boarding of the plane, that was parked on the ramp, took place in rain. The old plane had a broken seat, that the technicians tried to fix - with no success - resulting in a 50min delay. The flight attendant with heart shaped earnings with German flag was screaming on the passengers without a reason, was extremely rude and entitled the entire flight. The food was junk. I hope I don't have to fly United ever again.
The clerk at check in for my bags was very rude. My credit card was hacked during my vacation and she told me it was not possible to pay in cash for my bag. “You bought the cheapest ticket, you should have bought a ticket that included a bag. If you cannot pay with a credit card, we will not let you on this flight”. She spoke to her supervisor and then told me , I could ask other passengers, if they would use their credit card to check my bag. I had to beg 5 different people, till one agreed to use their credit card. I payed them cash of course. This was a very stressful and humiliating experience for me. I strongly suggest you build in some kind of provision for travelers who got robbed.
Terrific in every way. On time, professional staff, multiple movie options to select, great food and drink.

We got to get extended leg room in Econ plus that was great. It was nice having our own dietary needs met with our meals, and the connecting flights had it as well. Only negative were the seats my bottom was/is really sore after a ten plus hour flight. Those seats are horrible, understandable for as many people use them. So we are going to purchase a gel seat pad.
Once again, flight was delayed from Houston to ELP by three hours. The last two-three times were flight crew scheduling issues causing significant delays and a stay over. After traveling internationally for business and needing to drive an hour home after landing close to midnight, this is an unsafe situation when exhausted. United has went from a preferred airline of mine to one of the worst due to reliability. As someone who had to get a new passport because I filled it up pre-pandemic, I still ONLY travel because I have to and not because I want to (leisure) because of the consistent subpar experiences. The United lounge closed at 9pm, so we had to sit in general boarding without working power outlets. Thankfully, the lounge had excellent service, abundant quiet space, and improved food selections.
Very comfortable plane. The food was very good (for airplane food). The crew was great
I liked the flight, the attendants, and the comfort. But the gate for boarding was poor. Even the elderly had to climb down many many steps to the bus and climb up to the plane.
Cancelled 90 min AFTER Departure! We had to deplane and wait another hour plus for the flight to be shown as cancelled for the customer service team. There were many many angry customers.
Good and they are leaving at time and arriving on time
Flight cancelled. I was rebooked without discussion or options. Had booked a flight with a bed and when I was rebooked, the flight had a recliner seat. Felt cheated.
Movie selection was nice and chicken with rice dinner was good. I did not like the pizza thing they served for breakfast/lunch. It was like a hot pocket but mostly bread. A small sandwich or cheese and cracker snack and fruit etc would have been much better. Also they did not announce trash pick up so a lot of trash was left by everyone when departing.
Paid $35 for wifi but wifi didn’t work. Stressful dealing with work mess and no service. Otherwise normal
Service was excellent. Flight was only about half full, which meant we had tons of room to stretch out. Boarding area was nice and well organized, flight attendants were super friendly and attentive and we loved the 3 snacks!
Terrible. Our flight was completely cancelled with no options to rebook until 4 days later.
The plane boarded 5 hours late. This made for a very long travel experience - 3.5 hours for getting to/taking the connecting flight (Air Dolomiti), 5.5 hours layover in Munich, 11.5 hour flight to Houston, 1 hour ride home. After landing at BUSH airport we spent 30 minutes on the tarmac waiting for United staff to prepare the jetway. Flight attendant admonished my wife for briefly opening the window shade midflight to take a look outside.
