Connecting time in Zurich was 50 minutes. We had to rush due to delay previous flight. To short for our luggage, got it only with 24 hours delay
This was the second time my trip that Swiss lost my luggage from one of their own connecting flights. Really frustrating.
The cabin was warm and few used the blankets. I should’ve upgraded.

Crammed like sardines into the middle of the middle 4 seat row for an 11 hour flight was a terrible experience. No attempt made to help passengers sleep by dimming lights or shutting window shades. Small mediocre meals. Not enough good movies/TV options. Hopefully we will never have to do this again.
Flight was cancelled due to technical problems with the aircraft. It would be nice if SWISS would invest in new aircraft; that would for sure minimize the technical issues with (old) aircrafts.
Swiss ground crew was again at its prime and although I’m United 1K (Star Alliance Gold) they created problems with my hand luggage - while other passengers were boarding with more handbags and larger hand luggages, were critical on my 2 young kids attending the lounge with me and boarding the plane with me on the priority lane.
Crew took my carry on and checked it in; turned out to be a blessing; however the luggage was delayed at my final destination; receiving it 36 hours later. Thought, we'd get, at least water; but the Swiss chocolate was delicious. Thanks.
Like the blanket. Food wasn’t good and boarding was a mess

Better entertainment & food options more may be adding chicken option or on vegetarian side good quality pasta
The crew was extremely supportive and helpful for my mother that needed wheelchair support.
There was nothing wrong with the handling of the flight MUC - YYZ - the crew, from the cockpit down, just did there job, nothing more! What a sharp contrast to the crew, from the gate to the flight itself on the flight YYZ-SJO- you could tell, they liked their job and it showed - nothing extraordinary - the just created a pleasant atmosphere
Liked having internet over the ocean. Arriving meal was not sufficient.
I personally rather pay a little more for direct or direct layover flights when flying overseas. As in the past, I booked with Lufthansa/Air Canada, with whom I never had a negative experience, and unknowingly ended up with Discover Airlines, “the new leisure airline from the Lufthansa Group” ( as quoted in Lufthansa website). Had to pay extra for check-in luggage (first time ever, flying overseas with Air Canada and/or Lufthansa). Also had to pay for alcoholic beverages ( another first ). Seating was very tight and therefore rather uncomfortable. Entertainment and food was good. For above mentioned reasons, I will try to avoid flying with Discover Airlines in the future.
Worse. My luggage was carried on another flight, I was never advised that and had to wait 4 long hours to get my luggage at Pearson. The first flight was delayed, the layover at Munich was extremely short. I almost missed my second flight. Air Canada + Germans was not a good combo. I'm done with Air Canada, will never fly with them

Much better than previous experiences. Overall, it went smoothly after an unexpected delay and gate change.
Il faisait chaud. Il y avait pas de tv. On m'a changé mon siège et je n' ai pas été encore remboursé. On m'a mis à côté porte d'urgence donc je ne pouvais pas mettre bagage au sol face à mon siège
The flight was long but everything went well. Crew was helpful and very attentive. Food was good and the entertainment options were many.
This flight was delayed by more than an hour. The seats are uncomfortable ans do not recline properly. I prepurchased a wifi pass, but wifi was not working on this flight at all. The food was bland.
I was not allowed to cancel the flight, customer service is atrocious
Great staff, just very far from the main terminal, had to run to connect my flight. I had 90 minutes to spare. But my flight from Chicago was delayed also.
They gave me an upgrade but charged me for my bag. I felt abused because this had never happened to me before with an upgrade with another airline.
No frills airlines. Tickets were reasonably priced for a short-term booking. But comfort is a big issue.
Well, I'm not too happy with the service a flight for 9 hours with only a cup of water or wine. Food only service you one-time I bind flights many different airlines and they make sure that you feel comfortable with the food and drink
Service on plane was appalling. Cabin crew did not want to help with anything. Window darkening screen did not work so we had to sit in the sun for a few hours until it went down. TV screen did not work and cabin crew just shrugged their shoulders and did not care. We waited for over 2 hours for headphones so we could try watch one screen between 2 people. We had to go to back of plane to request basic water as crew never responded to call request. Will be letting many others know to warn them off ever using Air Europa. Total disaster of their own making
I like Air Europa in the way you make passengers feel important, well attended the whole trip.!It was first time in your company and hope I can repeat this experience many more times!
Totally unprofessional crew, lack of empathy and disrespectful responses. Flight got delayed for Mechanical issue for 3 hours got on the runway then back, then disembarked and just waiting with no one explaining anything and missed my connecting due to that.. the crew total lack of professionalism is totally unseen anywhere.
Everything was on time and easy. Food in business class was great. There was no entertainment on board, though with business class you could get free internet, but so spotty it wasn't worthwhile.
They could have provided more than a premade mass produced tina sandwich for a 10 hour delay and/or had something available on oars other than potat chips once we boarded. They also could have not lost our luggage. Or barring that, at least foled a claim for us once we landed. Instead all of those things happened and they told us if we wanted to file a claim to do so online. I laid for business class for both of us. What an incredible waste of money.

Delayed and missed connections on leaving the states and returning Planes were old and small- very uncomfortable. Meals were good but very infrequent service for even water/drinks. No explanations for 3+ hour delay
business class food was pretty average otherwise it was a good experience
British Airways changed flight times after booking, allowing very little time between connections. We had to rush to barely make the next flight. They also ran out of certain vegetarian options during our 10-hour flight. Crew was fine, but overall a very unpleasant experience.
Boarding process was chaotic and disorganized. The plane needs updating in the interior. Things are broken, worn out, and dated
All went smoothly, no problems; friendly crew. I would have appreciated a head pillow ;)
Never made this flight it was unconfirmed by Iberia according to American Airlines This trip was a total nightmare, got to the airport in Wed March 8th after confirming all flights, only to be told by American Airlines that we are not confirmed on the flight. We met a pretty rude and unhelpful AA check in agent by the name of Ali. American said it was not their problem, contact Kayak/Chatdeal and sort out your issue.Chatdeal said all flights were confirmed and it is the airlines fault. So it went, we were kicked between American, Kayak and Iberia spending hrs on the phone- all said it is not their fault.Spent 9 hrs in the airport on Wed 15th trying to sort out. Luckily, we met a really nice AA agent Shawnna G who went way beyond the call of.duty to help us out. We were put the next day on Thurs 16th from DfW to San Paulo Brazil the onto Madrid!! Imagine that..10000 miles and 20hrs of travelling to get to Madrid from Dallas!! Our trip took 3 days to get there ..Wed 8th Thurs 9th and Fri 10th.Got there on Sat 11th, so lost 2 days of our vacation and a lot of emotional and physical stress on our 2 kids travelling with us.
Frankfurt to San Francisco The Site would not let me Upgrade luggage ( paid extra at the airport Had to pay for seats but did not receive those seats Had to pay extra to check in at counter (since I could not upgrade on the app) $25 a person. Unfriendly staff- bordering on rude Check in in San Francisco (to Frankfurt) was smooth, courteous and no extra charges for seats or check in
It was a short flight, maybe an hour long. Everything was handled great.
Missed this flight. $5000 to rebook next day. Horribly rude staff in Frankfurt. Everyone we encountered was either not helpful or outright mean.
Missed connection due to no fault of our own, rude staff across the board, nearly 4 hrs in line for Condor service desk to ‘rebook’. Paid $5000 just to be lucky enough to get home next day.. will never fly with condor again.
Condor's computers do not work. They do not leave enough time to catch a connecting flight. Condor had to book passengers on a different airline to make their destination. They lost my niece and nephew's luggage. The bathroom had pee all over it before the flight took off.
Awful!! We got stuck in the passport line for two hours. Condor acknowledges that the lines are really long but says it is not their problem and would only rebook us in two days. We are stuck in Frankfurt for two days and it cost us $500. Condor stated that they gave us a 1.5 hour layover which was more than enough time and in the next sentence said, yes we know the lines are a problem.
I used Kayak.com to buy plane tickets, which sent me to Underpricer. Immediately upon buying the tickets I started getting phone calls telling me that my "tickets were not guaranteed" unless I paid more money. I told them that if they've sold me on just the idea of a ticket, and not an actual ticket, then refund my money immediately. We argued, but they eventually said they would do that. They didn't, I refused the charge on my CC, the CC company eventually charged me anyway, and Underpricer still didn't cancel that ticket because I kept getting alerts to get on that flight. In complaining to Underpricer, they insist that it's my fault and that the most they can do is refund the fees. This company is using deceptive practices and harassing people, and the company needs to be banned from Kayak and from doing business in the US.
Premium economy meant only extended legroom and when the passenger in front of me leaned back, I lost the little space I paid for. Food was not great. Movie selection is okay. Feels somewhere between a mainstream and a budget airline.
Upgraded to premium economy at the gate. Well worth it!
The flight was fine. We were served a meal and a snack. Boarding was fine.
