Crew was very good, cabin comfort was what was expected for the price point. The food was not very good, too many carbs.

Other than the toilets it was great. One was broken and another wasn’t flushing by the end of the flight

Good flight. Good boarding. Luggage handled properly. Seats are small for business class. No wine or beer offered. Just regular crunchy snacks. Not much for a business class flight.

Premium economy was very comfortable with excellent service and legroom. On Kayak I was able to find a very affordable discounted fare

Overall seamless flight from SFO to FCO. I chose economy to have more money to spend while in Italy. The seats bottoms are a bit on the thin side but they give you a pillow and blanket so Inl used the blanket to thicken up the seat bottom. You have to have a physical boarding pass (at least for my flight) so that was interesting. Crew was nice, food was good and over pretty down the middle.

Really attentive crew in Business class. Best flight Ive had in years!

Staff was professional without a smile. Seat was broken, but staff basically had no solution to offer

Yor internet is terrible and we paid for 2. One did not work entire flight to NEw York

1 1/2 hours delayed boarding at JFK caused us to almost miss connecting flight in Rome. Only 30 minutes of time to run from one end of FCO to the other for connecting flight. Not very easy to do for older travelers.

Comfortable seats with sufficient leg room. However, the female flight attendant spoke English and Italian so fast that it was impossible to understand anything she said. There was no entertainment option. No wifi. No milk for tea (only powered milk which is terrible). I appreciate being able to take a carry on. Crew was nice. Plane was clean.

Such a comfortable flight! Food was yummy and staff was very friendly! Will absolutely fly Lufthansa again.

There was a stewardess walking up and down and keep spraying room refreshner on people heads and faces. I had to bread this and smell like a room freshener afterwards not to mention was keep falling on my face. It was terrible.

The food was fine. The seats are small but accomidating. The staff was very freindly. I would fly them again happily

Never made it to Lufthansa because of Air Canadas negligence.

Complete mess. Our reservation was mistakenly cancelled. After almost missing the connection and walking all over the Munich airport, the Service desk got involved and we were run to our flight. Not all 4 of us in Business and not seated together as originally booked. This was the worst treatment I have ever had. And I travel a lot. 1K million miler.

There is more space in this economy seat. It felt like a better layout, not so cramped.

The staff was not at pleasant as those on the first leg of our trip.

They canceled our flight right before it was to take off and then we stood in line for four hours to make other arrangements. It completely ruined our trip.

My baggage has been lost for the last 6 days! The problem originated at LAX with Lufthansa, which was a very big disappointment from LAX to Munich. The flight was delayed over an hour, the overhead bins on the window side are too small for most carryon's, the in-seat video screen were very poor as they would not respond to your touch quickly and would stop and start all over again, the earphone jacks are not like most standard ones, the seats still has wrappers and trash in pockets and on the seats. and there was no USB outlet to charge your phone or other devices. The German reputation for quality is bogus with this airline. BUT the responsibility for delivering my luggage became Air Dolomiti's as they were the last leg of the trip. The baggage area was chaos because several flights arrived at once. I took me over an hour to file a claim, the agent entered my info incorrectly, and the contact numbers for Lost and Found at the airport was never answered. I have never been called by Air Dolomiti or the baggage delivery company. I had to do all the calling. AD's live agents gave me two wrong phone numbers for the baggage company. When I finally got the right one on my third call, OF COURSE, no one answers and I still do not have any information on when my bags should arrive. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL operations by Lufthansa and Air Dolomiti. I will make sure I book any other air carriers on the rest of my flights to Italy this year.

A short flight. What was offered was appropriate Friendly staff. Pleasant

I ended up upgrading to business class. They use Seat Boost and even though I was the highest bidder at 900 Euros, they decline my offer. When I got to the Gate, I asked if I could upgrade and they said yest for 1300 Euros.

The flight was 1 hour late due to technical problems with the plane. We paid for premium economy seats, but the seats were extremely uncomfortable and just as crowded as regular economy seats with perhaps a little more legroom. I had to pay extra to select our seats in advance. Compared to other airlines with premium economy seats, Condor’s premium economy seats were poor and other airlines don’t charge to select your seats in advance. The worst though was the toilets. They ran out of toilet paper with 4 hours left in a 12 hour flight, trash was overflowing, and the toilets were smelly. I will never fly Condor again and I will advise my friends and colleagues to never fly Condor.

Terrible. I can't believe I lost my entire ticket price when I tried to cancel or change the flight the day before.

Excellent airline. New planes. Comfortable business class seats. Professional crew

Frankfurt to San Francisco The Site would not let me Upgrade luggage ( paid extra at the airport Had to pay for seats but did not receive those seats Had to pay extra to check in at counter (since I could not upgrade on the app) $25 a person. Unfriendly staff- bordering on rude Check in in San Francisco (to Frankfurt) was smooth, courteous and no extra charges for seats or check in

It was a short flight, maybe an hour long. Everything was handled great.

Missed connection due to no fault of our own, rude staff across the board, nearly 4 hrs in line for Condor service desk to ‘rebook’. Paid $5000 just to be lucky enough to get home next day.. will never fly with condor again.

Nice flight over the alps with spectacular views. Rome airport has good signage including on how to get into the city on the Leonardo express.

Awful! Rude attendants at gate. We were rushed along just to wait on hot bus to board plane and waited an hour extra to take off. My luggage was and still is lost and it’s been stressful and inconvenient and a big waste of time trying to track it down!

The flight was fine. We were served a meal and a snack. Boarding was fine.
