Terrible! They cancel our flight a few hours before the time of flying. Initially they just canceled it without offering any alternatives, around 4:00’am. Later they offered another flight but the offer came to close to the departure time, making it impossible to use it. We had to purchase another flight with a different company at around $1,500 USD, Norwegian Airlines is a very inconsiderate and irresponsible company..
Questionary would have N/A available, I did not eat, can't say I'm either sad or happy with that.
I mostly blame the dreadful Berlin airport, not Norwegian, but we departed in the rain after trekking for a mile to get to the gate, carrying everything including our baby and luggage down a couple flights of stairs and then walking to the plane on the tarmac in the rain and climbing more stairs to enter the hot airplane. The flight itself was fine, but sitting in the cramped chair, soaking wet, baby in lap, also wet, was hard to overcome.
Flight was 1 hour late. The luggages also arrived 45 minutes late.
Ticket desk was really helpful in resolving issues with ticket machine. Reception staff were less than helpful.l and grumpy when issues were highlighted.
The flight was delayed by 1.5 hours & the gate was changed, so it was a long walk from the 1st gate to the 2nd gate. The bags took about 1 hour to arrive after landing. Ridiculous wait for bags for which we paid extra $$$$$$$
The upholstery of our seats (7A+7B) were in bad shape: twisted, hard and uncomfortable. We also had a 55 minutes delay. Apart from that everything was OK.
We arrived on time to our destination and the flight was peaceful (and short!.)
30 minutes late as usual. Could not pay for any food or drinks, despite using three cards. Amex, Mastercard and Visa. Uncomfortable seats
Norwegian ground crew did NOTHING regarding priority boarding. I paid for priority and there was no priority boarding effort made AT ALL at the gate.
Everything was on time and easy. Food in business class was great. There was no entertainment on board, though with business class you could get free internet, but so spotty it wasn't worthwhile.
They could have provided more than a premade mass produced tina sandwich for a 10 hour delay and/or had something available on oars other than potat chips once we boarded. They also could have not lost our luggage. Or barring that, at least foled a claim for us once we landed. Instead all of those things happened and they told us if we wanted to file a claim to do so online. I laid for business class for both of us. What an incredible waste of money.
Delayed. Mismanagement of gate lines. Passengers arguing with eachother as a result of lack of organization by airline. Avoid this airline.
Because the plane was delayed from Madrid to LAX, we missed our connecting flight to Malaga. Iberia offered to book us a hotel room but I needed to be in Malaga that evening. I ended up buying train tickets to Malaga from Madrid. I also feel Iberia should compensate me for the cost of the train tickets because they didn't meet their travel obligation.
This is where i leave an airline review. Test test test!
business class food was pretty average otherwise it was a good experience
My baggage did not arrive, missed connection, service representative was not helpful.

Never made this flight it was unconfirmed by Iberia according to American Airlines This trip was a total nightmare, got to the airport in Wed March 8th after confirming all flights, only to be told by American Airlines that we are not confirmed on the flight. We met a pretty rude and unhelpful AA check in agent by the name of Ali. American said it was not their problem, contact Kayak/Chatdeal and sort out your issue.Chatdeal said all flights were confirmed and it is the airlines fault. So it went, we were kicked between American, Kayak and Iberia spending hrs on the phone- all said it is not their fault.Spent 9 hrs in the airport on Wed 15th trying to sort out. Luckily, we met a really nice AA agent Shawnna G who went way beyond the call of.duty to help us out. We were put the next day on Thurs 16th from DfW to San Paulo Brazil the onto Madrid!! Imagine that..10000 miles and 20hrs of travelling to get to Madrid from Dallas!! Our trip took 3 days to get there ..Wed 8th Thurs 9th and Fri 10th.Got there on Sat 11th, so lost 2 days of our vacation and a lot of emotional and physical stress on our 2 kids travelling with us.
Convenient, I m a SKY TEAM ELITE PLUS MEMBER, was offered to ship my carry on small case at no charge, boarding went easy & smooth, flight packed, we had a delay fo 45 mins, simply waiting on board, not sure, what was the reason, may be clearance to leave the airspace,
After we paid additional to sit in exit row, a passenger came in late with an act and sat in the exit row seat next to us. He did not pay the extra for the seat as his assigned seat was a middle seat the row before. And the did not do much to challenge him. That is not good business when you charge some people (us) additional but not others, right in front of us the customer. Not exactly looking after your customers like business schools show in countless case studies. Also on our connecting flight from Madrid to JFK, we witnessed the crew bring an already opened meal to woman sitting next to us. When she would not accept the meal, the server said that is all they had and she would have to eat. That is a blatant rejection of basic health codes. She could have gotten food poisoning if she ate the opened meal Both incidents are unacceptable. Next time the MN ame Air Europa comes up in airline selection, we will not be considering it
Dear Air Europa Baggage Claims Department, I am writing regarding my baggage claim, reference number JFKUX13455. My baggage was delayed and was delivered to me later than expected. When I received my suitcase, I discovered that the suitcase itself had been significantly damaged. Unfortunately, when I opened my suitcase, I also discovered that many of my personal belongings were missing from inside the suitcase. Several items that I had packed before my journey were no longer there. In addition, three cartons of cigarettes that were packed inside my suitcase were also missing. The missing personal belongings include the following items: - Prada sunglasses — $450 - Ray-Ban sunglasses — $300 - Dolce & Gabbana perfume — $185 - Three newly purchased clothing items from Turkey — $200 - Two pairs of slippers — $280 - Coach handbag — $395 - Newly purchased suitcase — $75 Total value of the listed items: $1,885 The suitcase itself was newly purchased, and I have the original receipt showing the purchase price of $75. I also have purchase records and credit card transaction records for several of the missing items. The three cartons of cigarettes were also packed inside the suitcase and were missing when I received my baggage. I have photographs of the damaged suitcase and supporting documentation regarding my purchases. At the moment, I am unable to upload all of the photographs and documents, but I can provide them as soon as I am able to do so. I respectfully request that Air Europa consider the delay of my baggage, the damage to my suitcase, and the missing personal belongings and other items from inside my suitcase as part of my claim. Please let me know if you require any additional information or documentation from me. We waited in the jetway for over an hour before we got on the plane.
My long-haul flight experience with this airline was not very pleasant. Earphones were paid, and no eye mask or other amenities were provided. The meals were served in cardboard boxes with plastic cutlery. The restroom was unclean and ran out of toilet paper. However, the boarding process was smooth and well organized.
I flew in business a couple of months ago, it was great, tried again in economy, it is the cramped seat I have ever been into, for an overseas flight across the atlantic it is inhumane to put passengers in such cramped space. Other than that, everything ok. Took a second flight from Madrid to London, also economy and it was roomy and perfect.
I was not allowed to cancel the flight, customer service is atrocious
Great staff, just very far from the main terminal, had to run to connect my flight. I had 90 minutes to spare. But my flight from Chicago was delayed also.
My luggage is lost and nowhere to be found, no response from airline
Boarding was a shitshow. Had to bus to the gate. No separate bus and boarding process for Business Class.
This is a very basic flight with no-frills. I just wish the seats were a little bit more comfortable.
It was good although we could not land in Munich due to weather and we had to go to Stuttgart. Missed our second flight. They did get us on another flight but the seats where not the ones I paid for in the flight that we missed.
Smooth Flight, Friendly crew, food offering on board was limited.
The connection between my income flight and the outgoing flight was slightly late and they would not hold the next flight for 7 minutes. The next flight was 4 hours later and we were issued a stand by ticket. So we had to wait to find out if we would even be on that flight. After boarding that flight was delayed for 40 minutes because there wasn’t a ground crew to load the luggage. The airline is not living up to it reputation.
I was expecting better from Lufthansa. I’ll think twice before I book Lufthansa again. This trip was the worst ever… in my 70 years of traveling.

This flight space was way better than our international flight. Efficient boarding and comfortable
Super uncomfortable. Shoved in like sardines. Overhead bins were tight. Why was coffee charged for? I was insulted. How about an inflight magazine? Why can’t I charge my phone? Maybe the planes are old? They didn’t feel new. Television would have been nice. Bathrooms also very small for anyone not a size 6 or female.
