Swiss messed up a Geneva-Zurich flight on a day with perfect weather. Then they didn’t even let people with almost no time to catch connections disembark first. Swiss messed up a Geneva-Zurich flight on a day with perfect weather. Then they didn’t even let people with almost no time to catch connections disembark first. I am submitting this complaint regarding the way our reservation was handled and the significant financial and personal hardship it caused. The airline changed the departure time of our original flight, making it impossible for us to make our connecting flight. This was not caused by any action on our part. After the schedule change, we spent considerable time working with both the airline and the travel company to find a reasonable alternative itinerary. Unfortunately, no meaningful assistance was provided. Instead of accommodating us on another suitable routing, we were repeatedly told that our only option was to accept a refund. This was not a reasonable solution. We had purchased these tickets months in advance, and by the time the airline canceled our itinerary, airfare had increased dramatically. Because we had no workable alternative, we were forced to purchase completely new tickets with a different airline on a different route. The replacement tickets cost us approximately $2,000 more than our original reservation. In addition to the unexpected expense, the new itinerary was longer, less convenient, and caused us to lose an entire week of planned family visits. The financial loss, disruption to our travel plans, and countless hours spent trying to resolve this matter created an extremely stressful and disappointing experience. Throughout the process, we felt that the airline simply tried to push us toward accepting a refund rather than taking responsibility for the consequences of the schedule change or making a genuine effort to accommodate us. We respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and that the airline provide appropriate compensation for the substantial additional costs and losses we incurred as a direct result of the schedule change and the lack of reasonable assistance.

They lived up to the Swiss reputation of excellent operation in all aspects. Zurich is a great place to make connections to other parts of Europe.

Well it was a 2h delay flight so that said it all. With very little if any information. Boarding took for ever with long waits at the terminal and then in the finger. To top it off and increase the delay we had to take a bus in Zurich. A trip to forget

Each flight we took was late with little or no updates or information.

Nothing special.. they could have provided something to eat without a charge

Seats are too cramped, but that is a problem with every airline. I actually enjoyed the meal served.

Flight attendant served beverage to everyone during meal service and forgot about me. Had to call her several times until she realized it. Not a good service for a business class flight

It was great. The attention, the fly was on time.

Our connecting flight to the US only had around a 25 minute layover! And our flight from Seville to Zürich was delayed! Had our flight from Zürich to Washington DC not been delayed we would have missed our flight to the US. We didn’t even know it was delayed until sprinting from the A terminal to the E terminal. Our flight from Seville landed in Seville 10 minutes after our the door was supposed to close for our flight from Zürich to the US. Not cool! Several other Swiss air passengers were in the same position as us, which I could tell bc we were all running for our lives in your airport. We booked a flight from Seville to Washington DC and the time between connecting flights was not enough and that’s not an acceptable position to put a traveler in. Especially one who spent over $1000 on their tickets.

There are often trade-offs involved with flying cheaper airlines. With Air Europa, their crowd control is terrible--the line at check-in in Madrid was absolutely hideous 3 hours before departure. These 787 "Dreamliners" are cheaply-made and uncomfortable. And disembarking at JFK was horrid...it was 11 p.m., yet we were force to deal with those off-site shuttle buses, presumably because Air Europa doesn't want to pay what it costs for an actual gate. But as usual, the worst aspect of Air Europa flights are tones fellow passengers: unruly and oblivious to such concepts as personal space. The crew was, on the other hand, lovely.

The flight was long but everything went well. Crew was helpful and very attentive. Food was good and the entertainment options were many.

My long-haul flight experience with this airline was not very pleasant. Earphones were paid, and no eye mask or other amenities were provided. The meals were served in cardboard boxes with plastic cutlery. The restroom was unclean and ran out of toilet paper. However, the boarding process was smooth and well organized.

We experienced a delay of almost two hours before takeoff. For a flight of more than 10 hours, sitting on the runway for two hours is quite exhausting. The airline did nothing to attend to the passengers during that time. We were not given any courtesy drinks or snacks—only the bare minimum during the flight. The crew seemed very apologetic, but apparently they have restrictions imposed by the airline, because despite their friendliness, they provided strictly what was necessary and, of course, everything else was for sale. However, after a two-hour delay, one would expect at least complimentary beverages. In addition to this, the space between the rows of seats is inhumanely narrow. Air Europa should review this for such long flights and be a bit more considerate and humane with its customers.

No WiFi on the plane. Crew was insensitive to my medical supplies and medicine in my carry on. If the crew was monitoring passengers putting 2 bags in overhead bins there would be room. We sat for 2 hours extra. Iberojet is horrible never again.

There was no water in one of the sinks in the executive area, which is unacceptable as we could not wash our hands after using the restroom

Like I said the experience was mediocre. Nothing special about this airline.

This flight was delayed by more than an hour. The seats are uncomfortable ans do not recline properly. I prepurchased a wifi pass, but wifi was not working on this flight at all. The food was bland.

Food situation was bad. Also movie choices when compared to other airlines was terrible. Seats very narrow. My tv didn’t work.

Great staff, just very far from the main terminal, had to run to connect my flight. I had 90 minutes to spare. But my flight from Chicago was delayed also.

All four segments of my trip on Iberia were late for various reasons. No apparent effort to stay on schedule. Never flying Iberia again.

The flight from Madrid to Boston was awful. Without prior warning, I was seated in the row in front of an exit row where my seat did not recline. The person in front of me reclined, reducing my already tiny space further. This was the WORST flight I've ever had.

Overall it was okay. Just the lost baggage and how they are handling it

Puddle-hopper. Quick-ish flight. Don’t expect to have much/any in-flight entertainment (movies/TV, etc).

Worst flight I ever experienced, what was supposed to a 7 hour flight ended being 13 hours on a plane with no ac and the worst cabin I have ever seen. Never again.

Horrible seat at the back. Crew was very kind. Packed plane. Wordy pilot bragging about Iberia being punctual when many of us came from Alicante flight that was delayed an hour and many lost connection and we lost our luggage. Still waiting for it

Arrived on time. Great crew. Good food. Luggage delivered promptly

Left on time, arrived on time, despite weather, excellent service and food

Food was terrible, tasteless. I ordered ovo lacto special menu in business class and got vegan tasteless food instead. Really disappointing.

Very well, except that my luggage didn’t arrive in the corresponding flight, but they brought to me the next day.
