Great flight. I didn't watch the entertainment. I used my iPad the whole flight. But, staff was great, smooth flight, comfortable seat (business seat 7A) and food was really good (I'm a vegetarian).
Drinking water could be in more sustainable packaging than plastic bottles

The plan was delayed for takeoff by an hour, but we ended up making the landing on time which was a nice surprise.

Terrible plane small airbus good for a 1 hr trip I booked business as it is. A night flight and 4hrs trip it was an ordinary economy seat with no one next to me what a joke what a stupid decision to buy business
Stuff was very helpful at checkin. Flight attendants were nice. Food wasn’t very good, I expected a little more. Economy Seats are ok. Second flight was very full and they forced us to checkin our carry on.

Didn't like the Boeing 787-9 Business Class. I had requested seats A & B for me and my husband, they changed to A & D, separated by the aisle. For the 12 hours duration of the flight we couldn't even see each other! Same for the return flight, a passenger was kind and switched seats, we ended up sitting in the middle 2 seats, still an issue to communicate with a barrier in the middle..
The crew checked the immigration laws very quickly for Russian citizenship and confirmed our FVTF for Singapore for 96 hrs. Thank you.
it was great honestly for the melbourne flight a kit with blindfold and slippers was probided to each passenger on the seat and the food was really great will definitely recommend people take turkish airlines for travel not just on the sin-melbourne route.
Customer service was poor everywhere. In particular in business class lounge. Stewardess were however excellent. No ability to order more than one dietary restriction in food that created awkward situations when I was offered bulgur due to being diabetic as I was also gluten free

Crew was not proactive and were busy laughing and talking instead of attending the passenger’s needs. Meals were served in a hurried manner.
Good experience with Turkish Airlines. We will be back with Turkish in the future and look forward to upgraded business class on the 777 beginning in 2025 and on the Airbus 350 now.
The food could be better. The service was okay. Could have done more to provide water throughout the flight.
I asked for blanket extra because I got cold. No body came back. I asked for chai it was not good. Sorry to say.
Maybe some more information as to why the flight got delayed I understand may be tell your customers that missiles were fired at a specific airport wouldn't be reassuring to the customers and would cause mayhem but something like recent events have cause a delay on your flight or smth

A380 First Class Apartments were phenomenal. Comfortable bed and matress cover, superior vegetarian five course meal, shower, small business lounge and plenty of exercise walking around the aircraft.
second leg was more comfortable. Customer service in Abu Dhabi is okay.
Used to Etihad employees are very rude and unprofessional but now better than before over all is okay now
1st of all on February 27th Abu Dhabi to Delhi flight the seat wasn't comfortable at all, coming back the Lounge at Abu Dhabi didn't have anything. Than the Food in the flight
Good range of movies but lacking decent tv shows. Wifi was really expensive on this flight, considering flights under 7 hours have a $9.99 USD charge for streaming, to jump up to $24.99 for a 7 hour 40 flight seemed a little bit of a rip off. Staff are inattentive, and really need to improve on the customer experience. The new airport is fantastic, as is the new lounge, a huge upgrade from the old airport and lounge!
When I got to the airport, the airline lost my reservation and couldn't give me a boarding pass. I had to sit with the travel center for an hour until they could figure out what was going on. I thought I was going to miss my flight.
Numerous delays, missed connections flight. Then connection flights were late as well
Both of my flights on Lufthansa (coming and going) were cancelled. I was rebooted on united airlines, separated from my family/traveling partners. On our flight to luxembourgh we ended up in seats separated by several rows on the long flight, although we PAID to sit together. On the return trip we ended up on 3 completely different flights. When speaking to Lufthansa they didn't even acknowledge the outbound flights were cancelled. We were unable to meet with traveling companions in Chicago as we were flown to Denver. The quality of service, customer service and food between united and Lufthansa cannot be compared. The food on united was not attractive and the taste was similar to school lunch food. Not close to the meals I have had on Lufthansa. Hardly an equal "trade". I was unhappy with my travel experience on this trip.
Checking in for ongoing flight from Singapore could not be done in the UK. This meant we were not sure whether we had seats together or in the right place. This needs sorting!!
Staff was nice. Plane was new and clean. The food/sandwich was horrible. Absolutely disgusting for a four hour flight. I’d rather not get anything.
Poor preparedness for wheelchair requiring passengers at Frankfurt. We were parked at a remote ramp requiring air stairs, this despite being 4 passengers who couldn’t take stairs down.
Boarding was slow to begin. Economy board should be accomplished from rear of plane to front, as the entrance doors are front of plane. This would eliminate waiting and passenger congestion on the plane. Meals were good however crew will not check if you want meal if sleeping, should be like Emirates and give seat tags wake for meals or do not disturb. Entertainment ok but screen headphone/jacks were distorted - took 3 sets of headphones to get working properly. Flight crew was amazing, exceptionally nice, professional, best Lufthansa crew I have experienced.
Flight was delayed without reasoning or ample notice. Missed my connecting flight and was not given the rebooking information or new boarding pass until I had to ask multiple times. Connecting flight had no room to store my carry on luggage.
Liked: Video entertainment options were generally good (sufficient choice of good, recent films). Could Have Been Better: 1. Both the SFO-Frankfurt and Frankfurt-Milan flights were significantly delayed. 2. Dinner was ok, although included no choice other than pasta (no meat). Quality of breakfast seemed very below average (just an unpalatable, bread-heavy vegetarian sandwich that many passengers seemed to discard after only a bite or two) 3. Crew performed their duties perfunctorily, but seemed a little stiff/impersonal. 4. Space between seat and seatback of the passenger in front a bit cramped.
The flight to and from Amsterdam was organized and smooth. I had no issues or complaints. Thank you!
