I like all the Support that I have received during my flight.
Flight cancelled at last time 3h before and it was unforgettable because we have working engagement and we need to go home. Im very disappointed for this flight
They flew us to Zurich and have us layover there for a night with very last minutes notice, so we had to wait at the airport for 6hrs.
Plane and luggage on time Too expensive No comfort Poor sandwich
They didn’t have enough meals for a few last row passengers.
No SMS receiver for the check-in, obliged to do again the check-in for the corresponding flight
even with delay upon departure, the crew managed to get us on time to Lux, nice relaxing and generous service.. Classic good quality products. The opening time for the drop off was a bit late.. long queue of passengers waiting already before desk opened.
Put me on standby; flight was late; missed my connecting flight; disaster
My flight was delayed on my way to Germany. Luckily I was able to contact the airline and rebook my connecting flight. Some other passengers, who didn’t rebook, missed their connection.
I never made it to Rome, therefore I never made it to the Lufthansa flight. Air Canada cancelled its flight out of Raleigh Durham, I missed the connecting flight out of Toronto and after other airline mishaps took place and I had to give up getting to Rome and dissappointing the friends and family waiting for e in Rome. I am currently trying to get reimbursed.
Crew was professional, attentive, and delightful. However, the plane was delayed more than an hour. I recognize this was not Lufthansa’s fault, but was inexcusable was that there were no Lufthansa reps meeting the plane to give quick info about gates for connecting flights and how to navigate getting to those gates, especially when it required going to another terminal, going through security, and then returning to the original terminal. This was egregious - other airlines routinely do this when an arrival is significantly delayed.
Very, very tight legroom. They must’ve jammed in an additional few rows of seat seating. Denver to Munich was the least legroom I’ve ever had on any flight, let alone a multi hour international journey. I will not take that flight again.
I never got to Lufthansa because of Air Canadas negligence.

The already delayed flight took an hour to find no-show passenger bags, which seemed long. Flight attendants only provided flight transfer information to a few passengers not all.
It could not have been cancelled and the rebooking pro could have been smooth, not requiring me to be on hold and standing at check-in counter at Air Canada (not AC fault) for a total of 3 hours. Ridiculous.
