I like all the Support that I have received during my flight.

Flight cancelled at last time 3h before and it was unforgettable because we have working engagement and we need to go home. Im very disappointed for this flight

They flew us to Zurich and have us layover there for a night with very last minutes notice, so we had to wait at the airport for 6hrs.

They didn’t have enough meals for a few last row passengers.

No SMS receiver for the check-in, obliged to do again the check-in for the corresponding flight

even with delay upon departure, the crew managed to get us on time to Lux, nice relaxing and generous service.. Classic good quality products. The opening time for the drop off was a bit late.. long queue of passengers waiting already before desk opened.

TV wasn’t working, flight attendants never came when turning on the light, luggage was delayed and when delivered it was broken. No suitcase for the rest of our 2 week trip with no response when claimed filed

Boarding it group 6 is unreasonable for gold members of codeshare airlines. Lots it luggage compartments full of crew and other bs. 6 rows of passengers no stowage

Someone sat in my seat and this made boarding protracted and unpleasant. The stewardesses kept saying, “it is important that everyone be seated — or we will be further delayed,” but for a long time they did not tell me where to sit. At the end of the flight a baby screamed loudly for several minutes and it took ninety minutes (!) to get through EU passport and customs. We had to stand the whole time in a an overheated room. The seat on the plane was narrow. These things are not all Lufthansa’s fault but they made for a somewhat unpleasant trip.

Very bad because the flight was delayed from Palermo to Munich and we lost the intercontinental connection in Munich to Orlando Florida. We arrived before the flight leaves but they did not took us into the plane. They did not give us any compensation for all the damage they made us by taking another plane to Washington DC and then fly in another connection ton Orlando. We had to experience a very stressful situation. We were very exhausted after all conflict. We need a compensation for this bad expirience. .

Flying business class but the experience is of economy class

Fantastic. Hard working, helpful and upbeat crew. Nice food & snacks (chocolate!). Modern and clean aircraft.

Food was terrible. Bamboo utensils are just not working out. A lot of plastic waste. Pillows and blankets were not good, a lot of static electricity. Crew did their job well.

The crew could deploy more customer focus and not frown when asked a question. I’m speaking of one lady in particular who raised a hand in my face for me to wait whe I tried to ask a question and never came back to me. Very unprofessional and rude.

They set someone on our assigned seats and we ended up finding seats for ourselves to ensure the family sits together.

Staff was nice. Plane was new and clean. The food/sandwich was horrible. Absolutely disgusting for a four hour flight. I’d rather not get anything.
