Proximity of the the gate to the lounge could have been better but overall a nice experience. The lounge was exceptional. Getting from the Schengen side to the international side was also pain free. Boarding the plane, service on board , disembarking at Heathrow and quick delivery of bags all made for a good overall experience.

Such a comfortable flight! Food was yummy and staff was very friendly! Will absolutely fly Lufthansa again.

Again another extremely chaotic boarding for the flight. Could have easily opened up more automated gates and the staff could have proactively managed the queues as they're forming rather than sitting behind the counter, waiting for the boarding to start.

There was a stewardess walking up and down and keep spraying room refreshner on people heads and faces. I had to bread this and smell like a room freshener afterwards not to mention was keep falling on my face. It was terrible.

The food was fine. The seats are small but accomidating. The staff was very freindly. I would fly them again happily

My flight to Frankfurt was a very pleasant experience. The food was good, but what really stood out was the cabin crew, who were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional. The service was excellent—honestly, better than on some much more expensive flights I’ve taken. A wonderful experience overall!

The flight from FRA to SFO was uncomfortable. The crew allowed people to change seats after boarding finished, but then made some people move back to their seats but not others, which resulted in my wife and I having to sit in two middle seats for an 11 hour flight. The entertainment system was not working well throughout the flight, and stopped working completely around hour 8.

Pretty poor across the board - flight details wrong/delayed into Lufthansa app. Seat changes made without notification. Boarding delayed (ok, that happens) but all comms in German (for flight to UK, where 85% of passengers were English). Outright fraud attempted at gate, denying 1 piece carry-on of smaller than correct size and 1 piece personal item, again, smaller than correct size. Rude gate staff. Security checks perfunctory - unattended bag not acknowledged by staff..then put on aircraft unclaimed by staff.

Flight cancelled then rebooked. Waited hours for help. Customer service lady at airport (who was great) gave us seat upgrade. When we got the the gate to board, gate crew was rude, they switched our seats back to economy and made us and one other couple check our luggage. Dozens of other people with bigger bags weren’t asked to, just us and a couple other foreign passengers. When we boarded the plane, there was plenty of room in overhead storage AND our upgraded seats were empty the entire flight. Awful experience and we missed an entire day in Amsterdam because of this.

The flight was half an hour late, as happens these days always in Europe. Otherwise, fine. Friendly crew.
