Small seat space for 13 hours flight, they charged for baggage , very bad quality of food,

Turkish Airlines overbooked the flight and they did not allow me to board the flight even though I had the proper boarding pass and was at the gate on time. Simply unacceptable.

On the positive side, Turkish airlines had a direct flight from Dallas to Istanbul. The check in process was fine and the flight crew was very nice. In terms of improvement, despite paying for better seats, the seats were very cramped. The food was terrible.

The seat did not recline and we called the stewardess, he forced it to recline, but when we landed, it did not come forward because the seat was broken. The stewardess came, He tried to do it but couldn't do it, the flight commander came and spoke to us in a bad tone, telling us to get out of here, she waited at the head and acted as if there was a child and we couldn't get up, it was very shameful, I don't even know if it's true, but she said if you don't get up, the plane will not land and will keep turning around. Then a passenger pushed the seat from behind and it worked. Then we wanted to talk to the supervisor again, but she did not come next to us. We fly so much and this is the first time we encountered such a style.

flight Istanbul to tel Aviv did not happen and no refund. refund for 2nd half of round trip was less than half.

The only good thing about the flight to Tel Aviv was the food. The seats were uncomfortable for business class. The worst experience was on the day of return. My flight was delayed for 6 hours, therefore missing the connection. The staff at the help desk in Tel Aviv were very disappointing, displaying lack of respect and support. Poor communication with customers regarding their concerns and alternative flights. It took almost 5 hours to find me a flight back to Los Angeles, even though it was clear that there were business class seats available on other star alliance members. I will never fly Turkish airlines again, never!!!!

There were delays in take off. It could be due to airport management, not due to Turkish Airlines management though.
