It was great. The service was excellent and the timing was very good.
Flight got cancelled for good (apparently due to jet fuel concerns), and we had to re-book to Hannover, Germany instead.
Be honest of what you sell: This was sold as Business Class on all three legs, while the JetBlue plane didn't even have business class seats, and wanted $164 for extra legroom seats.

Some of the best service I’ve ever seen on an international flight! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent with lots of choices and attention to detail. The seats are kind of old and narrow, but I have wide shoulders. The only area for improvement was making the cabin a little cooler.
We had requested a wheel chair assist for my husband who has Parkinson’s. The first seat we came to we got off the plane was staffed by 3 men-one was on his cell phone, one was sleeping and the fellow we spoke with was rude and seemed as if he didn’t care that we had a plane to catch in one hour. A person with a wheel chair came and took us to the center area for wheelchairs. Here we waited for 20-25 minutes while our flight went to “boarding.” Finally a woman came with a cart and we zipped through the airport.
IAH to Istanbul was outstanding across the board. The flight from Istanbul to Male was good, not great.
Good overall. Seat spacing a bit tight between IST and ISB.
It was disapointing during the wait in Cancun. It took several hours to clean and they told us during that time we could not stand, use the bathroom, have service etc.

My flight was delayed on my way to Germany. Luckily I was able to contact the airline and rebook my connecting flight. Some other passengers, who didn’t rebook, missed their connection.
Flight attendants were fine, seats a bit hard but I use a cushion for extra support. The only issue was it was a bit too cool and I needed to ask for and received and extra blanket. I survived!!!
Very few things and/or people are excellent. It was very good.
I never made it to Rome, therefore I never made it to the Lufthansa flight. Air Canada cancelled its flight out of Raleigh Durham, I missed the connecting flight out of Toronto and after other airline mishaps took place and I had to give up getting to Rome and dissappointing the friends and family waiting for e in Rome. I am currently trying to get reimbursed.
Crew was professional, attentive, and delightful. However, the plane was delayed more than an hour. I recognize this was not Lufthansa’s fault, but was inexcusable was that there were no Lufthansa reps meeting the plane to give quick info about gates for connecting flights and how to navigate getting to those gates, especially when it required going to another terminal, going through security, and then returning to the original terminal. This was egregious - other airlines routinely do this when an arrival is significantly delayed.
Extremely uncomfortable seats. Experience was like a Frontier Airlines flight. Would not fly it again.
Very, very tight legroom. They must’ve jammed in an additional few rows of seat seating. Denver to Munich was the least legroom I’ve ever had on any flight, let alone a multi hour international journey. I will not take that flight again.
I never got to Lufthansa because of Air Canadas negligence.
Most things went well, but the legroom was lacking. The crew were great.
