It was a third party reservation and from kayak through kiwi for wizard flight.. so communication impossible, i forced to spend agonizing hours trying not to lose my self transfer flight. Thankfully wizz employees gave some help but it was so frustrating 😑
Everything was streamlined. Timely take off. Early landing. Great flight
Timely departures and arrivals. The seat was slightly forward leaning which made it uncomfortable
Brand new aircraft Airbus 321neo, good seats although no recline (so no arguments with other passengers). Orderly boarding using front and rear aircraft doors for efficiency. Departed on time and artived 25min early. During check in, ground staff are very strict about permitted baggage and carry-on weight and size - you're only allowed what you paid for. Onboard food and beverage prices are a bit high but similar to airport coffee shops.
Crews are great, chill, good snack sets on offer, I didn't feel they play any annoying budget airline games. I will probably fly with Wizz every chance I get it
All in all is not bad, but the boarding by walking outside in the airport airplanes area in the wind and rain to go up the stairs to board the plane that’s too much inconvenient. Hopefully that will change and we use the normal gates at the airport to board the plane! Thank you!
Pierwszy raz odbyłam tak pozytywny lot. Uprzejma, świetna załoga. Kapitana lotu W6 1771 z 6.01.2024, pozytywnie zaskoczył wyraźnym kontaktem i ciekawostkami na temat lotu, jak i informacja o zorzy polarnej zachęcając do zobaczenia przez okana. Very very very…… uncomfortable seats /does nor reclain/ and so little space /this was 5:30 hours flight- and quite expensive no longer low cost airline/ 5:30 hours flight and no water or snacks was offered anly very expensive sales.
Was denied to enter the previous plane so couldnt make it to this one
Very aggressive clerk at the boarding gate. Forcing people to pay for baggage’s that actually fit into their small cage
Very good crew, enough space between seats, very good food! Captain of this plane was incredible, quietly and safe fly!
My flight was delayed on my way to Germany. Luckily I was able to contact the airline and rebook my connecting flight. Some other passengers, who didn’t rebook, missed their connection.
My flight was cancelled on April 15th due to Lufthansa strike. You basically lost customer since it was important for me to reach Poznan due to my friend’s terminal illness. I rebooked my flight with KLM and will travel with this airline in the future.
The flight was cancelled which wasn't Kayak's fault. But Kayak does owe me a refund because I paid for this flight twice and was supposed to get the refund for the first booking/payment to Lufthansa. There will be litigation of this issue because of protections under the law.
Everything was good. But from Frankfurt to Seattle in airplane entertainment system didn't work good.
The crew and especially Patrick were amazing. Very helpful, kind and accommodating. I’d be happy to fly with this crew for all my Europe trips!
I was asked at the gate to put my carry-on luggage into the metal size-checking unit and it scratched my luggage. I suggest lining it with a cloth to prevent damage to passengers’ luggage.
it was great the cabin crew were polite and detail oriented.
They didn't open the Check-in desks for almost an hour after they should've been open (even though encouraged us to check-in our carry-on luggage because it was going to be a full flight). They alerted us that the flight would be delayed but slow-rolled informing us of the extent of the delay...which ended up being over 3 hours. As a result of this, I missed my connecting flight and had to stay over-night in Munich when it would've been a lot better for me to just stay in Warsaw another night....Lufthansa wasn't done with me yet though as I had more bad experiences with them after getting to Munich.
It wasn’t bad but it was not excellent either. The airlines are trying to save as much money as possible and we are paying price for it. Flying is not as it used to be.
