Start to finish everything about our flight was first rate. Friendly and helpful staff, same for crew, plane was clean and comfortable, food was excellent with good choices, left early and arrived on time. Would travel with RJ again without hesitation!
The worst thing about is u never never can get someone to answer your phone There is no phone number to call they don’t respond to emails u just can’t do anything if u need them
I love everything but the hotel the hotel was very smelly and the people were so rude the food was so cold and very disgusting. The manager was also so rude
We traveled on Business Class called Crown class, and the experience was outstanding. Separate check-in area. Private separate entrance to Passport Control and Security. Excellent lounge not too far from gate. Fast seamless boarding. Very attentive flight attendance. Excellent service in board.
I was most disappointed with the flight crew in business class. They were not attentive at all. Everything I needed, I had to ask for. They did not offer refills, did not ask how the meal was, did not offer anything else when I didnt like the drink that was poorly made. When I asked for snacks, they told me to go to the front and look at what was set out. This was the worst RJ business class crew I have ever encountered. They made me feel like I was a bother - even for a simple water. No smiles. No thank you. No my pleasure. These are the reasons you fly business class. At least the crew can smile and act like they are happy to be there. For 14+ hours, I felt like an inconvenience. Poor review.
Crew was apathetic, in seat hardware was old and barely functional, WiFi (which I paid for) didn’t work for half the flight (I was refunded). They gave 2 meals on a 13 hr flight, whereas Etihad gave 3.

The flight was fine. There were a lot of babies and toddlers that did not do well on a 12pm flight that lasted for 13 hours. Some were awake and cranky all through nap time and bed time. I don’t understand why Royal Jordanian does not have WiFi on its planes, even for a fee.

Very poor we had bad service in our first flight our flight was delayed 3 times and waited 12 hours in the airport till they finally canceled the flight giving us no reason then had to get a hotel in newyork and depart the next day on the same plane that we had boarded the day before and was dirty from us boarding and un boarding it was the worse experience!!
Great. Only issue…the cabin was kept as warm as a sauna.
As always, Lufthansa checked my carry-on luggage, even though I was in front of the line. No other airline in the world does this. It's so annoying and unnecessary. There was enough space for it in the overhead bin. It's a TUMI Continental Carry-On. If you have the chance, rather fly easyJet or Condor on this route.
Lufthansa was great. Crew on board excellent. Frankfort passport control horrible it took about two hours to get through. After waiting in line for hours there was a discussion with the passenger in front of me that was taking forever. The couple behind me had a connecting flight to Turkey in 30 minutes and asked border control officer of her situation and the control officer told the couple in a nasty tone if you don’t like it you can go to another line which would have surely made her miss the flight. Border patrol officers were not helpful. Finally made it through I had to exit and reentry for security check for my connecting flight which Lufthansa changed gates and I had to run to get to A60. Which it seemed 2 kilometers to get to but I made it. If i fid not have 2.5 hrs layover i would have missed my connecting flight to Milan. Not sure if I will fly through Frankfort in the future.
3 4 3 seats are cruel, the average person should be able to fit in the seats and this was not the case. I was at an angle for hours just to remain in my seat .
This was a "cattle car" flight loaded with the tightest seats I've ever flown internationally. I will try hard never to fly Discover Airlines again.
The Lufthansa app needs a whole revamp flight got delayed and it kept showing original time. Communicate better with you customers
Prompt, efficient boarding. Clean aircraft and knowledgeable crew. Everything on time.
It was listed as a business class flight. The seats were economy, size, and the plane was not modern or configured to have a proper business class. I was very disappointed. Given the fact I paid for business class seating, and did not receive it.
No entertainment, no food or beverage included… Price like Lufthansa, “comfort and service” from Eurowings.
My luggage was lost and there’s no way to follow up and find out where it is located. Super frustrating.

You adjourned my flight by 1h 30 mns and only updated me 1h30 mns before the new scheduled flight. I submitted an email to Kayak asking for a refund. It was the most stressful experience I've had.

It was like moving cattle around. Very abrupt, uncomfortable and not much hospitality

I used the airline 5-6 times for the last year and every flight have had perfect timing and I like it. Despite catastrophic absence of space for my legs 😁
I had 4 flights for less than a week and there were no delays and issues. Thanks to the crews and for perfectly organised service.

Pegasus is a clean safe and most importantly CHEAP way to travel. If you travel a lot on a budget, it can be a great option
Didn't enforce passengers to wear medical grade masks nor that they even properly wear their masks throughout the flight. So it was lots of people of unknown vaccination status all around me without masks on the whole flight.
