Check in started on time, Departure was on time, Arrival 15 minutes ahead of schedule.
You need to be able to manage your employees effectively instead of letting them call the shots. Priority should be given to the convenience and interests of the customers—whom you simply couldn't care less about.
The crew members; the service, the food, everything was good. The check in process was terrible because I couldn't choose my seat. It made my waiting too long at the airport in Tel Aviv and at the end U've got the middle seat even though it was promised to me to give me the aisle seat. Each company gives the option to choose free seats during check in. I didn't have this option

The service, the crew, the cleanliness, and most of all, the comfort and space between seats in the economy class was excellent! The seat spacing was better than all my international flights in recent memory.
I stood in line for two hours חודא to drop off my suitcase. When I arrived just before the gate closed and asked to drink the water I bought a minute before boarding, the flight attendant rushed me to throw away the bottle and get on the plane. She spoke rudely, even though I had been standing in different lines for 3 hours; I felt bad and needed water. The delay was the airline's fault, not my fault. I expected understanding, not rudeness.
The space between my knees and the chair in front of me was the smallest I’ve ever seen. I could not reach the blanket that was on the floor. The entertainment included very many Israeli movies and tv shows. The El Al app did not update to tell me the gate. The most important thing you should know is that El Al is very security conscious. Prepare to go through a security check at the gate. They look through the passport and boarding pass, through your carry on bags, ask questions, etc. Then they give you a sticker and only then can you board. So get to the gate about half an hour before you would otherwise.
Poor service! If I can I will never fly with them again.
Great quality food. clean cabin and bathrooms. Fast boarding and overall comfortable flight for the duration and times.
Window seats on the 737 are tight and narrow. Staff was good.
Flying business class but the experience is of economy class
I was not expecting to deplane on the tarmac. A shuttle took us to the airport. All communications were in English and German. Staff was very nice.
I really like to fly with Lufthansa. It is comfortable and reliable. The crew are polite and sensitive

Did not happen. Cancelled and rebooked on flight to Frankfurt and then to Berlin. Lost luggage at Frankfurt change.

Must deplane and take bus in Frankfurt. A big hassle.
We were upgraded to Premium Economy which was great, lots of space, great food, great seats, somewhat more attentive service.
Staff on board was cheerful. Airport staff was Ok, but the plane was late and the boarding by zones makes it very stressful because I was in the last zone and therefore wasn’t sure I could get my bag onto the overhead rack. Plane was FILTHY.
Multiple cancelled flights ended up cancelling the whole itinerary. Went on my own and booked directly the day of flight and am demanding full refund.
A no frills flight wet leased from Czech Smartwings on behalf of Israir. Comfortable seats, polite crew and non existent food and entertainment services. I had and entire row to myself and slept throughout the flight. I loved it.
Everything is good but there was no snacks, they only gave us water without any snacks, check-in online also didn’t work, we had to check-in in the airport

The lady at the check-in got into a complication with the computer and didn't know how to get out of it even though they came several times to help her and direct her until finally the lady from the other position did the check-in. Just before take off they announced a delay that took two whole hours and caused a lot of trouble starting with the fact that we were hungry and they didn't even give us a glass of water (we asked and they said no) I am a sick person who takes medication (diabetes and heart disease). And this delay made me sicker. order a taxi again. after to work. and more

Overall a good experience for a short low cost flight . Boarding and departure was on time, crew was nice, airplane conditions were ok. The Heraklion airport is not convinient at all, especially as it doesn’t have an air conditioner. But this is not related to BlueBird.

The check in was really bad. This was my worst experience as far as i can remember. Very slow without any real reason.
There was a delay on the flight, in addition although there was a delay there was a last boarding sign earlier than the boarding time. So overall - stressed to come quickly to board and then waited a long time and arrived later than planned
I arrived at the airport and the flight did not exist
They find a way to Nickel and dime you in all creative ways. The boarding crew seems to have target collection amount. If you are flying internationally, avoid them at all costs.
