Subject: Complaint Regarding Cabin Temperature on Flight SQ447 (DAC–SIN)** Dear Singapore Airlines Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience on flight SQ447 from Dhaka (DAC) to Singapore (SIN). After boarding, it became apparent that the cabin air conditioning was not functioning adequately. When we initially raised the concern, a flight attendant informed us that it would take approximately 10 minutes for the temperature to cool down once the aircraft began operating. We trusted this explanation; however, the cabin remained uncomfortably warm, and many passengers—including my family—were sweating for an extended period. After approximately 45 minutes, I raised the issue again. While the attendant mentioned that adjustments had been made, the response did not reflect the seriousness of the ongoing discomfort. It was only after about an hour into the flight that the temperature finally improved and the cabin became more comfortable. I also spoke with several other passengers seated nearby, and they confirmed they were experiencing the same issue. As a frequent traveler who has always associated Singapore Airlines with high standards of service, this experience was very disappointing. It has made me reconsider choosing this route with your airline in the future. I hope you will review this incident and take the necessary steps to ensure that such situations are handled more promptly and professionally going forward. Clean modern comfortable. Food could have been better, I only ate breakfast I wish they wouldn’t wake sleeping passengers who would rather sleep through dinner. No tea or coffee for breakfast
Food was terrible , uncomfortable seats, WiFi did not work, will never fly Singapore again.

I had ordered vegetarian food. What I was presented was extremely dissatisfying and not up to the mark. I pretty much did not eat entire 19 hours. For.an airline voted as best in business, it was extremely disappointing. Seats were not comfortable to sleep. Entertainment system didn’t have much choice. WiFi didn’t work for more than half the time. Cabin crew were also difficult to understand. A bit of diversity like Emirates crew would go a long way.

I loved the full Taylor Swift selection but felt that the other selections were limited, didn’t span the popular music eras nor a wide enough range of music genres. BUT the seat and bed were GREAT (it was wide, long enough, had great storage, firm enough to uphold body postural comfort). Outstanding crew and really great food - gourmet innovative dim sum breakfast so different from the boring standard fare offered by many other business class products.
Overall the airline tried to give excellent service. The wheelchair service was bad at SFO. My baggage was also delayed but I thank them for taking the trouble to find it and deliver it to my home.
I felt that the whole experience went very smoothly. The aircraft was extremely clean and tidy on boarding. The cabin crew were beautifully turned out very, very efficient and were a credit to Singapore Airlines who are now my favourite carrier.
No frills airline with minimal leg room and no entertainment
It was crowded… the bathrooms dirty and smelly. The seats have been made even smaller.
Excellent service. Friendly and attentive flight attendants, can lay back in business class and be pretty comfortable, and delicious food. Flight on time departing and arriving.
Flight was late but loading plane was much easier in Istanbul than athens. Food was so-so and choice was limited. Flight attendants were extremely courteous and helpful; however, it was difficult to get attention during night time service. Overall good experience and the price was right
The crew were kind and very helpful. Did not expect food service. Was served a warm soft sandwich bread , was delicious. Overall the service, the staff were great. Highly recommend others to try Turkish Airline

The desk crew at the LAX crew could do better. A girl named Mahesi was very abrasive and unfriendly. She needs a better customer service uproar.
One of the worst days of my in Istanbul very disrespect people they changed my flight 2 times I miss one of my flight from Istanbul to DFW they forsed me to buy another ticket they do not care about customer they take advantage of you. You get scammed from every where if have other options please don't go through the Turkish airlines
Istanbul to Lahore flight was less than standard for international business class cabins. Seat did not were not flat and it did not operate easily. I had to push buttons hard repeatedly to operate the seat. I was in 5A seat
Worst of the 3 flights so far. Food was not good, wasn’t ask my choice. Airplane was the A320 which was not as nice as the 787. Left and arrived late.
It was an amazing experience. Flight crew's service, hospitality, and the food were phenomenal. I don't think I'd want to try any other airline company after this. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you Turkish Airlines !
It was not British Air, we were put onto Air Portugal for our London to Lisbon leg.
Smooth flight. The seats were comfortable but the reclining mechanism didn't work very well. My wife's seat required the flight attendant to push the seat forward while she pushed the button. The leg support didn't want to return to its home under the seat. I ordered the diabetic meal which was full of carbs. It was low in sugar but carbs turn into sugar so was it really diabetic? Overall the flight was pleasant, long but pleasant.
Easy, straightforward boarding process. Flight attendant was lovely and attentive, food was delicious - especially dinner, I had the roasted chicken in a mushroom sauce with potatoes - and entertainment selection was top notch. I would fly with BA again.
We got delayed for 3 hours and. Missed the connection. This is the 3rd time this happened with this airline
Check-in and boarding were great. On flight staff were rude and disrespectful. Paid for extra room and found it incredibly cramped. Bathrooms kept in poor condition. Overall negative experience.
I love FRA - LCY route. So much better compared to the FRA - LHR route and the price differential is ZERO
Although business class, the seating was really cramped. The food was so so.
It's useless to complain about the space and the back of the seat, making you sitting vertically like a candle. it's your business model. The "food" - there is no food. But I don't care about the food. It's the seating.
Overall, it was basically good. No serious complaints on my end.
It was perfect. The service was exceptional. I would never want to cross the Atlantic in anyone else's sardine tins.
