I think I previously submitted my feedback about flight lead Katherine in a different field by mistake. Please see those comments. Comments for Hyd to AMS are it was good. The flight lead and service met expectations for satisfactory high quality service but the flight lead did not stand out as exceptional as did the leads on the other two flights so I don’t remember anything specific one way or the other besides the fact I was satisfied.
The flight was excellent, the crew was super friendly. The only complaint I have is, 3 of my zipper handles were broken and there were 2 massive scratches on the back of my bag
The baggage drop-off in Stuttgart is bad: after online check-in you cannot use the automated baggage drop off as indicated on the website. You can use the terminals but have to cue to 1 of three open and slowly working counters to drop the bags. took about 45 minutes wait time.
Our first flight was delayed so we missed our connecting flight. However it was easy to book a later flight on their app.
Transavia flight, was booked as KLM but i couldnt select seat or access boarding pass with KLM at all. Crammed seating and very no frills experience all around. First and last time.
The baggage service at Malpensa was the worst ever. We wanted for over an hour without any information, they broke my suitcase, and the services of the local luggage services company was below any usual services level of a KLM partner.

All and all pretty good. It’s crowded but that is what flying is all about. But no complaints otherwise.
Well, in my case; the flight was delayed 1 hour, we have to wait in the plane to get green light. And the plane (probably because was a short trip) did not have entertainment or WiFi. No a good experience.
Seats actually fit a human! Snack options were a bit lame but that’s ok
I was disappointed that paying nearly $5000 more for business class for two didn’t really get me any more than a larger seat which as the last row in cabin reclined only mildly and the foot supports were of minimal help and left no room under seat ahead for carton bag. Second, our checked luggage was lost and took us two long days and we’ll after midnight each of them and multiple calls and 30 euro trip to airport in person to finally get them. Would you do this again?
Never made it to Lufthansa because of Air Canadas negligence.
Boarding and flight update was fantastic as I experienced about a 10-15 delayed for both flights. The food served onboard was great; the service of the flight attendants was excellent.
Complete mess. Our reservation was mistakenly cancelled. After almost missing the connection and walking all over the Munich airport, the Service desk got involved and we were run to our flight. Not all 4 of us in Business and not seated together as originally booked. This was the worst treatment I have ever had. And I travel a lot. 1K million miler.
The flight was about 10 minutes late which made it kind of tight for connection in Frankfurt. One think that was helpful for my husband and I since we don’t speak the language was when we got off the shuttle bus, two ground crew told us very clearly how to make the connection.
There is more space in this economy seat. It felt like a better layout, not so cramped.
The staff was not at pleasant as those on the first leg of our trip.
Flight from Munich to Geneva was delayed an hour without any notice. Finally called 5 minutes after their flight was supposed to leave only to be told it was late. Then after boarding- we were told to leave the plane go back to the terminal so they could make a repair. NO Communication whatsoever. Agent at the airport was rude and offensive. Finally got on the plane three hours after originally planned. Lost our car reservation in Geneva and had to pay $200 more to get the rental. HORRIBLE-HORRIBLE-HORRIBLE!!!!
Crew was excellent. Sat us together after the airline changed our seats. This was the smaller plane/shorter flight so no entertainment or food.
The flight has been delayed and arrived 30 minutes late. I had a very tough connection in Frankfurt, I had to run to catch my flight to Newark and Lufthansa was absolutely not helpful. They just told me I have to hurry but didn't tell me where I should go , I was very disappointed
More legroom for me as a tall person. I shouldn’t have to be discriminated because of my height just like someone’s wheelchair does have to pay extra to be accommodated comfortably.
Good, efficient flights both ways. Didn’t have food and no entertainment so can’t comment on those. Friendly staff that let me move to a row with no one booked.

Delay after delay: no information besides what my Kayak app provided was provided about the delays. The plane was at the gate. Also, the gate, 100A, was incredibly warm, and the sun was beaming in. Boarding was disorganized with no groups announced.
Kayak - EDreams - Eurowings need to define clearer the hand luggage terms. I asked for add. hang luggage got charged by Eurowings for having add. hand luggage that was not included in my booking. I travel alot! I know the size dimensions never paid twice for hand luggage and cannot chase Edreams or put Eurowings in the wrong. Also there was severe delays on this flight. Issue getting bus on arrival and missed connections. Unfortunate will not use Eurowings
We checked in 4 luggage and only got 3 back & lost our 4th luggage. Our flight was from berlin sept 22. We arrived Copenhagen but only received 3 luggage. Missing 1 still 24 hrs after our arrival and our Cruise will be leaving tomorrow 9/24/2023. This is the second time that our luggage gets lost/delayed in Copenhagen
Smallest seat I have ever seen. And they had a label with more Legroom but in fact where really tiny.
I was held-up at boarding by rude employee who insisted that I had to wait until all other passengers had boarded the lane before issuing me a boarding pass so I can board the plane. I could not check-in earlier and get a boarding pass since I had flown directly from Dusseldorf.
