Austrian Airlines was fine - it was the Munich airport’s system for boarding with new EES requirements. Instructions were confusing, waiting lines were LONG and many people had to run to catch their flights.
1) have phone numbers where we can call... a human... not this bot stuff... 2) the austrian airlines crew directs us to the airport lost and found for left behind objects, then the airport lost and found directs us back to them. Listen y'all, if you can't get this straight, what are you thinking expecting us to? Cheap, unprofessional, looks like a airline on the way to going under. If you can't afford well-trained staff... well... ask not for whom be bell tolls... it tolls for you.
The layover period at Frankfurt of one hour and forty minutes was not enough time to clear the two-hour line at passport control: we missed the flight to San Francisco. Condor did a good job rebooking us that same day, but our bags ended up in Los Angeles.
I paid for carry-on bag, but they did not let me take it on board, persuaded to check it in because the flight was full. I agreed to help them out, and they mixed up tag numbers and my bag got lost. I had very valuable things in there, and my whole vacation experience was ruined. I even asked the boarding assistant why the tag number was different from the assigned one, but they assured me it was alright and the bag will arrive to my destination. Nothing arrived of course. Incompetence of boarding assistants cost me the loss of all my things.
The problem is with Kayak and Underpricer. You overcharged me for a change fee and for seats that I did not get. You owe me $600
There was not enough sparkling water available during the flight from LAX to Vienna.
The baggage arrived damaged and i spent EUR 300 on the baggage a month ago. No responsibility from airline or the handles.
Tight connection from Austrian Airlines made this challenging. Our luggage did not make it, delivered the next day at noon. Flight itself was very full, not especially comfortable.
There were a number of passengers scheduled to transfer to the flight from Vienna to Warsaw. None of them made it because the crew failed to assist them in getting to the gate for the Warsaw bound flight in time. It could have been done very easily with proper assistance.

Turkish Airlines made a long flight from YVR to IST a great flying experience. From the attendants, to the food, to the entertainment program to all the extras, a twelve hour flight ‘flew by’. Late departure and arrival was not the airline’s fault.
Turkish Business Class is a wonderful experience, and the best inflight dining experience I’ve had to date.
Changed to older plane with old set-up in Business class.

We were charged for checking in our bags! One bag per person was supposed to have been included in the ticket price, and yet Turkish Airlines charged us nearly $200 per bag!

The WiFi setup on the plane is needlessly cumbersome. Simplify the interface and login.
The seat did not recline and we called the stewardess, he forced it to recline, but when we landed, it did not come forward because the seat was broken. The stewardess came, He tried to do it but couldn't do it, the flight commander came and spoke to us in a bad tone, telling us to get out of here, she waited at the head and acted as if there was a child and we couldn't get up, it was very shameful, I don't even know if it's true, but she said if you don't get up, the plane will not land and will keep turning around. Then a passenger pushed the seat from behind and it worked. Then we wanted to talk to the supervisor again, but she did not come next to us. We fly so much and this is the first time we encountered such a style.
No wifi at all during the entire flight from Istanbul to Miami.
Check in, was fine, boarding was good, we left on time, punctual flight, aircraft condition was also good, Boeing 737-600 , all went well, I did not expect more or any better
Flight changed and cancelled several times over the months in advance that I booked it. However, actual flight went well, no delays, spacious seats. Had some landing issues but otherwise, fine. Also loved that they don’t check weight of luggage!
Seats are disaster, not comfortable at all. With my height 183 cm there were no space for my legs... The airplane was Turkish airlines and no entertainment on board.
Bad. Cancelled and delayed flight. Payed 25£ for seat but got just normal one. No one refunded the money.
Cheapflights did not forward the payment for seat assignments, and my partner and I were separated and given center (B and E) seats. Will be requesting a refund.
Connecting in Frankfurt was a nightmare! Whoever scheduled our connection in Frankfurt for 90 minutes should be fired! Passport control takes 3 hours, minimum! Avoid Frankfurt airport at all costs! Never again! The airport is 3rd world. The WORST!
It was ok no problem on flight after the ordeal with passport control. Long line and nasty officers not very helpful.

I was disappointed that paying nearly $5000 more for business class for two didn’t really get me any more than a larger seat which as the last row in cabin reclined only mildly and the foot supports were of minimal help and left no room under seat ahead for carton bag. Second, our checked luggage was lost and took us two long days and we’ll after midnight each of them and multiple calls and 30 euro trip to airport in person to finally get them. Would you do this again?

The flight was about 10 minutes late which made it kind of tight for connection in Frankfurt. One think that was helpful for my husband and I since we don’t speak the language was when we got off the shuttle bus, two ground crew told us very clearly how to make the connection.
Flight from Munich to Geneva was delayed an hour without any notice. Finally called 5 minutes after their flight was supposed to leave only to be told it was late. Then after boarding- we were told to leave the plane go back to the terminal so they could make a repair. NO Communication whatsoever. Agent at the airport was rude and offensive. Finally got on the plane three hours after originally planned. Lost our car reservation in Geneva and had to pay $200 more to get the rental. HORRIBLE-HORRIBLE-HORRIBLE!!!!
The flight has been delayed and arrived 30 minutes late. I had a very tough connection in Frankfurt, I had to run to catch my flight to Newark and Lufthansa was absolutely not helpful. They just told me I have to hurry but didn't tell me where I should go , I was very disappointed

It was a safe flight with a friendly cabin crew.
The plane was too hot inside. There was no entertainment and we had to sit on the plane for one hour before takeoff. There was no free wifi.

Pegasus is a very efficient airline. Passengers, however are sometimes unruly. Getting up right after take off. Getting up right when we land and before getting to the gate. Switching seats to the front so she can get a better seat. It is unfair for those that actually paid for seats. Flight attendants seem to not enforce it. One or two bad actors ruins it. Overall, the airline is great.
The crew was utterly non helping and non courteous.I asked for a water. The air hostess could have said it's paid . She informed me that I will come later after serving but never turned up. The seats were never comfortable.My first and last flight with Pegasus.I am not taking again
Pegasus is a clean safe and most importantly CHEAP way to travel. If you travel a lot on a budget, it can be a great option
