I did not use entertainment on board, so, cannot really evaluate. the flight was fine.
Brand new plane lots of room the snack was very flavourful and enjoyable

The immigration hall in Amsterdam was understaffed, so passport checking was slower than it should be for a major airport. They need to get the automatic readers up and running for non EU passport holders. Waiting in line after a long flight feels a bit abusive.
The baggage drop-off in Stuttgart is bad: after online check-in you cannot use the automated baggage drop off as indicated on the website. You can use the terminals but have to cue to 1 of three open and slowly working counters to drop the bags. took about 45 minutes wait time.
Transavia flight, was booked as KLM but i couldnt select seat or access boarding pass with KLM at all. Crammed seating and very no frills experience all around. First and last time.
Seats were nice and comfy. Crew was polite and attentive. Business class is awesome and worth the money.

I requested wheel chair assistance , it was confirmed via email that inwoood get it but I didn’t get it . The last leg of my trip to Nigeria was the worst.

Horrible flight. First delay in boarding of approximately 30 minutes. While in the plane, the flight attendants huddle and we get an announcement that the crew's legal time was exceeded, that they don't have replacement crew and that they will need to cancel the flight. One would think that they would know that their time was to be exceeded BEFORE boarding. Took for ever to deplane. Then we were told that flight would not be cancelled but gave us a departure time of 21.15, which of course was not fulfilled. Arrived in Valencia, luggage took 30 minutes to arrive. Absolutely unacceptable
The whole experience was positive. Crew very friendly and helpful. Very greedy with pre-seat allocation. Web site too complicated
Crammed like sardines into the middle of the middle 4 seat row for an 11 hour flight was a terrible experience. No attempt made to help passengers sleep by dimming lights or shutting window shades. Small mediocre meals. Not enough good movies/TV options. Hopefully we will never have to do this again.
The plane was good - on time! But can the stewardesses smile or actually be nice - not to bark the commands
I paid extra for more leg room and I was put in a regular seat. I couldn't change it and I didn't get a refund. SUPER LAME
Crew took my carry on and checked it in; turned out to be a blessing; however the luggage was delayed at my final destination; receiving it 36 hours later. Thought, we'd get, at least water; but the Swiss chocolate was delicious. Thanks.

Almost as usual, half an hour take off dilay, on the other hand - the checked in baggage arrived as magic super quickly. By the way - why do you ask to rate the food and entertainment on flights without them? at least offer the option of "Not Relevant" or similar...

I am writing to demand an immediate refund and compensation for the absolutely unacceptable experience I endured with VUELING this week. On Monday, my flight was canceled, and despite this, I have yet to receive any refund. I was then taken to a hotel in a terrible location, where no food or even water was provided. The next day, I was rebooked on another flight, for which I had to personally cover an additional €50 in transportation costs—only to have that flight canceled as well. After waiting 10 hours, only 10 of us were offered alternative accommodations, while the rest were left stranded. We were forced to remain in this situation until Thursday without a single explanation or proper assistance. During this entire ordeal, we were only provided with breakfast and dinner, while being charged extra for drinks. This level of treatment is completely unacceptable. I expect an immediate refund for the cancelled flights and full compensation for the inconvenience, additional expenses, and the significant distress caused.
Nothing. There was no flight. They cancelled the flight with no replacement about 9 hours before takeoff.
The flight was canceled at the last minute. Alternative flight was booked after 6 hours wait in Malaga airport.

I will never fly vueling. 1h30 delayed, connexion missed with the crew closing the boarding in front of us. 40 people missed the Barcelona-Orly connexion. hours waiting for rebooking and hotel.. inadmissible
Last time bucking this company if I would know I wouldn’t do it, they made me lose my flight
We were bumped out of bulkhead seats we purchased a year ago. We were moved to row 5 and the folks in row 4 fully reclined making it difficult to get out to use the restroom. The seat have too little padding making them uncomfortable 3 hours into the flight. The movies did not offer closed captioning and the earbuds were poor so the entertainment was mostly unusable. The food was just passable. I would not fly Iberia/level again. Iberia also bumped us off our direct return flight so I would say the whole experience with this airline is poor.
The flight was operated by level, who had a sister’s check in procedure (2 hours) due to understaffing and a computer malfunction. While 3 agents stood at the business check in, with a total of maybe one actual customer there at a time, a huge line formed at economy check in with only 1 agent staffing the check in. Then, my luggage was lost - a guitar case with contents inside valued at 3,000 USD. The computer system of LEVEL could not locate my bag and had no record of it, and IBERIA (with whom I purchased my ticket and the checked bag) refused to help. It was a disastrous experience and I will never book Iberia again

Excellent lie flat seat for premium economy! Great staff. Bad food . Not so great entertainment. My bag didn’t make it either.
It wasn’t great because the third-party from Kayak there was just no information about how to check in with Vueling. And the purchase of the ticket from under pricer just made everything really difficult. I’m unlikely to use Kayak again for these reasons.

They cancelled the flight)(they said bad weather but many other flights took off) and made us wait 5 hours in line to figure out what to do. We ended up making a new flight the next day on another airlines...I hope they honor giving us our money back
We travelled with Level, which is a subsidiary of Iberia. They mixed up all our seats, downgraded few from premium economy fo economy. The crew were not professional, they seem to be in a rush! Also some with an attitude
We were charged for luggage, and our ticket was with Lufthansa and was supposed to include luggage fees. So our experience was a bit bad. Also, the flight was about 45 minutes late arriving.
The real bathroom smelled horrible and it smelled in the real of the plane..
The flight was about 10 minutes late which made it kind of tight for connection in Frankfurt. One think that was helpful for my husband and I since we don’t speak the language was when we got off the shuttle bus, two ground crew told us very clearly how to make the connection.
The connection between my income flight and the outgoing flight was slightly late and they would not hold the next flight for 7 minutes. The next flight was 4 hours later and we were issued a stand by ticket. So we had to wait to find out if we would even be on that flight. After boarding that flight was delayed for 40 minutes because there wasn’t a ground crew to load the luggage. The airline is not living up to it reputation.
Flight from Munich to Geneva was delayed an hour without any notice. Finally called 5 minutes after their flight was supposed to leave only to be told it was late. Then after boarding- we were told to leave the plane go back to the terminal so they could make a repair. NO Communication whatsoever. Agent at the airport was rude and offensive. Finally got on the plane three hours after originally planned. Lost our car reservation in Geneva and had to pay $200 more to get the rental. HORRIBLE-HORRIBLE-HORRIBLE!!!!
This flight space was way better than our international flight. Efficient boarding and comfortable
The flight has been delayed and arrived 30 minutes late. I had a very tough connection in Frankfurt, I had to run to catch my flight to Newark and Lufthansa was absolutely not helpful. They just told me I have to hurry but didn't tell me where I should go , I was very disappointed
Shorter flight but no food or entertainment. Flight was packed and no room to store carry on baggage.
We paid Lufthansa for reserved seats months before this flight. Apparently this was not forwarded to ticketing as the clerk at check-in gave us seats at the very back of the plane next to restrooms and storage. Needless to say, we didn’t sleep at all on our overseas flight. We sincerely hope that our accommodations are better when we return to the US on October 11th.
We connected to this flight very late, in fact at departure time. We were last to board. The crew was very empathetic and welcoming. The plane was impeccable. We flew economy, so it was a bit cramped. We were served a snack that was more than expected these days. All in all a good experience.
