Wonderful, i asked at front gate to change my seat up closer and they gave me a row with no one in it. Very kind of them as the flight was on the light side.
Connecting time in Zurich was 50 minutes. We had to rush due to delay previous flight. To short for our luggage, got it only with 24 hours delay
This was the second time my trip that Swiss lost my luggage from one of their own connecting flights. Really frustrating.
Horrible flight. First delay in boarding of approximately 30 minutes. While in the plane, the flight attendants huddle and we get an announcement that the crew's legal time was exceeded, that they don't have replacement crew and that they will need to cancel the flight. One would think that they would know that their time was to be exceeded BEFORE boarding. Took for ever to deplane. Then we were told that flight would not be cancelled but gave us a departure time of 21.15, which of course was not fulfilled. Arrived in Valencia, luggage took 30 minutes to arrive. Absolutely unacceptable
I can’t even the whole trip was a catastrophe
Crammed like sardines into the middle of the middle 4 seat row for an 11 hour flight was a terrible experience. No attempt made to help passengers sleep by dimming lights or shutting window shades. Small mediocre meals. Not enough good movies/TV options. Hopefully we will never have to do this again.
Bad, my family luggage. did not make t with us. Now my family’s arrived but not mine. No contact from the company or emails acknowledging the problem. Still not even where it is.
Crew took my carry on and checked it in; turned out to be a blessing; however the luggage was delayed at my final destination; receiving it 36 hours later. Thought, we'd get, at least water; but the Swiss chocolate was delicious. Thanks.

This is a very basic flight with no-frills. I just wish the seats were a little bit more comfortable.
Catastrophic experience the gate selected customers were picked up to.pay 70 eur for overweight 1-2 kg. While some others were let to board without chcking their carry on bags. Unecessaey drama by Lufthansa that brings nothing just hating them by customers.
It was good although we could not land in Munich due to weather and we had to go to Stuttgart. Missed our second flight. They did get us on another flight but the seats where not the ones I paid for in the flight that we missed.
Smooth Flight, Friendly crew, food offering on board was limited.
The real bathroom smelled horrible and it smelled in the real of the plane..
The staff are extremely rude maybe even racist, I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life. I will never fly with Lufthansa Mor Discovery Airlines again.
The flight was about 10 minutes late which made it kind of tight for connection in Frankfurt. One think that was helpful for my husband and I since we don’t speak the language was when we got off the shuttle bus, two ground crew told us very clearly how to make the connection.
Flight from Munich to Geneva was delayed an hour without any notice. Finally called 5 minutes after their flight was supposed to leave only to be told it was late. Then after boarding- we were told to leave the plane go back to the terminal so they could make a repair. NO Communication whatsoever. Agent at the airport was rude and offensive. Finally got on the plane three hours after originally planned. Lost our car reservation in Geneva and had to pay $200 more to get the rental. HORRIBLE-HORRIBLE-HORRIBLE!!!!
Already stated....flights were fine. Late luggage a disappointment and failure my Lufthansa to get my bag delivered in a timely fashion.
The flight has been delayed and arrived 30 minutes late. I had a very tough connection in Frankfurt, I had to run to catch my flight to Newark and Lufthansa was absolutely not helpful. They just told me I have to hurry but didn't tell me where I should go , I was very disappointed
Good, efficient flights both ways. Didn’t have food and no entertainment so can’t comment on those. Friendly staff that let me move to a row with no one booked.
My flight was delayed and my second flight missed despite a three hour connection in Düsseldorf. My luggage was lost and it took three hours to recover which was actually unfortunately very much barely possible. I needed to rebook a flight that was three times the original cost of the original flight which now I need to go back and recover from the airline. Terrible experience,

Delay after delay: no information besides what my Kayak app provided was provided about the delays. The plane was at the gate. Also, the gate, 100A, was incredibly warm, and the sun was beaming in. Boarding was disorganized with no groups announced.
Kayak - EDreams - Eurowings need to define clearer the hand luggage terms. I asked for add. hang luggage got charged by Eurowings for having add. hand luggage that was not included in my booking. I travel alot! I know the size dimensions never paid twice for hand luggage and cannot chase Edreams or put Eurowings in the wrong. Also there was severe delays on this flight. Issue getting bus on arrival and missed connections. Unfortunate will not use Eurowings
We checked in 4 luggage and only got 3 back & lost our 4th luggage. Our flight was from berlin sept 22. We arrived Copenhagen but only received 3 luggage. Missing 1 still 24 hrs after our arrival and our Cruise will be leaving tomorrow 9/24/2023. This is the second time that our luggage gets lost/delayed in Copenhagen
Smallest seat I have ever seen. And they had a label with more Legroom but in fact where really tiny.
No cancellations but one flight delayed due to arrival airport industrial action. Comfortable
I was held-up at boarding by rude employee who insisted that I had to wait until all other passengers had boarded the lane before issuing me a boarding pass so I can board the plane. I could not check-in earlier and get a boarding pass since I had flown directly from Dusseldorf.
The passenger next to me passed out and the crew was helpless. Luckily there was a paramedic on board.
