The plane's pilots, including the captain himself, thanked me for the flight. I know it's just marketing, but it was really nice to see these people. It's a great idea. Airplane food is never "good," but the entire crew and flight organization were top-notch. I really liked Delta, and I think I've traveled all over the world, and that was something new for me. Maybe even the old planes, the B767, but next time I have a choice, Delta will be my first choice. Thank you, a satisfied passenger :)

Communication on the delay, rebooking and how to get a hotel was poor. Mails, airport check-in and transfer desk said different things.
Not consistent with the food quality (I mean taste not freshness)
Food was really mediocre for premium economy in comparison to other airlines… the crew was nowhere to be found… 14 hour flight…
Worst airlines either. First leg was delayed because of crew not available. My connection was missed so they booked me automatically the next day! But, impossible to get anyone on site, web site does not let me access my reservation anymore, confirmed by useless agents over the phone. My 2-leg trip with part in business class arriving at 4:10pm ends up in an awful 3-leg arriving at 9pm the next day with no way to even choose the seats and of course at the very end of the plane. I can understand problems arrive but the way Air France handle it is just unacceptable. You are on your own. Apparently getting you to your destination is the only thing they consider their duty. The customer experience and fatigue is none of their concern. And I have a status with them. I will reconsider my priorities when flying with Air France and encourage everyone to do the same.
I don't understand the concept of paying to get your personal luggage onboard and then asked to check it in.... either sell the space or don't, its a hassle to carry those all through the airport just to make a check in at the last minute.
Generally good. The crew is excellent. The food could be better.
We transited through Chad and what was supposed to be a 1hr 20 minutes transit time lasted over 4hrs. We didn't get regular updates until we complained. After a 10hr flight from Paris no form of refreshment given and finally arrived Abuja over 6hrs later and none of my bags came
A couple of minor delays in boarding but very professional and efficient staff.
Older plane with finicky seats. Crew often seem to focus on "pet" clients and over extend services to some over others. I get less attention since I'm not a regular business class client. Regardless, I've paid the money and would expect equal attention.
The boarding was not as organized as what I experienced in Houston. We were able to depart on time and landed in Lagos as scheduled.
I'm very tall so the leg room of the seats could have been a little more spacious. Otherwise, everything was excellent

I wouldn't know what the flight was like. AI canceled my flight reservation!! There's no way to speak to an actual human to fix the issue! NEVER AGAIN! ALWAYS BOOK YOUR FLIGHT DIRECTLY WITH THE AIRLINE NEVER GO THROUGH KAYAK OR JUSTFLY.COM!!
It was my first time flying with Turkish Airlines, but I found the staff—from the airport to the cabin crew—to be somewhat dismissive and overly direct. This experience left me feeling discouraged about even considering a visit to Turkey in the future.
This time my experience was very bad. The Turkish Airlines changed my flight from Erbil to Istanbul from 8:15 AM to 11:20 AM few days before the trip. This made my transit in Istanbul about ONE hour. I have a special needs child and need extra time to navigate the huge new Istanbul airport with a child. To make the matter even more stressful the flight took off about 20 minutes late from Erbil which made our transit even shorter (around 40 minutes). The Turkish Airlines failed me on too many points despite clearly asking for help and as follows: 1. I asked the checking agent in Erbil for seats at the front of the plane to exit first and he stated the closest one is in the middle of the plane and I should ask the flight crew for help 2. I asked the boarding agent in Erbil to ask the flight crew to let us out first since we don’t have much transit time and she said she can’t and they wouldn’t listen to her anyway. 3. When we boarded I specifically asked the cabin crew chief the same request and after some discussion he wanted to get rid of me and said, they will help when we land. I again politely reminded the same person to help us when we exit before landing and this time he stated he would NOT be able to even announce to the passenger to let the people which short transit first and I should just deal with it like other passengers. He also told me to ask for help from the airlines staff at the gate when we get to the airport. This is very rude coming from the Cabin Crew chief. 4. I asked the airline crew at the gate which he had a cell phone to call the gate of my flight to inform them we are on our way and the agent pretended he didn’t speak English… Frustrating 5. I went to the Golf Card station (used to transfer passenger in the large airport) and asked for a ride and the driver there “shooed” me away pretending he doesn’t understand English while looking into his phone constantly telling me “Go this way, Go this way”. I saw first-hand other well able passengers on these cards and Turkish looking families get help on our way … which is clear discriminations. 6. We finally got to the Gate as one of the last people and we didn’t even use the bathroom on our way and made it back to Canada. I am extremely frustrated with the TKY this time and feel discriminated against just because I look from the Middle East despite I am and my child are Canadian. The Turkish Airlines operations failed me on too many points this time.
The seat did not recline and we called the stewardess, he forced it to recline, but when we landed, it did not come forward because the seat was broken. The stewardess came, He tried to do it but couldn't do it, the flight commander came and spoke to us in a bad tone, telling us to get out of here, she waited at the head and acted as if there was a child and we couldn't get up, it was very shameful, I don't even know if it's true, but she said if you don't get up, the plane will not land and will keep turning around. Then a passenger pushed the seat from behind and it worked. Then we wanted to talk to the supervisor again, but she did not come next to us. We fly so much and this is the first time we encountered such a style.
3 of us were in the business class. All good except the Flight out of Mumbai is too early. It is at 6:30 am. Reporting is at 4 am. We had to get up at 3 am. US connection has 4-5 hours of layover. It would be nicer to start the India flight late (give more time to sleep at home) and have less layover duration in IST.
The flight was delayed for an hour an half the for 30 mins more then for another hour and 10 mins, total of more than 3 hours delay.
It flight had a maintenance issue, that should be part of of preventative maintenance, and then they completely mismanaged the passengers on the buses. A terrible experience.
Loved the towel at the end. Service was frequent and perfect.

Absolutely horrible. We missed both of our connecting flights from Frankfort due to the new border control lines. Lufthansa had us running and walking around the airport trying to rebook. They were not prepared to offer us a hotel room for the night, but finally relented when I said I was done with Lufthansa, most were not so lucky. I also put put of the blame in Kayak. You need to update which connecting flights you are offering to allow for more time to deal with the mess that is border control in the EU.
Cheapflights did not forward the payment for seat assignments, and my partner and I were separated and given center (B and E) seats. Will be requesting a refund.
Connecting in Frankfurt was a nightmare! Whoever scheduled our connection in Frankfurt for 90 minutes should be fired! Passport control takes 3 hours, minimum! Avoid Frankfurt airport at all costs! Never again! The airport is 3rd world. The WORST!
It was ok no problem on flight after the ordeal with passport control. Long line and nasty officers not very helpful.
The flight was about 10 minutes late which made it kind of tight for connection in Frankfurt. One think that was helpful for my husband and I since we don’t speak the language was when we got off the shuttle bus, two ground crew told us very clearly how to make the connection.
Flight from Munich to Geneva was delayed an hour without any notice. Finally called 5 minutes after their flight was supposed to leave only to be told it was late. Then after boarding- we were told to leave the plane go back to the terminal so they could make a repair. NO Communication whatsoever. Agent at the airport was rude and offensive. Finally got on the plane three hours after originally planned. Lost our car reservation in Geneva and had to pay $200 more to get the rental. HORRIBLE-HORRIBLE-HORRIBLE!!!!
The flight has been delayed and arrived 30 minutes late. I had a very tough connection in Frankfurt, I had to run to catch my flight to Newark and Lufthansa was absolutely not helpful. They just told me I have to hurry but didn't tell me where I should go , I was very disappointed

Very long delay and bad organization to change the plane.
The seat was broken kept moving backwards, could not lock very uncomfortable and on safe . Boarding was messy to many passengers with over sized baggage aloud in the cabin, therefore over head bins kept opening during flight ✈️ again not up to FAA regulations standards safety wise .
Não se pode confiar nas informações nos painéis do aeroporto. Constava que o voo estava atrasado e sairia às 11h25. Por sorte, fui a um balcão de informaçoes que primeiro confirmou o atraso, mas outro funcionário ouviu e disse que o embarque estava acontecendo. Fomos os ultimos a embarcar. Mais 5 minutos teriamos perdido o voo.
It was my first trip with Air Cairo and it will not be the last, and I advise everyone to use this respected company.
دائما تأخير في مواعيد الإقلاع انتظار طويل داخل الطائرة في الحر لعدم وجود باص لنقل الركاب تأخير الأمتعة اكثر من ساعة على السير برغم انها الطائرة الوحيدة في التوقيت الطائرة نظيفة من الداخل . طاقم المضيفات غير ملتزم باعطاء التعليمات قبل الاقلاع
