Flight lead was a gentleman with silver hair and he went out of his way to shake hands and interact with each passenger seated in business class. A medical emergency took place during our flight and he handled it with perfect poise and professionalism. He was gracious and confidently competent. Just what you want from a leader,
I did not use entertainment on board, so, cannot really evaluate. the flight was fine.

The baggage drop-off in Stuttgart is bad: after online check-in you cannot use the automated baggage drop off as indicated on the website. You can use the terminals but have to cue to 1 of three open and slowly working counters to drop the bags. took about 45 minutes wait time.
Cabin crew were excellent, very proffesional, polite and friendly, in flight snack was underwhelming, a packet of cheese biscuits, im sure KLM could run to a sandwich!

Well, in my case; the flight was delayed 1 hour, we have to wait in the plane to get green light. And the plane (probably because was a short trip) did not have entertainment or WiFi. No a good experience.
one of my bags was drenched with fish smelling water and all my new clothes bought at dublin and the 23kg checked in bag were all gone waste with very pungent fish smell and also having stains
Seats actually fit a human! Snack options were a bit lame but that’s ok
We couldn’t take the direct flight back home in Florida because the flight in Palermo was delayed flor long time and keep us inside the cabin without moving the plane. The plane from Munich to Orlando was still there when we arrived to the gate but they said it was late for us to board the plane. We rushed the most to get there. It was a bad experience and got back exhausted and with pain in all muy body. We are seniors 72 and for us was very bad
Not the greatest. The staff was unpleasant and we had delays. The boarding was done out of order.

Very kind Lufthansa agent somehow gave us all no charge extra business class seats and helped us get home rested and happy.
Boarding was conducted in a confusing manner as no boarding group was displayed on my boarding pass and group calls were inaudible. Flight was delayed due to oil issues and loading issues. Had to wait almost 45 minutes for bags at baggage claim.
Seats are complete BS for 10 hrs. The guy at counter canceled our return flight from europe. Lufthansa on the way back made United look like a trailer park gathering. If given the opportunity, I will never fly united again. Lufthansa seats werent much better to be fair but the service was a 10 out of 10. Incant express how difficult umited made my trip.
The flight was canceled. I couldn't get on another flight. Meal voucher wouldn't work. The whole experience was a clusterfuck.

The seatbelt light was on the whole trip - inconvenient but also unsafe. I was told to keep the window blind down the whole trip though I specifically paid for a window seat to be able to....see out the window. It was also two hours late causing me to miss my connection.
Early departure meant on time arrival. Only real problem was free internet had issues, although chatting with the internet help desk (you can do this via aainflight.com) got the issue resolved.
Lexus in first class was absolutely amazing! Beat flight attendant i’ve ever seen.

Plane was delayed for 6 hours, at first by weather, which is understandable, but was further delayed with NO given reason for 2 1/2 hours more. We had no clue when we were going to depart actually until they opened the ramp. VERY POOR to ZERO COMMUNICATION!!!
Food. Business class didn't really offer much more than coach.
The new seating in BC was a joy. My vegetarian pasta dish was excellent, very creative. The chicken potpie was ..... The crew was extremely focused and impersonal, but everything worked.
I like the speed of boarding and deplaning and the fact that everything was on time. The crew (attendants) were probably quite new and did not begin the in cabin service until 30 min before landing even though there was little to no air turbulence for the last 1.5 hours of the flight. It made for a mad scramble at the end to get trash collected and carts stowed before touch down.
Great service, on time, professional experience. Great landing under challenging crosswind conditions at BWI. I made my connection in Charlotte despite the plane getting stuck finding a gate to park in on arrival. The only glitch -- the Airbus 320 from CLT to BWI was quite comfortable, but the larger 321 from Logan to Charlotte had minimal leg/knee room. I get that it's a high volume route but dang, couldn't even open my laptop it was so tight
My girlfriend missed her flight to Aruba so she had to book a new flight down and American cancelled her flight back because of missing the flight down, so she had to book a separate flight back also. Pretty ridiculous that she had to book a new round trip for missing her initial departure.
