Old airplanes small seats expensive tickets, not as expected overall and not comfortable according to the price

Boarding was a disaster being moved by Air France by bus to the plane. The plane should have been at the right gate.
Extremely poor. First - and oddly enough, Air France denied access to the Business Class lounge at CDG to all of us - although we were all flying Business Class. It is amazing that an airline denies lounge access to its passengers flying on business and paying several thousand dollars each ticket. Second, the food on Business Class on absolutely horrible. Air France must have made an effort to prepare bad tasting dishes (not even the ice cream was good). Third, the cabin temperature was too hot and although we complained many times, it never got cooler.
Flight was late over a hour just like the first one. WiFi was down.

I have used Air France and KLM many times it will help if they change their menu's feel like it's been the same for years!!!, Especially the breakfast. Overall the flight was good and enjoyable.

I paid extra for a seat with more leg room but they changed the plane and found myself in an ordinary seat. This is expensive at 50€
The plane was small and one felt the turbulence much more. The lines to get through immigration were insanely long.
Our steward Margarida who served us from Lisbon to Boston was absolutely fantastic! She deserves a raise. Conscientious and thorough as well as showing appropriate attention for every need.

When I tried to enter my identity details, your app told me information was missing but did not highlight the missing data. This was frustrating. Also, there was an unexplained delay of about 2 hours in taking off. This was also frustrating. Otherwise the experience was good.
Its a short flight with no entertainment. The food was so so.
A bit disappointing. Our business class seats were not cleaned from previous flight. They were also missing headphones and bottled water. Dining options were not always available.
If you miss any flight in a Multi-City flight plan with TAP, all remaining flights will be automatically terminated immediately. Their support line is no help at all, and you'll be stuck paying again for another flight.
I have been flying internationally for most of like. My first trip with TAP- wonderful! I look forward to flying with them more frequently in the future!
Very little space between chairs, making any long travel very uncomfortable. Food is also very basic.
Cobrar por escolher assento em voos longos é desumano e um tanto quanto covarde, pois já vamos passar horas sentados. O banheiro não tinha papel e estava bem sujo. O avião era um modelo novo emlderno. O entretenimento muito bom com filmes modernos e a refeição estava muito boa. Vôo atrasou demais.

business class food was pretty average otherwise it was a good experience
Food is very bad! They didn’t put me and my family sitting all together. The airlines want to charge for everything such as seat, boarding priority and etc but they have to pay attention on what they are providing in exchange!
When I bought the ticket, right away I got a problem, I had to cancel. Unfortunately never ever I will use kayak or Iberia again. When trying to cancel kayak told me to talk directly with the airline, the airline talked to me through whatsap and told me to deal through kayak. Both of u never took responsibility in helping me out. You kayak did not want to deal with me. I called my credit card and now we r disputing the charge bc u have a pathetic customer service.

This flight was a code share for both Iberia and American Airlines and run by what I assume is a charter company Level. It was difficult if not impossible to get a seat assigned, check bags or use any customer service functions. I would skip it!
Appalling! The flight was delayed by 3.5 hours and the American Airlines staff at the airport where nit very helpful. Once boarded, the flight crew were unhelpful, the food was poor and the aircraft was tatty.
All went smoothly, no problems; friendly crew. I would have appreciated a head pillow ;)
Tampa to Charlotte - very upset that the orig flight from Tampa to Charlotte was delayed because they couldn’t refuel properly so we missed our connection. Not at all happy about how American handled it. Very inadequate amount for meals ($12 per person for a meal???) and the guy (Kelvin) acted as though he was doing us a favor providing extra vouchers for breakfast when, in reality, he simply duplicated the dinner ones so we would be on our way - very dishonest and poor customer service. (By the way, his gum chewing and body language was very rude) We arrived our final destination more than 24 hours later. Very bad business. Charlotte to Madrid - although the flight we finally got on was 24 hours later than scheduled, the actual flight was comfortable and pleasant. The movie choices could have been better. Madrid to Sevilla - The food was good but basically thrown at you with a don’t bother me attitude. The plane itself was quite dirty!
Never made this flight it was unconfirmed by Iberia according to American Airlines This trip was a total nightmare, got to the airport in Wed March 8th after confirming all flights, only to be told by American Airlines that we are not confirmed on the flight. We met a pretty rude and unhelpful AA check in agent by the name of Ali. American said it was not their problem, contact Kayak/Chatdeal and sort out your issue.Chatdeal said all flights were confirmed and it is the airlines fault. So it went, we were kicked between American, Kayak and Iberia spending hrs on the phone- all said it is not their fault.Spent 9 hrs in the airport on Wed 15th trying to sort out. Luckily, we met a really nice AA agent Shawnna G who went way beyond the call of.duty to help us out. We were put the next day on Thurs 16th from DfW to San Paulo Brazil the onto Madrid!! Imagine that..10000 miles and 20hrs of travelling to get to Madrid from Dallas!! Our trip took 3 days to get there ..Wed 8th Thurs 9th and Fri 10th.Got there on Sat 11th, so lost 2 days of our vacation and a lot of emotional and physical stress on our 2 kids travelling with us.
