Brand new plane lots of room the snack was very flavourful and enjoyable
As per usual when you Hit the UK it's a slow process through customs Not as efficient at Thailand for sure
The flight was delayed. The aircraft was unclean. Promised seat was not given due to change in Aircraft. Not one crew on ground was in a position to give any response. Amsterdam Airport is AVIODABLE Over crowded. Over Expensive. Poor Services.
Empty seats next to me - wish it had been for a longer flight!!
Flight was on time, staff are friendly and helpful onboard.
Terrible last row seats many seats available but no offer to move to better seat
Delay and had to run between flight to get my connection due to this delay but besides that the overall experience was ok. I arrived with just an hour of delay.
At the airport, terrible, I do not want to even remember it. It was too humiliating for a business class passenger.
Ad experience - been flying many years with them but they are losing out to other carriers with their service and bagage / seating policy. My 2 12-yo kids were not placed with the parent. Absurdity.
The baggage drop-off in Stuttgart is bad: after online check-in you cannot use the automated baggage drop off as indicated on the website. You can use the terminals but have to cue to 1 of three open and slowly working counters to drop the bags. took about 45 minutes wait time.
Boarding arrangement at Frankfurt was terribly managed with no proper guidance and the flight was parked far away from the gate. In flight entertainment device (touch screen) was not working at all throughout the flight. And on top of all this two of the checked in bags were found to be missing when we landed at Chennai. All this mismanagement at a very high fare of about $2300 per ticket is unacceptable.
Movie selection was nice and chicken with rice dinner was good. I did not like the pizza thing they served for breakfast/lunch. It was like a hot pocket but mostly bread. A small sandwich or cheese and cracker snack and fruit etc would have been much better. Also they did not announce trash pick up so a lot of trash was left by everyone when departing.
Water in bottle and a piece of chocolate were given. We did have movies to watch.
Too tight connection. Lufthansa staff pulled 12 of us out of passport control that had tight connections and took us about 1/3 mile AWAY from our gates and put us in another slow, long line. Needless to say all of us missed our flights and the Customer “Service” staff was rude and not helpful at all. Was rebooked from a direct flight to one w a 6hr layover. Asked about an other option that was on my app and was told to book it myself online (which would be $300 extra pp!!). Got rebooked again w a tight connection which was also missed. Rebooked into middle seats that didn’t recline for 9 hr flight!! No compensation (and we paid for seats!) Ended up taking 26hrs to get home from Europe to North Carolina! No longer a fan of Lufthansa—2nd time having these kind of issues w them!
Paid $35 for wifi but wifi didn’t work. Stressful dealing with work mess and no service. Otherwise normal
Good but I don’t received my bags yet is been 5days still no update
The food on this flight was better than what we had getting to Rome. The flight was comfortable and the staff was great. One of the staff members was a stickler about the blankets in the aisle, which I get, but still. Overall, great flight and will fly with them again!
The crew were excellent, smiling and kind. The seats were good for economy though my seat back got a bit sticky from getting out of the reclining position. The food was good for a Kosher meal, better than usual. Entertainment was okay, but there was no Wi-fi available the entire flight. Overall the flight was fine for an overnight flight. The flight attendant in my section was absolutely delightful.
Fortunately the departure was delayed as I had a tight connection and the incoming flight was delayed. The departure delay helped me to make my connection. Thankfully, my luggage also could be transferred in the same time. The aircraft had to be changed and the power outlet in my seat didn’t work. Again luckily as the flight was not full, I could move to a different seat where the power outlet was working.
Never made it to Lufthansa because of Air Canadas negligence.
