Austrian Airlines was fine - it was the Munich airport’s system for boarding with new EES requirements. Instructions were confusing, waiting lines were LONG and many people had to run to catch their flights.

1) have phone numbers where we can call... a human... not this bot stuff... 2) the austrian airlines crew directs us to the airport lost and found for left behind objects, then the airport lost and found directs us back to them. Listen y'all, if you can't get this straight, what are you thinking expecting us to? Cheap, unprofessional, looks like a airline on the way to going under. If you can't afford well-trained staff... well... ask not for whom be bell tolls... it tolls for you.

The good: we liked fast boarding, the departure and arrival on-time. The not-so-good: The crew should learn from their sister-company Swiss with whom we took the flight to the US. Austrian onboard personnel need to smile more and provide a better service. Food was okay, there was the usual issue with “no more chicken” by the time they reach row X 😕. We did not understand why the crew collected trash so randomly and inadequately. We missed the free internet for messaging which was privided by Swiss as well. Hope this feedback helps.

I was upgraded to business class. Seats same size but better food. Polite service.

Excellent flight. The crew was exceptionally attentive and organized. Attention to details is unmatched.

Accessibility serious problems in Viena airport making it seriousely difficult in in-between gates and boarding travel. Pretens of breakfast and service care in the economy pathetic.

I paid for carry-on bag, but they did not let me take it on board, persuaded to check it in because the flight was full. I agreed to help them out, and they mixed up tag numbers and my bag got lost. I had very valuable things in there, and my whole vacation experience was ruined. I even asked the boarding assistant why the tag number was different from the assigned one, but they assured me it was alright and the bag will arrive to my destination. Nothing arrived of course. Incompetence of boarding assistants cost me the loss of all my things.

It becomes like Wizz air, no good, bad comfort and you should pay for 20kg bag.

Very efficient and profesional .One of the best. I had 20 minutes between 2 flights and still made it amazing.

I liked that the air staff is very good, but the ground staff still has lots of areas of opportunity. They raise their voices over the passenger questions or requests for information.
