A true budget airline experience. Had issue with luggage tag needed customer service assistance, but there was only 1 agent open for the entire airport. ONE! Almost missed my flight because of that.
Always select priority to be able to take carry on luggage and board first without hassles.
Shady baggage policy that forces you to pay more money at the gate, even after you checked your bag dimensions during the bag drop. Will never fly again with this airline.

I had heard horror stories about Ryan air and was a little worried about my flights with them but I had 3 flights with them in Italy, Puglia and Sicily and it was a painless and smooth process. I was very happy.
How terrible! Extremely bad! I can not even wait for 5 minutes, because the Berlin airport does not work in the security facilities and can handle people. No communication, although we were assured by about 50 travelers that the airline is informed and is waiting for us.
Boarding at Birmingham was appalling, made to stand in a corridor which claims to be a gate for an hour, despite knowing full well the flight was delayed….. the crew were fantastic and you have to feel sorry for them dealing with the delay caused three fold, inbound delay, damage to front baggage hold door and finally a further ATC delay. On board experience was good and crew friendly and helpful.
50 minute of delay on a flight scheduled after 22pm is really annoying. This was even the only flight departing from Frankfurt Hahn on that evening so the delay was inexcusable
While this flight from Dublin to Venice boarded on time, its departure was delayed by about an hour because, apparently, there were no demonstration kits on board, and we couldn't depart until the safety demonstration was completed. We were informed that we were in danger of losing our delayed slot if Ryanair engineering didn't provide the kits 'soon', which would have resulted in an additional two-hour delay. Thankfully, we didn't incur that additional delay. It's not clear where the source of this problem lies but it needs to be addressed to ensure it does not recur for other flights in the future.
Worst airline I’ve ever been on. Would not recommend to anyone no matter the cost.
Payd for long seats for our parents and because they don’t speak English fluent they have moved them. Absolutely scam!

Big delay because of the weather but communication not so good. Boarding already late (due to tight schedule on Wizz side). When you get in you are hurried every second even if you still need a few seconds to arrange your bags. Food far away from how it looks in the catalogue and right on row 8 already out of chocolate although you are supposed to receive one for a menu. No replacement was offered.
Il n’y a pas eu de vol du tout puisque celui à été déplacé à la veille sans aucune information. Aucun remboursement ni service client non plus. Scandale !
A GOOD IDEA IS TO SEND TO ME BOARDING PASS IN ADVANCE SO I DONT HAVE TO FIGHT FOR IT

One hour delay, landed at midnight, my hotel did not accept late check in after midnight. I had to pay for another accomodation last minute after I landed. Wizzair customer support did not reply when I asked for alternative accomodation. Very poor experience overall.
