I’ve never heard of discover airlines but will definitely be on the lookout for future flights. Everything about the trip was perfect. The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. The only critique; there was a delay and gate change and this fact was NOT well published! My eTicket was NEVER updated with the new flight details. We ran the whole way from our connecting flight only to find that our flight was delayed. Very frustrating. Additionally, there was NO announcement regarding the root cause of the delay. The uncertainty about the cause of the delay contributes to the overall frustration. One other small matter onboard; one of the toilets was unavailable (or perhaps malfunctioning) and NO explanation was given nor was any workaround explained. It would have been less frustrating if they announced why the toilet was lock and explained the alternatives in detail. That way the foot traffic congestion could have been minimized.
Basically a low cost airline, with very small seats, mediocre food and staff not particularly nice. Not a pleasant flight
Plane was old and small. Crew was not very friendly and didn’t check in much or offer water more than 2 times over a 8 hour flight.
We were on a full-service fare as part of a long-haul trip so it was disappointing to be on such a no-frills flight (no meals/hot drinks/entertainment) especially for a 3.5hr flight, at the start of a long trip. The crew however we’re lovely & friendly.
It was good, but always can be better. The airplane was old.
late arrival on a TK flight meant I missed my next TA flight. Had to wait a day to get a flight and they would not reschedule me all the way back to Denver. I had to buy a last-minute ticket from Washington Dulles to Denver on top of paying over $6000 for a business class ticket. I don't think I would ever fly Turkish Air again.
4 flights booked with specific seats together and a bassinet. All 4 flights were seated separately without a bassinet
Entertainment system is okay, flight attendants were ok. Leg space very narrow, I couldn’t get what I wanted to eat, dinner nor breakfast.
Changed to older plane with old set-up in Business class.

Food was horrible and not suitable the world famous Turkish cuisine and hospitality.
The seat did not recline and we called the stewardess, he forced it to recline, but when we landed, it did not come forward because the seat was broken. The stewardess came, He tried to do it but couldn't do it, the flight commander came and spoke to us in a bad tone, telling us to get out of here, she waited at the head and acted as if there was a child and we couldn't get up, it was very shameful, I don't even know if it's true, but she said if you don't get up, the plane will not land and will keep turning around. Then a passenger pushed the seat from behind and it worked. Then we wanted to talk to the supervisor again, but she did not come next to us. We fly so much and this is the first time we encountered such a style.
Friendly crew. Computer systems had trouble keeping my Star Alliance status linked to my reservation. Inflight Wi-Fi was slow and expensive. No standard power outlet, but medium-power USB-C port slowly charged my laptop. No option to buy whisky in economy.
Seats comfort need to improve big time it’s 14 hour flight it was very bad seats
Food and entertainment were not available, so my rating on those items isn't actually correct. There should be a "Not relevant" or "Didn't use it" option.
Waiting outside for a long time is not really necessary
The flight boarded nice and early and this meant there was no sudden rush at the gate. The only down side was the cabin was very cold 🥶
Flying from Hamburg to Stansted was a nightmare if I have to be honest, the flight was due to leave at 15:50 and we ended up not taking off properly till 16:56. They really don’t have enough people doing the sorting of baggage where you get the sticker for your case before the security check, going through security was 10x more faster then the whole baggage situation.
After passing through boarding gates we had to wait for 45 minutes in a small space with no place to sit.
Crazy long boarding times, messy, inexperienced, overworked, and visibly tired crew, very uncomfortable seats and no compensation for delays.
On time boarding, on time departure and early arrival. As it should be. Yes, the comfort and benefits are very poor, but therefore the ticket is 6 times cheaper than with a flag carrier. So I am not complaining about it. You get what you pay for.
1. Too long on board without air conditioning. 2. Very very long-tiring walk to exit gate.
Flight was late boarding was poor. Economy boarded at the same time as premium. No space overhead for my cabin bag late arrival into Paphos.
On time, no announcement all along the flight, you can rest.
Connecting in Frankfurt was a nightmare! Whoever scheduled our connection in Frankfurt for 90 minutes should be fired! Passport control takes 3 hours, minimum! Avoid Frankfurt airport at all costs! Never again! The airport is 3rd world. The WORST!
It was ok no problem on flight after the ordeal with passport control. Long line and nasty officers not very helpful.

I was disappointed that paying nearly $5000 more for business class for two didn’t really get me any more than a larger seat which as the last row in cabin reclined only mildly and the foot supports were of minimal help and left no room under seat ahead for carton bag. Second, our checked luggage was lost and took us two long days and we’ll after midnight each of them and multiple calls and 30 euro trip to airport in person to finally get them. Would you do this again?
I bought premium economy tickets with a fully flexible fare, and made seats selection for me and my son: window and aisle. After checking in online, Lufthansa cancelled the seat assignment without informing me. As a result, my son and I were assigned mid-center row seats, in different rows. This ruined the trip.
No food, no entertainment, but that's normal for short-haul flight.
Hectic boarding process. I upgraded to business class which was no different than economy except for the food service. Totally not worth it.
I’m not a happy customer. Lufthansa cancelled my flight 3 times, and I had to rebook a flight to Larnaca, but a flight to Tel Aviv and pay for a hotel. Then the flight back was cancelled and now I have to find my own way back. Terrible.
Absolutely inadequate transfer at Munich airport. Lufthansa sold a ticket for a flight with 45 mins transfer, and your connecting flight is actually in a different terminal. In order to get to that terminal you need to walk 10 mins to a train station, take a train, and then go through passport control. All this in less than 45 mins (deduct 20 mins for boarding)? Madness.
More legroom for me as a tall person. I shouldn’t have to be discriminated because of my height just like someone’s wheelchair does have to pay extra to be accommodated comfortably.
Good, efficient flights both ways. Didn’t have food and no entertainment so can’t comment on those. Friendly staff that let me move to a row with no one booked.

Kayak - EDreams - Eurowings need to define clearer the hand luggage terms. I asked for add. hang luggage got charged by Eurowings for having add. hand luggage that was not included in my booking. I travel alot! I know the size dimensions never paid twice for hand luggage and cannot chase Edreams or put Eurowings in the wrong. Also there was severe delays on this flight. Issue getting bus on arrival and missed connections. Unfortunate will not use Eurowings
We checked in 4 luggage and only got 3 back & lost our 4th luggage. Our flight was from berlin sept 22. We arrived Copenhagen but only received 3 luggage. Missing 1 still 24 hrs after our arrival and our Cruise will be leaving tomorrow 9/24/2023. This is the second time that our luggage gets lost/delayed in Copenhagen
No food on plane.. flights scheduled 55 min..everything is very expensive on aeroport
Smallest seat I have ever seen. And they had a label with more Legroom but in fact where really tiny.
No cancellations but one flight delayed due to arrival airport industrial action. Comfortable
I was held-up at boarding by rude employee who insisted that I had to wait until all other passengers had boarded the lane before issuing me a boarding pass so I can board the plane. I could not check-in earlier and get a boarding pass since I had flown directly from Dusseldorf.
