Old 777 on this route uncomfortable and in need of updating.
Frankfurt airport was awful! Brand new airport with modern technology but a process that does not keep up at all. Attitude of staff at the airport also disgraceful but that is normal in Germany. One security gate in the middle of Monday and machine clearly not working well. Immigration has 2 staff with serious attitude.
The main issue was that the flight from trivandrum to Dubai was delayed which resulted in arriving late in Dubai. Coincidentally the flight leaving out of Dubai to jfk was also delayed for different reason. Despite we reached the gate ( through wheel chair assistance) along with 10 other passengers we were not let in. The gate was open and yet was refrained from entering. We were then requested to flight the next morning. Meal vouchers were provided but the hotel reservations were not made and took a lot longer to receive that. If Emirates knew about the delay and was certain the passengers will not be able to board the next flight shouldn't they have prepared these ahead of time?
in today's time, an airline like emirates didnt serve drinks as requested, Excuse was full flight.
The food options were excellent for Economy. It was difficult to find the lounge after clearing security and boarding was clunky
This was my first time flying with Emirates. Overall, the experience was very good. I thought the seats in economy would have been a bit more comfortable, but, they seem to be on par with other airlines. The food was excellent and very satisfying. If you can afford it, I would definitely suggest upgrading to at lest premium economy seats for long haul flights.

We did not fly and our agent has been uncilling and uncooperative to help us rebook flight. We will never use Kayak ever again to book our flights, and we will let our network of friends know that using Kayak is equal to losing $$$$$.
More than two hours delay I could not do my tax refund because of the delay to check in They lost my luggage
The first class experience was great but Frankfurt airport is very confusing. Badly signed all round. Boarding was not pleasant and check in staff was arrogant.
Much better seats on Airbus 321. Food prices are very reasonable.
My flight BKK–SHJ–TBS was changed, and I was notified only by an email that went into my spam folder. I found out only 1 day before the flight when I checked in online. The new flight had a 15-hour layover in SHJ and arrived in TBS 1 day later than my original plan. I needed to adjust my plan urgently and lost the cost of one hotel night because the free cancellation period was over.

Superb like always. On time and quite comfortable. Only thing is that the arrival movement was by bus.
We were boarded by bus. That was a bit of pain.
The made us waiting and held our passports and boarding pass making us miss our flights
Online check-in doesn't work. That's why I couldn't give it full Star.
It was pretty good overall. I just wish the crew didn't have to interrupt you every five seconds to ask you if you wanted anything, I mean that's what the help button is for. When someone is tired and sleepy and still getting their bearings, turning on DND button is maybe not the first thing on their mind.
They ran out of some of the popular food items. 😞
Qatar Airlines code share with Indigo has been a terrible experience for me on these notes: 1. Indigo changed by flight without informing me of the change, they did not ask me if I am okay with the change. I discovered this change when I was trying to do online check-in through the Qatar mobile app. When I called Qatar customer support, they mentioned Indigo changed my flight due to the original flight being cancelled, but the fact is that flight was scheduled and departed correctly, it was never cancelled. 2. When asked why my flight was changed without informing me, they mentioned that they sent email/phone call to my travel agent, and it is was my travel agent that did not inform me, which again was another false statement. 3. I called Qatar Airlines (third call on the day of my trip) to request them to put me back on the same flight, they mentioned that they could for an extra $2500, as the original class I was booked on was not available, we are still talking economy only not business class, I said no way. 4. I called the travel agent, and they mentioned that they will work with Indigo and asked me to be prepared to travel on the later flight I was bumped to. While I was making my hotel/taxi arrangements for the new flight, I got a call and email saying they were able to get me on the original flight with no extra cost. So, after 2+ hours of talking to customer support, and a lot of stress on my last day of vacation, I flew back as originally scheduled, but this nightmare is just a horrible experience that I will never fly on Indigo/Qatar again. This was a really enjoyable flight. Even though I was in economy, I had a great deal of leg space, I had a nice meal, and the flight staff was helpful and friendly. A really great flight.
Qatar screwed up by delaying our onward journey for refueling, which resulted in missing our connecting flight to India. the airport qater staff at Doha, herded us like cattle in a very incohesive and uncoordinated way. We were then given 2 options: either catch our original flight the Next day ( After 24.hrs) or catch 2 flights instead , to goto our destination in India. All this, for paying a premium for Qatar.
It was an American Airline flight from Doha to Philadelphia. AA121 November 6, 2023. One heavy set female flight attendant was rude. She just tossed our wraps on our tray. I saw her busy with her cell phone in the back while the restrooms were all filthy. She was obviously not happy with her job or just lazy. My husband used the restroom even before the plane took off in Doha and it was already smelling of urine. There was hair on the box of our wrap. Good thing our wrap was inside a box! The hair was consistent with the hair of one of the flight attendants. Flight attendants should have their hair up.
Same as the flight to Doha. Very uncomfortable seats. No leg space
Too many baby crying, customer and staff yelling at each other. Seat is too small and tight. Could not sleep at all for 16 hour flight !
Everything was on time and easy. Food in business class was great. There was no entertainment on board, though with business class you could get free internet, but so spotty it wasn't worthwhile.
They could have provided more than a premade mass produced tina sandwich for a 10 hour delay and/or had something available on oars other than potat chips once we boarded. They also could have not lost our luggage. Or barring that, at least foled a claim for us once we landed. Instead all of those things happened and they told us if we wanted to file a claim to do so online. I laid for business class for both of us. What an incredible waste of money.
The crew was super friendly and helpful. The food was quite good. An overall positive experience.

We travelled with Level, which is a subsidiary of Iberia. They mixed up all our seats, downgraded few from premium economy fo economy. The crew were not professional, they seem to be in a rush! Also some with an attitude
business class food was pretty average otherwise it was a good experience
Boarding passes should be checked upon boarding to avoid a situation we got into, delays due to wrong boarding
All went smoothly, no problems; friendly crew. I would have appreciated a head pillow ;)
Never made this flight it was unconfirmed by Iberia according to American Airlines This trip was a total nightmare, got to the airport in Wed March 8th after confirming all flights, only to be told by American Airlines that we are not confirmed on the flight. We met a pretty rude and unhelpful AA check in agent by the name of Ali. American said it was not their problem, contact Kayak/Chatdeal and sort out your issue.Chatdeal said all flights were confirmed and it is the airlines fault. So it went, we were kicked between American, Kayak and Iberia spending hrs on the phone- all said it is not their fault.Spent 9 hrs in the airport on Wed 15th trying to sort out. Luckily, we met a really nice AA agent Shawnna G who went way beyond the call of.duty to help us out. We were put the next day on Thurs 16th from DfW to San Paulo Brazil the onto Madrid!! Imagine that..10000 miles and 20hrs of travelling to get to Madrid from Dallas!! Our trip took 3 days to get there ..Wed 8th Thurs 9th and Fri 10th.Got there on Sat 11th, so lost 2 days of our vacation and a lot of emotional and physical stress on our 2 kids travelling with us.
