We upgraded to business class. Nice seat with lots of room but otherwise not impressive.

Flew Business class and did not like anything, flight attendants were rude and not helpful. Food was of poor quality and I did not eat meals.

Our steward Margarida who served us from Lisbon to Boston was absolutely fantastic! She deserves a raise. Conscientious and thorough as well as showing appropriate attention for every need.

Comfortable but not Polaris or Delta comfort Business Class. Overall 7 out of 10

Was the best airplane ✈️ ever that I never see I will traveling again again with u guys.

A bit disappointing. Our business class seats were not cleaned from previous flight. They were also missing headphones and bottled water. Dining options were not always available.

Tap air portugal first has you pay for the flight. Then you realize that seats are extra. Had i known that i would have booked emirates instead for a few dollars more

I have been flying internationally for most of like. My first trip with TAP- wonderful! I look forward to flying with them more frequently in the future!

TAP needs to allocate gates at airport. Boarding and disembarking using buses is tortures in hot weather.

For my first experience flying, I was blown away with the service, the flights and staff

We boarded late; there was a problem with passengers that I believe TAAG could have handled much better. The Crew Handled it Excellentely but TAAG was not able to resolve the issues instantly and led to a 2 hour delay

The scheduled departure was delayed 9 1/2 hours and then delayed another 45 minutes due to baggage or something. Apparently the return flight is delayed 10 hours also, which means I miss my Lufthansa flight out of Luanda. Perhaps this is a scheduling change for which people were not notified until the last minute.

I did not receive any confirmation email of this booking and only on receiving it 24 hrs closer to the flight - I tried to cancel it as I has already booked another flight

Short lay-overs and total flight times. Everything else could have been better.
