634€ Find Cheap Flights to Samoa – Compare and Save

- Many airports in Australia and New Zealand have no place to sit at the gate - Boarding was a little disorganized but pretty fast - Interesting food served on board. Why a New Zealand airline had 3 choices for lunch and 2 of them are Mexican and the last one was Macaroni and Cheese? - Flight Attendants are nice and helpful. - Neither of the USB charging ports for the two of us are working? Our phone drained of charge after 13+ hour flight so when landing we cannot call anybody for pickup. - Internet service was free, but connection was so bad that nothing seems to get through - Beside Internet, other entertainments were excellent

Not up to their standard . After checking in my bag and having made a tight connection off NZ 29, they tried to bump me off the flight at the gate. In they end I argued myself onto the plane but my bag followed on a later plane. After over 24 hours of flying and despite being an Air NZ Platinum card holder being put in this position was unnaceptable

A better selection of entertainment would have been nice. I found nothing that appealed to me as a middle-aged traveler. The flight attendants were gracious, helpful, and attentive. It also would have been nice to have more bathrooms as the flight was full and the plane was big.

Flight was delayed by 2 hours. Got lucky that i had a long connection, else would have certainly missed my connecting flight. Food is just okay, specially the breakfast is worse . Asked for water 30 mins before landing, the response is that we are landing so everything is packed . I guess traveling in economy that’s what we get. Probably business class passengers would get a different answer. Only good thing is that wifi service is available from auckland to lax for most part Next time will try united or American and then compare.

Not entirely positive. It’s frustrating that everything is done through the united app. One of our flight attendants on our trip from San Francisco to MSP continually had trouble hearing people so she flipped her hair into people’s faces

It was good for a short domestic flight. As no food ar entertainment provided, there should be a n/a rating available for those.

At Coolangatta International it is difficult to hear voice boarding announcements when away from screen announcements.

The air New Zealand employees who assisted us with wheelchair aid on Auckland made our transfer from flight to the next seamless. Also were amazing in helping with our luggage and customs in Brisbane.
