I’ve never heard of discover airlines but will definitely be on the lookout for future flights. Everything about the trip was perfect. The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. The only critique; there was a delay and gate change and this fact was NOT well published! My eTicket was NEVER updated with the new flight details. We ran the whole way from our connecting flight only to find that our flight was delayed. Very frustrating. Additionally, there was NO announcement regarding the root cause of the delay. The uncertainty about the cause of the delay contributes to the overall frustration. One other small matter onboard; one of the toilets was unavailable (or perhaps malfunctioning) and NO explanation was given nor was any workaround explained. It would have been less frustrating if they announced why the toilet was lock and explained the alternatives in detail. That way the foot traffic congestion could have been minimized.
Basically a low cost airline, with very small seats, mediocre food and staff not particularly nice. Not a pleasant flight
Plane was old and small. Crew was not very friendly and didn’t check in much or offer water more than 2 times over a 8 hour flight.
We were on a full-service fare as part of a long-haul trip so it was disappointing to be on such a no-frills flight (no meals/hot drinks/entertainment) especially for a 3.5hr flight, at the start of a long trip. The crew however we’re lovely & friendly.
Promised internet. Tried for nine hours to log in, no way. I tried the free option, I tried the paid option, I tried restarting my phone.. several times! Very aggrevating as I was trying to keep up with an emregency medial issue with my dad, but could not because the promised service was not available.
Flight from Munich to O’Hare was great but it was on Lufthansa, a UA partner. It had more legroom than United, seat slid forward to make reclining more comfortable, they offered free drinks. United offered none of this. Oh and the food was superior to United’s which honestly, sucked.
It was very good. the food was varied and tasty, the movie was the same, maybe I would recommend changing the movie selection every month because my flight to Amsterdam was in September and I came back from Munich en October they are flights so long and we need something to see. But however I liked flying with United
Good food and entertainment. Poor choices for drinks. Sitting for 12 hours on the row by the restrooms, which do not recline, was a torture
Fought with Lufthansa was poor, seats are uncomfortable, food was bad and luggage did not arrive to IA
premium economy is expensive but worth it for the comfort and food on a long flight
The counter person at the gate was rude and demeaning, to the point that I wouldn't fly this airline again.
We couldn’t take the direct flight back home in Florida because the flight in Palermo was delayed flor long time and keep us inside the cabin without moving the plane. The plane from Munich to Orlando was still there when we arrived to the gate but they said it was late for us to board the plane. We rushed the most to get there. It was a bad experience and got back exhausted and with pain in all muy body. We are seniors 72 and for us was very bad

Very kind Lufthansa agent somehow gave us all no charge extra business class seats and helped us get home rested and happy.
There was no ground crew at HSV gate when we arrived. The were busy with another arrival. We had to wait 20 mins for them to arrive and direct the plane to the gate. It took almost 45 mins to get my luggage. The luggage belt had 3 flights bags on it and the other 2 luggage belts were not being used. It looked like there was only 1 crew serving .3 arriving flights.
It took 1.5 hours for maintenance to sign off on a repair that was completed the night before. When we landed in DC we had to wait 20 mins for a gate. As a result I missed my connection. American seems to be reducing the number of ground ground crew and causing delays. This us not the first time.
Liked: staff, no delays, Could use some improvement: Food, comfort, cleanliness, lack of chargers on the DCA -> DSM flight
The flight from DFW to SAT started out with a 2 hour delay. It was a five hour delay with no real explanation as to why. In addition, the time of arrival kept changing from 10:00 pm to 11:00pm to sometime after midnight. Driver picking me up in SAT was as confused as I was. Flight attendants were patient thank goodness since folks were a bit upset about a 2 hour delay that stretched into 5 hours.
The flight crew was amazing. Zac was very attentive and polite. Loved talking to him and the other flight attendant. My problem was that I was not able to get the meal that I ordered…Short rib with Mac and cheese. Very disappointing.
There was very little premium experience. The check in was awful with a 40 minute line and service making me feel like I was putting them out. The lounge and gate experience was scattered and not well organized. the only good thing was the seat. Food was bland and barely edible. Overall I found it wasn't premium at all rather a cheap low class experience.
Flight was good- arrived early ! But ticketing with Underpricer and Kayak was poor at best- unnessacarily difficult due to how the ticket were issued

The seatbelt light was on the whole trip - inconvenient but also unsafe. I was told to keep the window blind down the whole trip though I specifically paid for a window seat to be able to....see out the window. It was also two hours late causing me to miss my connection.
The new seating in BC was a joy. My vegetarian pasta dish was excellent, very creative. The chicken potpie was ..... The crew was extremely focused and impersonal, but everything worked.
Such a comfortable flight! Food was yummy and staff was very friendly! Will absolutely fly Lufthansa again.
There was a stewardess walking up and down and keep spraying room refreshner on people heads and faces. I had to bread this and smell like a room freshener afterwards not to mention was keep falling on my face. It was terrible.
The flight from FRA to SFO was uncomfortable. The crew allowed people to change seats after boarding finished, but then made some people move back to their seats but not others, which resulted in my wife and I having to sit in two middle seats for an 11 hour flight. The entertainment system was not working well throughout the flight, and stopped working completely around hour 8.
Economy plus on a long flight with Lufthansa was wonderful. Service starts with a pillow, blanket, slippers and care package waiting on your seat. An it just gets better from there.
The Linate Milano flight was delayed. Landed at Frankfort at 12:10. Then took the bus on the tarmac and the bus ride was about 20 minutes due to the airport traffic. Got off bus went to passport control, used the kiosk scanned passport, took photo and finger prints and proceeded to wait in line. I asked the attendant that I had a connecting flight at 12:50 his respond was you have to ask the other travelers in line to let you go ahead. There should be a better system. Passed passport control and the gate was at Z69 to the other end of airport. Ran there out breath, I was last person to board due to a mechanical:electrical issue plane took off 2 hours later. Lufthansa need to a better job with international connecting flight. A 1-15 minutes is not enough considering the doors typically close 15 minutes prior to take off. So the window is reduced to 1 hour with all you have to go through with a slight delay it is not enough time. The crew on the flight was excellent and received exceptional customer service.

Absolutely horrible. We missed both of our connecting flights from Frankfort due to the new border control lines. Lufthansa had us running and walking around the airport trying to rebook. They were not prepared to offer us a hotel room for the night, but finally relented when I said I was done with Lufthansa, most were not so lucky. I also put put of the blame in Kayak. You need to update which connecting flights you are offering to allow for more time to deal with the mess that is border control in the EU.
Cheapflights did not forward the payment for seat assignments, and my partner and I were separated and given center (B and E) seats. Will be requesting a refund.
roomiest flight in economy I've taken in years. Excellent experience!
My experience on this flight was good. The seat I had had a lot of leg room, but it was so close to the aisle that the flight attendants kept bumping into my visual monitor connected to my seat to watch tv.
It was fine, but it cost me twice as much to return to Boston as it took me to get to Heathrow from Boston two weeks prior. I flew on Jet Blue over and it was half the cost of British Air.
Staff and comfort were great but first choice meal was unavailable even in row 21.
I have flown on British Airways, many many times and will continue to do so! Always the greatest service and staff!

Would not let me board with my fragile guitar so had to check it in. Who knows what the icicles did to it. Not happy. Had to run to catch my connection in Heathrow. After a bus and a train? Was asked by a guy in the middle seat to change my window seat with his girlfriend's middle seat further up in the plane and I was insulted. What nerve! The food was unhealthy and the seat was cramped. Could not wait to exit.
need more US friendly food options. Directions on getting to the next gate were terrible - resulted in long walks to the terminal and then finding I couldn;t enter there and had long walk back, then train to security then train back to where I started in the first place
They ran out of headphones so my 3rd daughter couldn’t use the onboard TV the entire flight. They also rain out of food, so my 1st daughter didn’t get to choose her entrees or snack (chicken or cheese) because by the time they got to the last row they only had chicken left. Luckily she is not a vegetarian.
Spending 10 hours on a flight with no video or wifi access due to issues per stewardess was not enjoyable nor acceptable. Will follow up directly with the airline as well
